Apologies for my absence lately in the blogosphere, and for those comments I have not read and managed yet. I am also catching up on emails and wish to thank everyone who has made donations to keep me alive, researching, writing, and hosting the daily radio show (Mon-Fri, 7pm Eastern, on republicbroadcasting.org).

I’ve been writing this work in book-form for several years off and on, building it bit by bit, until this year when I made it my full-time project. As I have been researching and writing I am continuously learning while pouring over legal dictionaries, U.S. Code, international law, etymology sources, scripture, concordances, and other sources of ancient and hidden knowledge, from Plato to Bastiat. This fact has not and certainly will not change.
There is a point in which a researcher must bravely and with uncertain confidence finalize his writings into a utilizable form, though when this point is supposed to happen is beyond my own comprehension. For I wish not to be bound by my own misunderstandings and set-in-word errors in logic and rhetoric due to so much faulty grammar out there, as so many (most) authors certainly have. Perhaps this notion of perfection is as much an impossibility as the idea of attaining all knowledge is. Only time will tell…
Of this work I can only say one thing… that it has never been attempted before. It is being compiled so as to teach a new language, the legal language, to those who seek to comprehend that which enslaves them. The magic of words is the invisible web that entraps and enjoins us to a legal matrix of fictional things. But we are not shown or taught this authoritative, “higher” language in which true knowledge has been hidden. Instead, we are taught the common words of illiteracy. This is called public education. And it keeps us public, stealing all privacy.
One cannot simply pick up a Bible, for instance, and read it in the common tongue. It’s meaning will remain a mystery even while its Law remains highest. The common words are often quite opposite in meaning from their legal counterparts, though they appear to be the same. But the symptom of this disease causes the victims of this “vulgar” form of common communication to remain subject not only to man, but specifically to man’s creation of language terms of art. For the word common also means “goyim.”
The illusion is steadily shattered with every word uncovered, with every maxim revealed, with every Bible verse clarified, and with every lie demystified.
For the reader and as disclaimer, there will be no turning back. No more turning away from reality. No more living in ignorance. No more convenient lies. No more shirking of responsibility by blaming a fictional persona. And therefore no more legal excuses.
What is legal is not what is right.
This work will be offered in (non-commercial) book form in exchange for gifts in private donation and barter. I will be offering it in advance soon as well so that I can raise the funds to have it created (printed) in that “book” format. But it will always be offered for free as well, for no one should be without the knowledge of their own enslavement. A (.pdf) will be available to anyone unable or unwilling to offer trade or gift. The only difference between these two formats will be that the physical book-form will be indexed. At over 1,000 pages, this will be a reference book as much as anything.
Yes, 1,000+ pages… If there is one thing I have learned for certain in my many years of laboring for knowledge, it is that nothing worth learning or doing is easy. The path is narrow, and only a few will walk it. This work is designed to help light that path.
The website is temporary for now, and will be updated in the next few months as I begin to organize my tome of notes and research into a final collection. Again, thanks to those who have supported me with love and kindness, and the ability to continue this work.

I have come to think that this is part and parcel to why so many now use the word Dialog in lieu of conversation, as they are both forms of communicating, but one is purposely leading. The word Dialog is a combination of Dialectic and logos, or logic and word. If a listener or participant does not know or is not aware of the logic being used, let alone the words (language) used, they are being purposely deceived and misled. As they are speaking different Dialects, form of speech of a region or group, with different intended purposes.

Like Peter Pan, I WANT TO BELIEVE, but I just can’t make the leap in logic that it would take. I am currently in the process of getting a copy of my Birth Certificate from the the Penna Health Dept, Vital Statistic’s office in Philadelphia as we speak. They give you a copy of it pretty much on the spot after a little song and dance they will hand you a copy. I have found NO paper trail, or anyone in ANY Asser’s office. county or state who EVEN heard of the issue.Can you provide the proof to back that up that little bit of Internet fiction ? “TRUST BUT VERIFY” !!!!!! In order to be found in the United States, a fictional person must be created (birth certificate). The state can only find an infant of unknown parentage, because the parents abandoned their child. Delivery means abandonment (see livery). A “Foundling” (see Black’s law) “found” in a “Foundling Hospital” is “found” in a district of the United States. District means seizure, distraint, distress. The person name/surname is a title given to a corporate entity (agency) of the United States. The informant (mother) signs the child away as a criminal act. And the child into adulthood uses that person (agency) to commercially operate in the Untied States jurisdiction, because he simply knows no other way. This is public persona. The goal is to become private.
The book will be free, and everything will be defined and explained within. I won’t say trust me, because you are absolutely correct that you should only trust what you can verify. However, you should never trust yourself just because you haven’t done the painful due diligence and acquired the knowledge of a subject. I don’t believe is not a statement in harmony with the trivium method. Logic does not apply without first attaining proper grammar. Marc Stevens (a false stage name) makes the mistake (or does so on purpose) of placing logic as the main focus, but logic is impossible without good grammar and research. He can only make appeals to logic without proof of grammar to back them up. This is the same trick used of attorneys, bankers, priests, and politicians. This is the purposeful or innocent misuse of the classic trivium, and the reason for its power over people.

/ June 7, 2015That is the subject of my next documentary, when I finally get to it. War is Peace. Peace is free-flowing commerce. War is necessary to free the blockage. Both are commercial activities.
When in conversation and voting for their next president, a futile act to be sure, this should be the only topic of discussion – the war powers of the president must be cancelled, and only the president can do it, and only congress can make it permanent so that no president can ever again declare such power. How many men can be given such power only to relinquish it?

Glad you’re back. I can’t wait for the book. I’ll have plenty of time to read it, as I have ceased to claim that title any time approached by the sysyem, and now I live on the road. Bye bye corporate life! (I’ve done my best to settle all debts, within my means, have to walk away from some things, or it’d never happen…) Bike and trailer is all I need, for now. Possessions are so fleeting…The last of my FRNs are being used for food and “neccesities” to get me to the point of living without it anymore. It’s terrifying, but… No other options, no other way out… Time to suck it up, and GO!
I have been through the system enough to realize that they are so criminal/insane at this point, it’s not going to matter to them if I send notice, or do, well, anything… I’ve made my opeace with it. I’ve given up addressing them, soon my BC, license, and all documents (now that I have them collected) will be a pile of ash. It may not be a reccomended method, but I just see it as my way to show the universe that its fire is the only way to cleanse ourselves, in truth.

I only wish I had a fraction of your intelligence because when presented with information that purports to “prove” that the United States is not a corporation, for example: http://www.supremelaw.org/letters/us-v-usa.htm I have no idea how to explain why it’s not true except to say his argument seems to be an agglomeration of bits and pieces which do not form cohesive and internally consistent proof of anything.
Sadly, most people would rather read the link I posted above instead of devoting the time to read and/or watch/listen to your thoroughly researched information that absolutely proves the United States is a corporation. It’s so frustrating!

To suggest that government is a corporation like Walmart is a corporation is not correct of course. But, any body politic is certainly a corporation. I promise to clear that up in your head!
Perhaps I’ll rebut this article.
For instance, court opinions are taken out of the context as they were written for that specific case and not all cases, like here:
“We may say in passing that the argument that the
United States may be treated as a corporation
organized under its own laws, that is, under the
Constitution as the fundamental law, seems so strained
as not to merit serious consideration.”
It is not “a corporation organized under its own laws,” though it causes legal statute laws to be made. This is a true statement. That doesn’t make it any less a person (corporation/body politic) in law. It is not under the constitution, this is also correct. It was created by the States and their agents. Citizenships of the United States are not parties to the constitution. We are contracted with it in international admiralty law in interstate commerce. So it would be easy to take this statement and make it work for your argument if your reader doesn’t know better and define terms and have the background knowledge.
The People who are private because they have reserved all their rights are parties to the constitution. Citizenships are public entities of the United States, like cars from a rental shop. Vessels. Ships on the commercial sea. We have no rights reserved and so the constitution does not apply to us. For instance, we bear the Arms of the United States (flag and seal), whereas the private People bear the arms of their forefathers, their blood in heraldry. Coat of Arms.
As for the grave error of believing that the law created by the legislature is the final “letter of the law,” one has to be a fool to think these letters are the final word. The law means nothing until invoked, which means the first time it is used and utilized will be in front of a judge and his discretion on a specific case.
Here are some quotes from the book that might help, remembering that they are agents of the sovereign People of the States through the Untied States corporation, and so are always protecting them against us, the public:

/ June 8, 2015Your work that you have contributed to our understanding is beyond my comprehension. We have allowed the matters at hand to go beyond fixing. So, because we (the people) have to survive within this corrupt deceptive world, what would the remedy to the dilemma that we face.If there is a way to alleviate problems within our life there must be a solution of some sort to be able to deal with the fiat we use, the regulations we must abide to and the continued problems we face in our daily lives. Strawman or not both are in shackles beyond our understanding. Reading most of the articles you’ve written and the history I’ve tried to connect the dots is mind boggling. What I’ve run across several times are the “experts” that have the answers … of which no one has the know how in approaching the system of evil in any resolving way. Yes, it is imperative to know what is going on, but to avoid or resolve these issues in our life … I feel is the preemptive knowledge to overcome what we are placed in. The big question I present is, after we attain the knowledge, what is the next step? We can’t say “Oh I know what’s going on” and leave at that.

/ June 14, 2015Debate? What debate? I just lost a good night’s sleep after stumbling across this verbal bloodbath you call a debate with Marc Stevens. Had this been an actual battle of fist-a-cuffs, the moderating ‘referee’ Jan would’ve had to intervene for mercy’s sake and spare the lad the expense of some very costly facial reconstruction surgery. I must say he seemed to ask for a pummeling with his reluctance to acknowledge the distinctions of several definitions under discussion. How dare him try to place his “logic” before ANY grammer; the nerve of this guy…lol.
I do need to credit Marc however. I thought he displayed a certain false bravado and did an excellent job of not becoming completely unclued from the situation he suddenly found himself in when he first realised that he was in-over-his-head. That was about 3 minutes and 5 seconds after Jan had introduced the two of you as I recall. A pro like Evander Holyfield, even while leaving the ring with one less ear then what he entered the ring with, has had better days then Marc had after this no-contest.
So again I say, debate; what debate? And who gives a damn about losing a good night’s sleep when so many proxy punches are being thrown for the truth and where the only real victims are the good folk who have yet to witness this titanic slugfest.
And even though it was clearly a one-sided affair because one “fighter” came prepared while the other wasn’t, someone should have sold tickets to this “debate”; I sure as hell would have bought one.
