I sought protection from an individual I was married to (which may put me at odds with some of the readers here), but it wasn’t through criminal courts (though it could’ve been) but civil. I see that this was a set-up to then bounce it to the custody courts where much more money is made (for the house, not the people) and which is a way of also up front (in any case) for the courts to find out who else in the family (tribe) has money — like elderly parents, etc., as seen by forcing the income and expense statements, plus of course if someone paid initially for an attorney, that side has some assets. The court will then play to the opposite side, it seems. In my situation, this went on for over ten years and forced me BACK on food stamps kicking and screaming (having been on it initially for perhaps, like three months, max).

The other matter regarding the courts is that there are no longer (in any state) it seems grand juries not controlled by the judicial sector itself; this was replaced by commissions, etc. If there are grand juries, they are on a leash. Meanwhile, competent men and women who have been attorneys are simply getting disbarred for being too ethical, too smart, or for refusing to worship at the same throne. I’ve conversed with a few, read about others.

I think that the primary issue is how to remove previously donated “UNinformed consent” to receive services from USA, Inc. People who are still doing OK by this system believe they are on solid ground, but it’s really flotsam, and do not appreciate many times, having it shown, “that’s flotsam & jetsam you’re relying on.”

I would like to discuss constitution weekly (minus the talk of flame-throwers & survivalism; I have an open legal case), but if it doesn’t apply to us anyhow, what is the point? I am reachable through my blog; the main one now is “Cold,Hard.Fact$” [where CAFrs are going up] although the larger one is on the family courts.

The first step of this –and I can view it thru the HHS grants system) is to “take the money and run.” it’s a model shared at the association or national discourse level (various trade associations) and then there IS enough wealth behind it (from foundations — the basic powerful ones, plus many others who specialize in different areas of leadership) and then inflicted on us, who don’t read the blueprints often enough. But people who follow the money, will eventually find the blueprints.

This is a fantastic post, and I’m still reading the printout (but reblogged it today).

What the CAFRs seem to show is that the pooled investments (CALPers, etc.) are doing is investing internationally, currency trading, etc, playing the markets, investing literally in other governments — while the US/IRS itself goes internationally after individual citizens who dare to do the same thing, to tax their income.

this is daily collated information. Click on the main site (after the link above) and check out the daily contracts. For example, YTD, the federal government (such as it be — US Treasury?) has over $60 million of contracts with (or is it “under”) the Social Security Administration.

In looking at the grants, you see that the first thing the HHS or DOJ does in pushing some policy is dump the money into the infrastructure for promoting it — websites, train-the-trainers, clearinghouses, resource centers. Then they go after some dumb, gullible, or (like them) corrupt (or easy to blackmail) market segment [such as people in prison, a captive audience], sell them on it, and set up a federally run affiliate relationship, for profit. While calling this “social services” when it’s not. It’s simply marketing.

I’ll tell you — I’m terrified. I don’t have the income base, assets, job stability (thanks to the courts system), etc.

I am working on some fundraising to publicize these things a little better, but again, if you buy and sell in this country as a CITIZEN, to do it legally, you have to go through the SSA. If you do it as a CITIZEN illegally, then you are at risk.

So how does one really resign the straw man, without actually exiting the land — is it possible? (i’m still reading those posts). I believe the largest corporations on the planet are probably pharmaceuticals — and they are pervasive at all levels of government. level 2, mental health providers at every level of the system..

I speak from experience (and enough age) to say that my experience of the federally licensed institutions of a. Marriage, b. obtaining permit & license for the right to drive, and c. having (in ignorance) given our children birth certificates that this increased danger and poverty for them and me. (Just think about the costs of licensing if one cannot stay current; the costs of living if one doesn’t have credit; the costs of divorcing through the state — versus simply separating — for property and custody reasons. The “state” doesn’t care about much besides its own collections. This is primarily the message of my blog(s), i.e., Wake the Hell Up. Realitybloger, from what I can tell, is also right — just taking it up a notch, which I heartily approve of, and IF and WHEN I figure out a way to prosper apart from this system (working on it), I will also certainly publicize it. The Bible is right — the borrower (USA, Inc.) is servant to the lender. Abusive personalities know to go for the support system (economic control) FIRST, and try to get one to “give it up” by consent. We need some Gideons, and I believe the CAFR material just may be the pot that rattles it — as well as removing our consent to be licensed, permitted, extorted, and regulated by resigning as possible, our citizenship. I’d come to that conclusion long before reaching this material, but simply didn’t know how, or what else to do. Consider how Israel started the Exodus and under what conditions. Now consider what would’ve happened (and probably did) to the skeptics who stayed, and experienced up front, Egypt go down.
