The Communist Manifesto is a desired description of the government (corporate) control of a society, and for that mater the world, written by Mr. Karl Marx in 1848.
Karl Marx describes in his communist manifesto, the ten steps necessary to destroy a free enterprise system and replace it with a system of omnipotent government power, so as to effect a communist socialist state. Those ten steps are known as the Ten Planks of The Communist Manifesto…
Karl Marx designed these planks as a test to determine whether a society has become communist or not.
As if to give credence to these 10 pillars of a society completely controlled by the State (communism), past and present presidents of the United States Corporation have and continue to pass presidential directives, which bring these planks of communist doctrine to reality… in the state of a declared emergency. While these “directives” scared me before, the realization that they coincide so perfectly with the communist/fascist doctrine of Marx brings this to a whole new level.
These “10 Planks” written in the Communist Manifesto are listed in blue below. Underneath each “plank” is the Presidential Directives, Executive Orders, congressional acts, constitutional amendment, etc. that has made each plank of the Communist Manifesto into law. This is not good.

– Executive Order 12919 – The president would put the United States under total martial law and military dictatorship, in case of a declared emergency.

1) Abolition of private property. Abolition of private property and the application of all rents of land to public purposes.
– The Patriot Act – Allows law enforcement to conduct warrentless searches of your records and place of residence, and to confiscate your personal property without your knowledge or consent.

2) The income tax. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
– The Emergency Banking Act – President Roosevelt declared the United States Federal Government dissolved by being bankrupt and insolvent.
– House Joint Resolution 192, 73rd Congress – Suspended The Gold Standard and Abrogated The Gold Clause. Dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments.
– Sixteenth Amendment (Amendment XVI) – Allows the Congress to unconstitutionally levy an income tax without apportioning it among the states or basing it on census results. “The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.”

3) Abolition of estate. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
– Probate Laws and Taxes – The application of estate tax, property tax, and the limiting of and reassigning of property values, as well as other state and federal taxes are all aspects of this. Also, you do not own the property in which you live nor the land it sits upon. You are permitted through contract (title/deed) with the State to occupy said dwelling. It can be taken away at any time through eminent domain, or through bank contract if a loan is defaulted upon. Read your title and deed and these facts will become apparent.

4) Confiscation of property. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
– Executive Order 10998 – Allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks, and vehicles of any kind.
– Executive Order 11310 – Grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
– Eminent Domain – The inherent power of the State to seize a citizen’s private property, expropriate property, or seize a citizen’s rights in property with due monetary compensation, but without the owner’s consent. The property is taken either for government use or by delegation to third parties (corporations) who will devote it to public or civic use or, in some cases, economic development. The exercise of eminent domain is not limited to real property. Governments may also condemn (exercise power of eminent domain to transfer title to the property from its private owner to the government) personal property, such as supplies for the military in wartime or franchises. Governments can even condemn intangible property such as contract rights, patents, trade secrets, and copyrights.
– International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) – A UNITED STATES Federal Law allowing U.S. presidents to identify any unusual extraordinary threat that originates outside the UNITED STATES and to confiscate property and prohibit transactions in response. In the UNITED STATES CODE the IEEPA is TITLE 50, SECTIONs 1701-1707. Enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.
– National Security Presidential Directive (NSPD) 51 – Allows the president to control and coordinate all three brances of government (to become king) in the event of a “catastrophic emergency”. Thus, no judicial review or jury trial will be available, thus property disputes will be squashed by the king or his minions.
– The Military Commissions Act – Strips the courts of jurisdiction to hear or consider habeas corpus appeals of anyone held in U.S. Custody as an “unlawful enemy combatant” or “rebels”. Also prohibits any person from invoking the Geneva Conventions or their protocols as a source of rights in any action in a U.S. court.

5) A central bank. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.
– Executive Order 11921 – Allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to take control of all financial institutions in the United States, and allows government to control the mechanisms of production and distribution of energy sources.
– Federal Reserve Act – Act of Congress that created the Federal Reserve System, the central banking system of the United States of America, which was signed into law by President Woodrow Wilson.

6) Government control of communications and transportation. Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the State.
– Executive Order 10990 – Allows government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
– Executive Order 10995 – Allows government to seize and control all communications media (telecommunications, internet, radio, television, etc…)
– Executive Order 10997 – allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels, and minerals.
– Executive Order 11002 – Allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
– Act of August 29, 1916 – Authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency.

7) Government ownership of factories, land, and agriculture. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
– Executive Order 10999 – Allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
– Executive Order 11005 – Allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities… public or private.
– 1950 Defense Production Act – Gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy.

8) Government control of labor – creation of government labor armies. Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.

– Executive Order 11004 – Allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, to designate public lands and areas to be abandoned, and to establish new locations for populations.
– National Security Act of 1947 – Allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities.

10) Government control of education. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children’s factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production.

– Mandatory Government Education – Public education is schooling mandated for or offered to all children by the government, whether national, regional, or local, provided by an institution of civil government, and paid for, in whole or in part, by taxes. The State of Massachusetts enacted mandatory government sponsored education in 1852. Mississippi was the last state to enact a compulsory attendance law In 1918. Public education involves compulsory student attendance until a certain age or standard is achieved, government certification of teachers and curricula to ensure learning structure and materials are State approved, and government testing and standards for citizens, to ensure indoctrination-like education into the system of debt-enslavement and ignorance of corporate government and actual history is achieved. Homeschooling is now demonized, and has even been made illegal in some states.

Our own US Congress voted themselves a raise. (But vetoed a raise for those on Social Security) A member of Congress only have to be in Congress one time to receive a pension that is more than $15,000 per month. And most are now equal to being millionaires plus. If some one in the military stays in for 20 years (providing that they are not killed in combat before that) and gets out as an E-7, they may receive a pension of $2,000 per month, and the very people who placed them in harm’s way receives a pension of $15,000 per month.

/ October 20, 2012Mention the Federal Reserve (FED) and most people, including Americans, will think that you are talking about the financial arm of the US government.
That assumption, however, would be well off the mark.
The Federal Reserve is in fact a private company.
Many Americans also believe that the FED is part of their Constitution.
UNCONSTITUTIONAL
However, that assumption is also far from true. In fact, Article 1, Section 8 of the United States Constitution actually outlawed such an entity from ever existing –
‘only Congress shall have the power to create money and regulate the value thereof’.
In stark contrast to this statement, the Federal Reserve Bank is owned and run by private individuals and international bankers.
These international bankers have the power, through the United States Treasury, to print money by simply adding ink to worthless pieces of paper.
What is more, they also control it’s value and even loan it to the US’ and other governments around the world, charging interest for the privilege.
This ability affords the Federal Reserve huge amounts of power, despite the fact that their very existence violates the US Constitution.
With that in mind is the Federal Reserve the greatest, and most overt, financial crime of all time?
BRIEF HISTORY
The Federal Reserve was originally begun with approximately 300 individuals and banks backing it.
Each bought a number of shares at a cost of $100 each.
As these shares are never publicly traded one can only wonder how much each is worth today!
Collectively, the shareholders in the Federal Reserve make up the strongest financial cartel in history.
Each year the Federal Reserve collects billions of dollars in interest payments alone, distributing the profit between it’s members.
The Federal Reserve is allowed to print as much money as it chooses yet pays no interest, fees or charges to the US government.
This ability to literally print as much money as it wants was bestowed upon the FED in 1913, despite it being quite illegal.
MANIPULATION OF INFLATION AND INTEREST RATES
The FED creates money and then lends it to individual, companies and governments throughout the world.
Through the banking sector they then turn a huge profit by charging interest on these loans.
The basic tenants of supply and demand dictate that the endless printing of new bank notes will cause inflationary pressures.
This means that the FED could manipulate the money flow in order to drive up inflation and therefore interest rates.
Any other organisation with that sort of power would be under constant surveillance in order to ensure that it wasn’t abusing it’s power in order to commit fraud.
In stark contrast, the FED’s dealings are often concluded behind closed doors and with little to no supervision.
THE FEDERAL RESERVE ACT
Back in 1913 there had been many failed attempts to get the Federal Reserve Act through Congress.
At this point in time the bankers elected to fund Woodrow Wilson’s attempt to gain the presidency of the United Sates, in return for his continuing support of the FED.
Just before Christmas that year, when most other Senators were away on holidays, one Nelson Alrich managed to get the Federal Reserve Act through with little resistance.
Nelson Aldrich, incidentally, was a grandfather to the Rockefellers.
After his election to the Presidency Woodrow Wilson passed the Federal Reserve Act, only to later comment, “I have unwittingly ruined my country”.
There are a great many commentators who believe that US presidential candidates are now carefully selected and funded by the FED, so that they can guarantee that every new president will be sympathetic to their cause.
WHO ARE THE CURRENT OWNERS OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE?
Whilst there may still be some smaller shareholders in the FED, it is believed that the Federal Reserve is owned and controlled primarily by the following Central banks –

2. Warburg Bank of Hamburg
3. Chase Manhattan Bank of New York
4. Warburg Bank of Amsterdam
5. Rothschild Bank of Berlin
6. Lehman Brothers of New York
7. Lazard Brothers of Paris
8. Kuhn Loeb Bank of New York
9. Goldman Sachs of New York
10. Israel Moses Seif Banks of Italy
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11110
On June the 4th 1963 one brave man attempted to remedy the situation by stripping the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the government at interest.
President John F. Kennedy signed an Executive Order – No. 11110 – that instantly gave the U.S. government the right to issue currency without going through the Federal Reserve.
This was achieved by granting the Treasury the power ‘to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury.’
In other words, for every ounce of silver held in the U.S. Treasury’s vault, the government could print a certain, and limited, amount of new money.
Under Executive Order 11110, Kennedy was responsible for introducing around $4.3 billion of notes into circulation.
CONSEQUENCES
Executive Order 11110 could have been a hugely significant turning point in U.S. history.
In an instant President Kennedy almost consigned the Federal Reserve Bank to oblivion.
If silver certificates had continued to be issued then there would soon have been a total lack of demand for Federal Reserve notes as the former were backed by silver and the latter backed by absolutely nothing at all.
Executive Order 11110 had the potential to slash national debt as no interest would be payable.
Eventually the government would have repaid all it owed to the Federal Reserve and at that point the Bank would have ceased to serve any kind of useful function.
ASSASSINATION
Just 5 months later and President Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas in what many believe was a grand conspiracy.
Could Executive Order 11110 have cost Kennedy his life?
After all, the Executive Order has never repealed by any subsequent U.S. President and could be enacted at any time.
Why hasn’t any President followed Kennedy’s lead in returning to a monetary system backed by silver?
Perhaps JFK’s assassination sent out a message that was well understood by his successors?
Your income is taxed to pay the the Federal Reserve what they charge for printing money that is illegal and unconstitutional in the first place!
Income taxes are unconstitutional
Originally income taxes were illegal because the Constitution required all taxes to be apportioned among the states proportional to their populations, not their incomes.
The 16th Amendment, which permits federal income taxes, was not ratified in the same language by three fourths of the United States as required by Article V of the Constitution and is therefore invalid. The approved wording was different in different states and therefore they ratified different amendments! (“Is Income Tax Un-American and Illegal?”, July and August, 1993, pp. 14-16).
The courts refuse to cast down the 16th Amendment even though it was not legally ratified.
The Federal Reserve is also a monopoly–in a country where monopolies are supposed to be illegal. The IRS deposits people’s income tax checks directly in the Federal Reserve banks–not in the united States Treasury. Therefore, the IRS, an unconstitutional entity, is merely the collection agency for the international banksters. Over the years the IRS has become a tool of the elite banking families to financially attack and/or imprison people who expose the Federal Reserve. It is also a tool used by the D.C. elite to attack people who expose government corruption.

I Mike Khedr am tortured on the daily bases with poisonous Subliminals and Gases 24/7. The apartment where I live is a torture champer. Some people in the street spray me throughout their phones, an open bags or another devices with these poisonous substances. I have no place to hide or complaint. In 2010 a gastrointestinal performed on me Colonoscopy, he insrted a one squre inch piece of plastic into my intestine which almost tore it down before I pooped it. In 2011 a dentist without my consent sedeted me and extratcted all my front upper teeth. I try to report its but I was blocked. I do not have test of what I eat any more, almost all what I eat is tainted and I got use to it. Even my wife’s phone is bugged and cloned so they can associate what ever they want to me not only that but block and bug me. Even my wife got sick from the apartment environment and the anti doses involuntary given to her. My bank account they have control of it . I just change my bank account after having it over 11 years . I open a new one but the same happen again.I have no email address or a phone because I am bugged and blocked. Because I have no phone for tracking me, my dentist implanted something into my mouth so they can track me and listen to me where ever I go, I cannot hide or escape. I tried to make contacts with any American sectors but I am blocked. I went to DC on 2014 to talk to the Federal Government, I was blocked too. I am in this painful situation since 2011. All that happens because I thought that I am alerting my beloved America against the Hyksos who are taking America down faster any one belives. I am a proud American and no one will change who I am. I always seek a peaceful solution. I am the new Ghandi. I have no hope of writing to any one but I will keep trying.
