The Senate: How Much Does It Cost?


I had to laugh out loud…

As I was searching for a glimpse into the unbelievable amounts of taxpayer money that it takes to fund the Federal Government and it’s Executive Departments by viewing its Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports, I came across an interesting report called the “2010 Detail of Appropriations, Outlays, and Balances” report.

This “Appropriations, outlays, and Balances” report included the expense accounts and left over ongoing fund balances that are appropriated to the Senate, the House of Congress, the Library of Congress, the Architect of the Capital, the Botanical Garden, the Capital Police, an on and on…

And, while some of these “appropriations” were funny, some were not.

For instance, let’s look at the Senate…

Did you know that each year the Treasury allots a certain amount of taxpayer money to go to the “Senate Hair Care Revolving Fund”?

Yep… The Federal Government has a fund that was created specifically for the hair care of its Senators! For fiscal year 2010, $33,387 was used to outlay this expense. The word outlay simply means “to spend, an amount expended, paid expenditures”.

There are only 100 Senators – 2 representing each of the 50 states.

This means that on each senator $333.87 in taxpayer money was spent to keep them looking sharp for the cameras, hairpieces and all!

But then, I guess that’s about what you’d expect from a fake Hollywood production like this.

But even more importantly, this “revolving fund” has a balance, which is appropriated solely for this Senatorial hair care. That fund balance, which is invested and gains each year, is $261,117.19. That represents a gain for this fund over fiscal year 2009 of about $36,000.

So we have a quarter of a million dollars designated for Senatorial hair care while many U.S. citizens live in destitute tent cities. It’s kinda funny… and kinda not.

Farther down the list we have the “Senate Restaurant Fund”, listed as a “Public Enterprise Fund”.

The Senators tapped this fund for $72,370.12 for fiscal year 2010. This left a remaining balance in the “Senate Restaurant Fund” of $49,859.53.

That adds up to about $723.70 per Senator.

The taxpayers also paid $123,856.74 towards the “Senate Health And Fitness Facility, Architect Of The Capitol”. This left an account balance of $256,380.37.

So taxpayer funded Senatorial gym memberships apparently cost $1,238.56 for each member of the Senate.

The “Official Mail Costs, Senate” column states that the Federal Government appropriated $300,000 to this cost, adding to the existing balance already appropriated for Senate mailing services of $345,430.58. And after $115,546.71 of this money was actually used for mail, $161,082.59 was “withdrawn or used for other transactions”, the fund balance was left for fiscal year 2010 at $368,801.28 – a gain of a bit more than $22,000.

This represents $2,766.29 per senator for 2010.

How about the “Senate Gift Shop Revolving Fund, Senate”?

Well, this fund has $2,939,413.53 within it. What this taxpayer money is used for is unclear, but these guys managed to spend $166,673.26 over fiscal year 2010.

This represents $1,666.73 per Senator.

The “Senate Photographic Studio Revolving Fund, Senate” spent $65,915.24 for the year and shows an ending balance of $798,690.53

There’s $659.15 per Senator.

The “Senate Recording Studio Revolving Fund, Senate” spent $22,722.52, leaving a fund balance of $1,945,771.10.

That’s $227.22 per Senator spent in 2010.

The “Contingent Expenses, Stationery (paper), Revolving Fund, Senate” spent $298,821.41, leaving a fund balance of $1,078,465.74.

That’s $2988.21 per Senator.

Ok, so if you are like me, you are probably wondering… WTF?

And about now you may be asking yourself… WTF?

Why is so much money being designated for such trivial things? In a normal business setting, an employee would keep a tally of his expenses and turn in a expense record in order to be refunded that money by the corporation or be given a credit card to be paid off by the company every month. But in governments case, the money is appropriated into accounts or into an individual fund in dollar amounts much larger than are actually being spent.

Dare I say that this money could be used for other things?

But this is just part of the usual shell game, where governmental investment funds and bank accounts are removed from the general use taxpayer fund, which would go to pay or offset other taxes and needed taxpayer budgetary requirements, and put into these accounts and funds which by law must stay in those accounts or be transferred to other such legally appropriated funds. These types of funds happen throughout the entire spectrum of government, from local to district to county to state to Federal government.

But hey, and I hate to tell you this… but we haven’t even scratched the surface yet. These, believe it or not, are the small funds and accounts.

Now let’s look at one of the most outrageous expenses in the Senate (and the Congress).

The average Senator moans and groans about the low salary that he or she is paid, considering the job they are elected to. And the people generally and ignorantly agree. A Senator might mention how noble and altruistic they are for taking on the representation (LOL!) of the people of their state, and that the money that is paid to them for that venture is perhaps inconsequential compared with the honor of the service they are providing to the public (LOL!!!).

But in truth, if one wishes to know how much taxpayer money is earned by each Senator, one would have to go to the main source of that wealth. That source is the individual, tax-exempt expense accounts that each Senator (and congressman) receive.

You see, it is in the best interest of these legislators to keep their base salaries as low as possible. Why? Because those salaries are taxed. Their expense accounts are not!

Listed on this “2010 Detail of Appropriations, Outlays, and Balances” report, under “Contingent Expenses, Senator’s Official Personnel And Office Expense Account, Senate”, we get a more accurate idea of what these crooks are being compensated with in order to be a part of this organized criminal activity working for United States Inc.

The report states that $422,000,000 was appropriated for use in the personal expense accounts of these 100 Senators.

Of that $422 million, $400,590,512.37 was used (outlay) for the personal and office expenses of these Senators.

That represents an average of about $4,005,900 per Senator for “personal” and “office” expenses. Tax free. Spent on anything they want.

The account that holds this appropriated money gained about $13,600,000 over 2009 – leaving the ending account balance at $81,448,251.53.

Wow! I want to be a Senator! Hell… I’ll do it for no salary. Just lay that expense account on me!!!

Now you are probably really thinking… WTF?

You might be asking yourself, who in the name of all that is Holy would allow these 100 people to be appropriated with almost half a billion dollars for their personal expenses?

Ever heard of the Senate Appropriations Committee? That’s right. The Senate appropriates this money to their own expense accounts! Excuse me while I laugh out load again…

Now, you are probably thinking that this money is being used for “office” expenses much more than the actual “personal” expenses of these Senators, right?

Wrong…

We already know from looking at the above funds and accounts that these separate  expense accounts weren’t used on haircuts, mail, working out, official pictures, restaurants, writing paper with the U.S. Seal embossed upon it, or spent in the gift shop! Actually, I’m sure much of it was spent on wining and dining corporate lobbyists, purchasing fancy suits, and personal grooming and care. But these expense accounts can be used for just about anything. Condos in Tahiti, vacations to Australia, second home purchases for “business purposes”, you name it. All tax exempt!

And as we can see from further examination of this appropriations report, all of the other Senatorial expenses are more than covered by the following other funds and accounts…

“Salaries And Expenses, Office Of The Legislative Counsel Of The Senate, Senate” – We see that $7,154,000 was appropriated by the Senate itself for the Senator and staff Salaries. Of that amount, $6,394,041.59 was actually paid out (outlay) to the Senators and staff.

That left a balance in this account of $939,136.37.

That represents $63,940.41 per Senator.

So what does all of this mean?

Well, what is your definition of wasteful spending?

In order for each state to have two representatives, a total for the country of 100 Federal Employees for which we call “Senators”, and with the understanding that this in no way represents all monies spent on the Senate or the money that each state pays separately for each Senator (employees, office leases, supplies, legal council, etc.), the taxpayers paid at least the following for 2010:

$8,162,563.35 per Senator (in blue above)

$815,257,003.33 spent/outlay (in purple above)

Of course, the actual amount appropriated for these things is always much higher than the actual costs by thousands or millions of dollars. Sadly, this is purposeful. And, the account and fund balances that have accumulated over the years from over-appropriation (assigning too much money) to these funds for 2010 stand at at least a total of:

$297,905,741.83 excess account and fund balances (in red above).

All of this (plus much much more that is not listed here) just to have 100 men and women pretend to represent us. Remember, these are the people who don’t even read the bills presented to them by their corporate lobbyists before they sign them!

That treason costs the taxpayers of America over $815 million dollars, and well over $1 billion if all related expenses were taken into account.

All this to support 100 men in fancy suits. Imagine what the congress costs…?

All this while Americans lose their homes, their jobs, and their lives.

What has America become?

Conspiracy Theory – A State Of Mind


There is a truth so simple, so obvious, and yet so elusive to those who seek it. It is hidden in plain sight. And it it is verifiable if you can walk a straight line without getting sidetracked by conspiracies. This is not to say that conspiracies aren’t happening all around you. On the contrary, this simple truth I speak of actually verifies these plans between two or more people (the definition of conspiracy).

Now, the hardest part about seeing this simple truth is in fact these 100’s of conspiracies that redirect your conscious thought. Yet subconsciously, the truth sits there and waits for logic and reason to pull you towards it. For, like a grove of aspens, all of these “plans between two or more people” are connected and supported by one central root system, and are dependent on this truth for their secrecy and continuity.

So what is this truth… this central root system?

As we seek the source of these conspiracies, we get distracted by the very conspiracies themselves and by the players involved. And I am by no means immune from this never-ending, reproducing fork in the road. We feel that this truth is constantly in front of us, but these conspiracies keep diverging our focus, and our path forks once again. Our frustration mounts, and we either fall by the wayside or keep trudging through.

When we sufficiently uncover the evidence of one plan, deciding that there is still a higher cabal that is guiding the hand of the perpetrators of that plan, certain shock jocks and even other sincere truth-seekers throw us three more conspiracies, often not even realizing that they are doing nothing more than obfuscating the truth, and creating another fork. But for some, this is an intentional effort.

Then someone like Walter Burien comes along and says, “Here it is… here is the truth that you seek”.

But we ask, “Yeah, but what about the Rothschilds?”

And Walter simply says, “Don’t look right, look straight ahead to the source.”

But we ask, “Yeah, but what about chemtrails?”

And again, Walter states, “Don’t look up, don’t get sidetracked, look straight ahead.  Who funds these weather experiments? Look at the source.”

And as we walk for a few steps on that path, we yet again diverge and ask, “Oh, look over here… what about the Federal Reserve?”

And as Walter smiles with a mix of empathy and frustration, he simply says, “No. Don’t look backwards, look straight ahead at the source.”

But the conspiracies flow like fireflies, distracting us from that path. And we say, “Oh my, what about fluoride in the water supply?”

And once again, Walter says, “Don’t look down either. You cannot change this without looking at who funds and allows this to happen. Will you please look straight ahead at the source.”

And we do, and we know who is responsible, and we know who funds this poison in our water with our own taxpayer dollars. But still we get distracted from this simple truth.

And so we say, “Ah… but what about Bilderberg, Bohemian Grove, the CFR, and the Tri-Lateral Commission? Alex Jones says…”

And Walter in anger says, “Why aren’t you listening? Why aren’t you comprehending? Don’t look left, for that is where you are being fooled into looking. These things are just part of the source. Look at the source. It is straight ahead. Follow the path.”

And then every once in a while, not too often, but every once in a blue moon, someone gets it. They still may stray off the path every once in a while, but once the source is comprehended, all other paths eventually lead to the source. It becomes impossible not to see down the straight path, no matter how many curves and side roads we take.

So again, what is this truth? What is the source.

Well, let’s face it. Nothing happens in this country without some branch of the government knowing, approving, and regulating that thing. No conspiracy happens without government and its spy agencies being a part of it, or at least profiting from it. And no person, corporation, or business can operate within this country without the government knowing about it. Since all corporations are indeed government entities, taking direction from and following the rules of the government, no corporation is above government. This includes the banks, the Federal Reserve, investment companies, and the rest. And they all follow the Federal Law that states that all corporations must file a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), including the banks, the Federal Reserve, and the rest. There are no exceptions.

If a hybrid bank such as the Federal Reserve was above the government, or above the law, they certainly would not hand in a complete audit of themselves every year to the government, now would they? No. They are incorporated within the United States and under the government. They operate within the laws set by government. They are granted the favor of extreme power over the economy. But this is not total power, for they and their assets can be immediately seized at any time by the government. They are but pathetic, dangerous, but fragile men in expensive suits. They are not powerful without the consent of the people through their consent of the government. This is the truth.

Who sprays these chemtrails? Well, these planes would not be allowed to fly over U.S. airspace without government permission, right? Therefore the truth is that the government not only allows this spraying of our skies, but funds and benefits from this strangest of conspiracies. Simple logical deduction. No other theory is needed, only the knowledge of who these planes must get permission from to fly over U.S. airspace. This is the path of knowledge that can only be obtained by focusing straight ahead. Sure, look into the chemtrail theory, but don’t get sidetracked from the truth. This has to be a government or government approved operation. There is no other option.

Ok, let’s take the Rothschild family. So what. What are you going to do about them? They have oodles of money and investments. So what. One is a Senator. Ok. They own banks. Good for them. Those banks operate within the United States with government permission, under Federal charter or law. The Rothschilds’ are not above the government. Now, they may have their Zionist agents seated deep within our government, and indeed we see not only a fervent support for Israel, but a multitude of duel-Israeli citizens being appointed into that Federal Government. But government is still in charge, and it still runs the show. It is the people in that government that are the problem. They do not represent the people. And everything that happens and all of the conspiracies that take place must happen with government approval.

Yes, yes… there is fluoride in the water. Yes, it is a main ingredient in rat poison. Yes, it is the by-product of the aluminum industry. It calcifies the pineal gland of the brain. And yes, it has a calming effect on the people who ingest it, which is the only reason I can think of to explain why people aren’t charging Washington D.C. in droves, with pitchforks and guns and ropes… and Tazors! But the simple truth is that government must approve its use. It funds and owns stock investment in the companies that produce it. Government approves the dumping of this toxic waste into the water supply to save on the costs of properly disposing of this substance, thus improving its majority stock share value. Simple. Logical. No theory needed.

What is Bohemian Grove? It is where government goes to relax. What is the Council On Foreign Relations? It is a think tank funded by government. What is the Tri-Lateral Commission? A government entity. What is the Bilderberg Group? An obscure think-tank meeting of global government. And since it sometimes meets in the United States, and since the U.S. government officials who attend this meeting against multiple Federal laws are not punished for their actions, one must concede to the truth. Government is in control of these officials, and allows them to attend.

I was on this switchback trail for a number of years, turning over one conspiracy only to reveal three more, and never comprehending this simple truth, until fortune or fate brought me to cross paths with Walter Burien.

Now, the truth is clear. I can look at the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) and see the vast stock investments, real estate investments, hedge funds of currency from every nation in the world, gold holdings and gold certificates, Special Drawing Rights, and junk backed securities and derivatives. I can see that government owns it all, through stock investment. I can see that through stock investment, government owns the Fortune 500 and other corporations for which it also regulates.

And so here is the truth…

The government as it stands today is in a complete and utter conflict of interest.

Simple. Logical. Provable by the CAFR.

A body which regulates, deregulates, sets the laws for, polices, audits, and then also owns the controlling interest in the corporate business world it is supposed to impartially oversee, is the biggest conflict of interest in the history of such conflicts.

So, the next time you get distracted from the straight path, from the true nature of government ownership and control of every facet of America and the world, just think of the CAFR. And remember that nothing happens in this country without government approval.

If you want to fix the nation and solve most of the worlds problems… replace government and elect non-corporate poor people in jeans and a tee-shirt, with no assets, no stock investments, or any other interest except in that of the people.

Who Owns America?


Nothing is as it seems…

Somehow, we have all been conditioned to believe that what once was shall always be. We believe that we are a free people, guaranteed our God-given rights declared in the constitution. We believe that when we vote, we are electing representatives of we the people, whom once elected become public servants. We believe that the house in which we live and the land on which we settle is our land, free and clear of our government’s tentacles. And we believe that the laws for which we allow ourselves to be governed by come from a legitimate law making body, with checks and balances and constitutional oversights.

But what if the above perceptions are in fact false?

And what if the reality is that the United States doesn’t even exist at all?

What indeed…

According to Executive Order 12803, signed by George H.W. Bush in 1992, The District Of Columbia – Washington D.C. (neither a state nor a part of the United States) was given the authority to privatize most or all of the infrastructure within the United States. This means that the federal government, or the corporation that acts in lieu of a federal government, can sell any city’s “assets” which were built with tax-payer monies including:

· Roads
· Tunnels
· Bridges
· Electricity supply facilities
· Mass transit
· Rail transportation
· Airports
· Ports
· Waterways
· Recycling/wastewater treatment facilities
· Solid waste disposal facilities
· Hospitals
· Prisons
· Schools
· Housing

E.O. 12803 lists the above as examples of America’s salable and/or lease-able infrastructure. But this is not to be taken as a complete list, as these are just some examples.

E.O. 12803 names this authority in its destructive pages as “Infrastructure Privatization” and states that this power allows for the “…disposition or transfer of an infrastructure “asset” such as by sale or by long-term lease from a State or local government to a private party.“

If we then understand that America’s infrastructure has now been available for sale to foreign nations for 18 years, when E.O. 12803 was signed into law by the treasonous Bush family cartel, we might then get a picture of why everything seems to be getting so expensive and corrupt.

No longer should we be asking why our phone, electric, gas, water, sewage, waste management, tollways, parking meters, public transit, hospital bills, and general operating budgets keep going up-up-up in price… What we should be asking is who owns these once public utilities?

Is it possible that China owns the sewers? Can Mexico actually own our tollways and roads. Is Russia the proud new owner of Nevada?

These are the questions we should be asking…

And when one considers that “Housing” is one of the listed “assets” in the government’s list of examples, one must then ask whether the continued accounts of foreign troops practicing martial law drills across the country might be construed as foreign troops practicing takeover of the land for which they now own. After all, the real estate industry has recently been privatized into government hands. Is it not reasonable to assume that our “housing” includes the land for which those houses call home? And, knowing that your title or deed (you should read yours, especially the small print) states that you do not own the land or home you live in, that you are the tenant, and that it can be taken at any time by the corporate government through eminent domain for any reason, one must ask what will happen when China wants to claim the land for which it has purchased or been given in payment of the national debt.

Are Mexicans illegal immigrants if they are living on Mexico’s land purchased from under our noses through government deed? Could the push in recent years for a multi-cultural mindset and global population in the United States simply be to acclimatize us for the reality of America’s sale and eventual take-over from these foreign entities?

We know that many of our interstates and roadways are already sold. We know that they are part of the N.A.F.T.A. system of inter-continental transport controlled through United Nations sanctions. And we know that Mexico gets tolls that are paid in the United States. So, if these roads are no longer in the public trust, instead being held by private corporations or foreign countries, where do our taxes go that have historically paid for the building and maintenance of this infrastructure? Are we paying taxes for not? Or are we giving our money to non-governmental and foreign corporations?

Why doesn’t the government actually fix the health-care system and start enforcing the safety regulations that supposedly apply to the health-care industry? Perhaps these hospitals aren’t on American soil anymore. Or perhaps the whole codified system of rules and legalities don’t mean a hill of beans. And isn’t it amazing and suspicious that most of our hospitals are packed full of foreign doctors?

Private prisons are plentiful, many owned by Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR). Old Dick Cheney must be so proud of his legacy of the privatized prison labor business. And with more than 1% of our population in prison, business is booming. But how does one know if one is still in an American prison, with all of the rights and protections accorded thereof? Is rendition simply taking an American citizen to a foreign-owned prison on foreign land inside of America? So many questions can be answered by applying this Executive Order to the equation…

And finally, are our public schools being sold off to the highest bidder? This should frighten anyone with any sense of behavioral modification and the early childhood educational programing that takes place in our schools today. Considering the multi-cultural bias in most and the allowance of Spanish as a first language in some schools, we good little citizens must pause and wonder if our natural-born children aren’t indeed attending a foreign school in the middle of America!

These are scary thoughts indeed. But we should be asking these questions, and demanding answers for them. For at this point, if it is true that the United States of America ceased to exist long ago, then we have no legitimate government. We are in actuallity living in a fictitious corporate state opperating under the illusion of freedom and democracy, with no constitution in sight. Our independence is gone, as is our sovereignty. We are a people with no homeland. We have been sold out by our “trusted leaders”.

In reality, the international banks and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is our government.

The United States Communist Manifesto


The Communist Manifesto is a desired description of the government (corporate) control of a society, and for that mater the world, written by Mr. Karl Marx in 1848.

Karl Marx describes in his communist manifesto, the ten steps necessary to destroy a free enterprise system and replace it with a system of omnipotent government power, so as to effect a communist socialist state. Those ten steps are known as the Ten Planks of The Communist Manifesto…

Karl Marx designed these planks as a test to determine whether a society has become communist or not.

As if to give credence to these 10 pillars of a society completely controlled by the State (communism), past and present presidents of the United States Corporation have and continue to pass presidential directives, which bring these planks of communist doctrine to reality… in the state of a declared emergency. While these “directives” scared me before, the realization that they coincide so perfectly with the communist/fascist doctrine of Marx brings this to a whole new level.

These “10 Planks” written in the Communist Manifesto are listed in blue below. Underneath each “plank” is the Presidential Directives, Executive Orders, congressional acts, constitutional amendment, etc. that has made each plank of the Communist Manifesto into law. This is not good.

– Executive Order 12919 – The president would put the United States under total martial law and military dictatorship, in case of a declared emergency.

1) Abolition of private property. Abolition of private property and the application of all rents of land to public purposes.

– The Patriot Act – Allows law enforcement to conduct warrentless searches of your records and place of residence, and to confiscate your personal property without your knowledge or consent.

2) The income tax. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

– The Emergency Banking Act – President Roosevelt declared the United States Federal Government dissolved by being bankrupt and insolvent.

– House Joint Resolution 192, 73rd Congress –  Suspended The Gold Standard and Abrogated The Gold Clause. Dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments.

– Sixteenth Amendment (Amendment XVI) – Allows the Congress to unconstitutionally levy an income tax without apportioning it among the states or basing it on census results. “The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.”

3) Abolition of estate. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.

– Probate Laws and Taxes – The application of estate tax, property tax, and the limiting of and reassigning of property values, as well as other state and federal taxes are all aspects of this. Also, you do not own the property in which you live nor the land it sits upon. You are permitted through contract (title/deed) with the State to occupy said dwelling. It can be taken away at any time through eminent domain, or through bank contract if a loan is defaulted upon. Read your title and deed and these facts will become apparent.

4) Confiscation of property. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.

– Executive Order 10998 – Allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks, and vehicles of any kind.

– Executive Order 11310 – Grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

– Eminent Domain – The inherent power of the State to seize a citizen’s private property, expropriate property, or seize a citizen’s rights in property with due monetary compensation, but without the owner’s consent. The property is taken either for government use or by delegation to third parties (corporations) who will devote it to public or civic use or, in some cases, economic development. The exercise of eminent domain is not limited to real property. Governments may also condemn (exercise power of eminent domain to transfer title to the property from its private owner to the government) personal property, such as supplies for the military in wartime or franchises. Governments can even condemn intangible property such as contract rights, patents, trade secrets, and copyrights.

– International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) – A UNITED STATES Federal Law allowing U.S. presidents  to identify any unusual extraordinary threat that originates outside the UNITED STATES and to confiscate property and prohibit transactions in response. In the UNITED STATES CODE  the IEEPA is TITLE 50, SECTIONs 1701-1707. Enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.

– National Security Presidential Directive (NSPD) 51 – Allows the president to control and coordinate all three brances of government (to become king) in the event of a “catastrophic emergency”. Thus, no judicial review or jury trial will be available, thus property disputes will be squashed by the king or his minions.

– The Military Commissions Act – Strips the courts of jurisdiction to hear or consider habeas corpus appeals of anyone held in U.S. Custody as an “unlawful enemy combatant” or “rebels”. Also prohibits any person from invoking the Geneva Conventions or their protocols as a source of rights in any action in a U.S. court.

5) A central bank. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.

– Executive Order 11921 – Allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to take control of all financial institutions in the United States, and allows government to control the mechanisms of production and distribution of energy sources.

– Federal Reserve Act – Act of Congress that created the Federal Reserve System, the central banking system of the United States of America, which was signed into law by President Woodrow Wilson.

6) Government control of communications and transportation. Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the State.

– Executive Order 10990 – Allows government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

– Executive Order 10995 – Allows government to seize and control all communications media (telecommunications, internet, radio, television, etc…)

– Executive Order 10997 – allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels, and minerals.

– Executive Order 11002 – Allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

– Act of August 29, 1916 – Authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency.

7) Government ownership of factories, land, and agriculture. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.

– Executive Order 10999 – Allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

– Executive Order 11005 – Allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities… public or private.

– 1950 Defense Production Act – Gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy.

8) Government control of labor – creation of government labor armies. Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.

– Executive Order 11000 – Allows the government to mobilize citizens into work brigades under government supervision.

– H.R. 3590: Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obama-Care), page 1312, SEC. 5210. ESTABLISHING A READY RESERVE CORPS, and SEC. 203. COMMISSIONED CORPS AND READY RESERVE CORPS – Establishment of a commissioned Regular Corps and a Ready Reserve Corps for service in time of national emergency. The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed service’s reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions. The Ready Reserve Corps shall participate in routine training to meet the general and specific needs of the Commissioned Corps be available and ready for involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies and public health crises, similar to the uniformed service reserve personnel, be available for back-filling critical positions left vacant during deployment of active duty Commissioned Corps members, as well as for deployment to respond to public health emergencies, both foreign and domestic; and be available for service assignment in isolated, hardship, and medically under-served communities (as defined in section 399SS) to improve access to health services. Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall be appointed by the President and commissioned officers of the Regular Corps shall be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate. Effective on the date of enactment of the Affordable Health Choices Act, all individuals classified as officers in the Reserve Corps under this section (as such section existed on the day before the date of enactment of such Act) and serving on active duty shall be deemed to be commissioned officers of the Regular Corps. So those “Commissioned Officers  personally appointed by Barack Obama without advice and consent of the Senate automatically become a part of the Regular Corps. Translation: a presidential army, which will most likely not be bound by any oath to the constitution, but may be bound by an oath to the president.

9) Corporate farms and regional planning. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries, gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country by a more equitable distribution of population over the country. Note: This is a part of Agenda 21…

– Executive Order 11002 – Designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

– Executive Order 11004 – Allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, to designate public lands and areas to be abandoned, and to establish new locations for populations.

– National Security Act of 1947 – Allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities.

10) Government control of education. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children’s factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production.

– Executive Order 11001 – Allows the government to take over all health, education, and welfare functions.

– Mandatory Government Education – Public education is schooling mandated for or offered to all children by the government, whether national, regional, or local, provided by an institution of civil government, and paid for, in whole or in part, by taxes. The State of Massachusetts enacted mandatory government sponsored education in 1852. Mississippi was the last state to enact a compulsory attendance law In 1918. Public education involves compulsory student attendance until a certain age or standard is achieved, government certification of teachers and curricula to ensure learning structure and materials are State approved, and government testing and standards for citizens, to ensure indoctrination-like education into the system of debt-enslavement and ignorance of corporate government and actual history is achieved. Homeschooling is now demonized, and has even been made illegal in some states.

What Is Democracy? What Is A Republic?


Simply stated, democracy is a majority rule.

So, if 51% of the people get what they want, then 49% of the people get something they don’t want.

Democracy is two wolves and a sheep sitting down to discuss dinner plans.

Where as a republic form of government, which is guaranteed by the constitution, is well armed sheep.

You see, in the republic form of governance (not to be mistaken with the Republican Party, at all, in the least!) – but in the republic form of governance, each party, group, or individual would be represented and included. A law or bill, and especially an amendment to the constitution itself would be extremely difficult to get ratified. This is a good thing, and exactly what the founding fathers had in mind – less government and more liberty. And for good reason…

The idealistic writers of the constitution, believing that parties, special interests, lobbies, and politicians would never be able to set their claws into the beautifully written concepts for which the constitution set forth, made the mistake of concluding that like themselves, the future elected leaders of the country would be both statesmen and representatives of the people. This of course was and certainly is not the case. Education is one huge factor in this. Uneducated voting is nothing more than a popularity contest similar to American Idol, where winners are chosen by the producers under the false pretense that the voting public actually elected the winner.

One might rebut and say that we have a democratic republic…

But in truth, the two concepts are way too opposite from each other to be used to describe each other. This is because a majority rule can never represent the minority need (nor the minority of one) as in a true republic like the one described in the constitution.

The Bill Of Rights are God-given. They are not privileges to be suffocated and chiseled away by legalities and statues forced upon the public by weasels in fancy suits, ties and black robes. Government owned corporations were never intended to be the police, the treasury, the municipalities, the army, or the appointed legislators.

But this is what we have become: a democracy. A better title would be an oligarchical corpocracy (fascism) – corporations owned through investment by the government, whom advertise popular candidates like Obama, knowing that once he is elected he will appoint former, current, and future corporation lobbyists, CEO’s, and board members into positions favorable to private government/corporate no-bid contracts, thus ensuring future revenue generation for the government-owned corporations while generating wealth and kickbacks for the corporate representatives that are appointed by the elected official, namely the president of the United States corporation – U.S. Inc.

Thus, when we hear our politicians and media hounds constantly harping about bringing democracy to the rest of the world, what this really means is that United States Incorporated wants to expand its business base internationally – be it oil in Iraq, poppy seeds in Afghanistan, water and mineral rights in South America, or simply the power to use our corporate and United Nations controlled military to destroy a countries infrastructure so that companies like Halliburton can receive billions in taxpayer money to rebuild what U.S. Inc. destroys. All of this in the name of democracy?

Let’s try: all of this in the name of corporate big-business.

And the human element, as we’ve seen in the Middle East, is much like an exterminator killing cockroaches. The only difference is that the pest control industry provides the necessary protective equipment and tools for their exterminators, whilst the military just denies its soldiers medical claims for their wounds and traumas sustained due to a lack of equipment and a general lack of  human emotion and callous disregard for it’s soldiers well being. I have a feeling that if the pest control corporations could get away with this crime, it would stop providing safety equipment for it’s exterminators tomorrow.

The U.S. government is a holding company, a concentration of monetary funds, investments, and the power of allocation of monies, allowing for the corporate employees (politicians being paid by these corporations before, during, and after his or her term is done) to legislate in favor of corporate need and with total disregard of the people they are meant to represent. Why do you think men like Clinton, Bush, and Cheney are now on multiple corporate boards, earning millions of dollars for attending a meeting once or twice a year?

A republic requires 100% of the vote, both in elections and in a jury trial. While a democracy only requires majority rule. This is great, as long as you are in the majority! But can you imagine if the choice to use nuclear weapons was left up to a majority, especially the uneducated and socially manipulated population. How many times have you heard that, regarding the middle-east, “we should just nuke em”? This is why the average people should not be in a position to vote. They do not understand what they are voting for, besides the best sound byte and promises from the prettiest face and fanciest suit. This was the purpose of electing a statesman to represent the people.  The constitutionalists were sure that the state of education would be top notch in their new country… and that the people would never forget the reasons why they set up a republic in the first place, and not a democracy. But as with all things, the people are doomed to repeat their past – thanks to the purposeful corporate degradation of the school system and radio and television.

If our system of government were truly of the form granted by the constitution for the United States of America, this is how the congress and senate voting sessions would go:

1) A bill or amendment would be put forth onto the floor of the legislature.

2) Debate over the quality, constitutionalism, practical application, and future ramifications would then ensue for many days, weeks, or months since every state representative would be needed to justify the passage of this new law. This ideological barrier was purposeful, so that 99% of the laws and statutes that are passed and in effect now could not have been passed. If one independent statesman stood up and voted no, then it would have to be re-written and re-debated until all representatives shared a common desire to see this bill become law.

3) Once all minorities are fully represented and content with the bill, it would then be passed by the house, then the senate. And finally, the president (being a true statesman and not a shill for corporate interests) would have to decide if the bill was indeed constitutional and good for the country. If he did not, he could veto the bill. But this veto is not the final authority, for the representatives of the states could force the bill through despite the executive branches action.

This is what was originally a constitutional set of checks and balances for the republic, where each legislative body must respect and approve the others actions, ensuring total representation for all people. But this is no longer the case. Now, the president (of the corporation) does as he wishes, or more accurately, what he is told to do by his appointed hierarchy and the corporate structure they represent.

Who does the president appoint to these positions of power and regulation?

Well, in March President Obama announced that he was appointing Islam A. Siddiqui as Chief Agricultural Negotiator, Office of the U.S. Trade Representative.

Islam Siddiqui is a pesticide lobbyist and Vice President for Science and Regulatory Affairs at CropLife America, an agribusiness lobbying group that represents Monsanto.

Monsanto is a government controlled corporation, and one that is ruining the organic and wholesome food markets in favor of its genetically modified organisms (GMO) that look the same as corn, soybeans, and other crops. But they are altered clones of real food, with deadly pesticides built into the genetic code of the seeds.

The reason for this purposeful mutation of living organisms? The patenting of life itself.

From the blood in your body, to the foods that you grow, to the animals you raise and eat, to the DNA that you are made up by, companies like Monsanto are allowed to own life by putting a government (corporate) patent on each monstrosity they create, while simultaneously attempting and succeeding in killing and removing from the markets the original life or heirloom seeds that humans have used from the beginning of our time.

By appointing Monsanto and other corporate representatives into the government offices that write the regulatory laws for which these giant corporations operate under, our legislative body has become nothing more than a corporate permission giving body, there to ensure that the anti-trust, health-codes, and other regulations are in fact deregulated for ease of transition into a completely corporately dominated, government owned corpocracy with no representation for the people whatsoever. The laws which govern corporate greed and thievery are being written by the corporations’ lobbyists that they in turn paid millions to get appointed through the election of the president, who would then appoint them.

This type of majority representation of the corporations and not of the people is where we stand now. Our legislature is on a level of coruption unheard of in even the most devilish of oligarchies or communist regimes, with banks running the treasury and economy, pharmacuiticals running healthcare, chemical weapons companies running agriculture, insurance companies running the judicial, private security running the police and military, media companies running the propaganda, and the United Nations running the show. If all the world is indeed the stage, then we are not merely players, but corporate debt slaves.

One last word on what a democracy really is…

The word democracy does not ever appear in the Declaration Of Independence, nor in the constitution.  It also never appears in any of the 50 state constitutions. In short, we are not supposed to be a democracy.

The founding fathers actually did everything they could to keep our new country out of a democracy, knowing that a democracy is just a patriotic word for an oligarchy.

I think that many people, in studying the constitution, overlook the fact that this is true. I think that many people think that the constitution was the inventor of the democracy, and do not understand that Rome was a democracy as it fell. And I do not think that America has much longer to live, if you can call our current despotism, bankruptcy, hunger, pharmaceutical poisoning, homelessness and moral degradation living.

On a final note, here is a list of past democracies, and how long they lasted. Compare these with the United States…

Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports and TRF’s -vs- Common, Natural, Maritime, and UCC Law – Which takes precedence right now?


When I first met Walter Burien, I was full of anger and resentment… Not towards him, of course!

It’s just that I had learned so much about the corruption and horrific truths about so many things that I had become hopeless (thank you to great men like Alex Jones, Alan Watt, Mike Rivero, Jeff Rense, Steve Quayle, and others for that dour education).

I kept wanting to talk about things that I had researched and heard on the radio or in random emails with Walter.

“Walter, what do you think of this?” – “Walter, what about the horrible things that they did?” – “Walter, don’t you think this is important?” – “Are they the elite?”

But every time, even though he knew what I was talking about, he just shrugged it off as if it didn’t have any relevance to anything and kept talking about CAFR’s and TRF’s.

The best answer I got out of him was “What does it matter…?”

Needless to say, this pissed me off! I wanted to be heard! And because of this resentful state of mind, I wasn’t hearing or comprehending what really needed to be communicated to me.

And so, when I calmed down enough and realized that I was talking to what you might call the guru of government corruption and wealth, I fell silent and just started to listen…

And suddenly, once I was able to push all of the little pieces of the much more grand puzzle that I know I will never fully comprehend out of they way, I started to understand the importance of what this smoking, long-haired, long-winded, incredibly intuitive dude was saying. I started to comprehend what trouble we are all in if we don’t do something immediately to reverse the deadly course this country and it’s government have taken.

And I realized then that he was absolutely correct about these extraneous puzzle pieces… IT DOESN’T MATTER!!!

You see, we all perceive things in our own way. We all listen to different sources of information. We all like or dislike those sources of information based on other peoples perceptions of those sources. And we all comprehend the information that best suits our perspectives. And without even realizing it, we form our opinions of what we perceive as real or important from the hand-picked bowl of factoids swirling around in our heads that together give us our perception of the real world.

In short, we are all in a constant state of cognitive dissonance. (http://www.viewzone.com/cognitivedissonance.html) Sure, we all know so much about so many different things, and knowledge is the key to comprehension. But what good does that knowledge of scattered little pieces from the unlimited cornucopia of fruit from the tree of knowledge do for us. How does this knowledge solve the problems that we all know this tree creates?

(I just used cornucopia in a sentence!)

In the end, it’s just information. And like a computer hard drive, we can only store so much of this conspiracy in the space of our minds until the drive gets full and can’t save any more data in a comprehensive way, or without writing over something else.

We learn something new and amazing, but then that thing reveals five more amazing things. And when those are revealed, suddenly we have 25 new and amazing things to learn, which points to what seems at the time to be an unattainable 125 new and amazing things. But eventually, we attain them, or at least an interesting enough part of them to look at the next 625 things with enough curiosity to actually keep this cycle going perpetually.

So, at what point do we loose the ability to keep our peripheral vision on all of these new and amazing things before we find that our un-sunned skin and lack of social involvement are signs that we are spending way too much time online or in books trying to figure out who is the main group of conspirators and who their leader is?

IT DOESN’T MATTER !!!

Now let me justify that, as well as answer the challenge of the title of this rant… which information should take precedence right now: CAFR’s and TRF’s  -or-  everything else…

Many responses, comments and emails I’ve received from the readers of my previous entry (The Biggest Game In Town…) who by the way have been very kind, have brought up common law, natural law, UCC code and Maritime law, the court of record, and many other topics which I must say interest me to the extreme. But, I have to ask myself…

Do they matter right now?

As much as I can’t wait to tear into this multitude of information and set myself free from taxes and tyranny, unfortunately the answer is no.

Is it relevant? Oh yes, very much so…

Will it help me solve the country’s problems, not just my own personal ones? No, I’m afraid not.

Let me explain, and by no means do I mean to belittle anyone or their cause, be it just, and for the good of the republic.

First, I always like to think of things in terms of relativity. I like to have a realistic perspective on life and all that goes on within it. And I always like to tell the truth, no matter how much trouble it gets me into.

So, let’s look at an example of reality:

If you are at an intersection with a four way stop sign, and you are in a fragile Geo Metro, and to the left of you there is a massive, decked out Dodge Hemi 4×4 who just pulled up to his stop sign at the same time as you pulled up to yours, who goes through the intersection first?

Well, the “law” or at least social  protocol states that the car on your right has the “right of way“, and so the Geo Metro wins with the perceived power of right of way (the law).

But I submit to you that the truck to the left wins every time regardless of the law or your perception of it, simply because the tires are as big as the entirety of the quite crush-able Geo Metro!

Will you challenge the 4×4 (the people) with your frail little body of a car (the government, who are about as useful as a Geo Metro) if he (the people) decides to take the right of way (power) from you?

This is the perception of ownership (in this case of the road). If the people unite to become the massive supreme and sovereign force they are, take down the “owners”, and rework that ownership for the people, then the people (4×4) take ownership from the government, queens and kings (Geo Metro).

So, let’s say we discover that the Rothschilds and the queen of England do indeed “own” everything in the world…

What does that mean exactly? What if they all die? Who owns it then? Then, what if they die? And then once it gets down to the last two people on Earth, and one claims total ownership of said Earth, and he dies… then what? Do you the sole surviving human own the Earth? Can you prove this ownership? To whom? Animals don’t read…

It’s just on paper. It means nothing unless you (we) let it. And we can take it back any time we want through peaceful means by getting TRF’s voted in place in each government venue.

But only if we unite and become Bigfoot the monster-truck and get this show on the road.

Yes, common law is a fascinating thing, and I can’t wait to start studying all of this conceptual semantic law.

But… Though I am not familiar with the technical aspects of Common Law, Natural Law, UCC Code law, the court of record, and the laws of the land and all that goes with it, I do know for a fact that it isn’t nearly as significant as what Walter and CAFR’s and the comprehension of government investment wealth for the general public and the change that is necessary with that.

Frankly, I don’t care who in their own perception rules the world, and here’s why:

#1) Once we set up a TRF in a city, the whole of the books for that city will be revealed. This will reveal links to other city’s, states, and countries for which the corruption and wealth building in that now completely audited TRF’d city was involved in. Thus, we discover who’s in charge by the chain reaction of audits in new TRF-based cities.

#2) Common law has the same symptoms as misguided or misused faith. Religion gives people hope. But this kind of hope, or faith, more often than not leads to inaction due to the faith that heaven awaits you regardless of your actions. And when that happens, and otherwise good religious folks refuse to get involved in government or politics, corruption in government and politics take over. Hope is a very dangerous tool. I should only have to point to Obama’s use of the empty campaign promises of “Hope and Change” to prove my point here. A faithful person full of hope who is convinced that everything will be alright simply because he believes in something else, easily becomes inactive in the real world around him. Even to the point that they will watch their own government order our armies to kill millions of innocent darker-skinned people without even a protest, simply because they have faith in their hearts that a few of those dark-skinned people in some far off place ran a few planes into some buildings in New York and Washington.

Proof? Nope. Just blind faith in the media… their God.

Inversely, a person who removes themselves from the tyranny of Maritime U.C.C. Code and law and clings to being free by natural or common laws, also may become inactive in the fight to set things right for our country as a whole. They have faith that they are free from the constraints of government and taxes and other tyranical slavery. But there is a huge problem with this inaction or lack of participation in the system that still governs everyone else who is unfamiliar with these freedoms around them, which is probably 98% of America – who still have faith in and believe in the law of the land and their corrupt government, frustrating as that is. They cling to thier social security number as if it was their first born. And I can sum this problem and the danger of it up in one word…

Obama’s new hand-me-down toy. How will common law save you if you are whisked away with no trial and no jury and no rights whatsoever to a holding cell in Ecuador? Think it can’t happen to you? Do you really think freedom brings some sort of immunity to this type of thing? Is there a freedom card that you present to get out of sticky situations in other countries… Or even in our own now completely corrupt and corporate (government) owned jail system? You see, this common law and natural freedom is still based on a set of ideals and laws, god’s laws or other ones, that are still valid at this particular time in history if you know enough to invoke them. But if we allow the government to buy up every aspect of the United States, and they almost have by this point, and then take over the country, burn the Constitution and change the name to some Global Union of _______ ,  and make it a socialist fascist corporate state, what good will all of this common law knowledge be to anyone. It will become completely obsolete – null and void the second this takeover is complete. It would be as helpful as a 400 pound woman in a 150% gravity environment. When Rome took over a neighboring country, they did not abide by that countries laws in their theft no matter how beautiful and idealistic they were. If you went up to a Roman diplomat or soldier and tried to invoke common law from your now defunct country, you’d find yourself in the Colosseum being eaten by lions.

So, if you were to ask me what the importance of this whole social viability/common law/natural law/whatever you call it law, which is completely co-dependent on the current system of government and law (in other words America still being a free America despite the SS# and all that) compared to the importance of what Walters TRF’s will accomplish in protecting all of our sacred laws, constitutional or other, I’m going to have to say that TRF’s are 20,000,000 times more important at this time. Because all of those free-man laws go out the window if and when we are overtaken in a war or on paper by another country, a union of countries, or a conglomerate corporate monster, and we become Chinamerica. That is the thing that we must concentrate on and stop. And everyone that values their common or natural law status in this as of now free country, must maintain that country in its current state in order to keep those rights viable and applicable.

They are not free. We must fight for them and keep them.

And the country or corporate fascist government with the biggest stick (the biggest 4×4 truck) is going to win, and your idealist rights which are based on this constitutional system being still valid and screwing everyone else but you and your common law, will fade away into the night. That is, unless we take the investment wealth and “ownership” of our country back. And so far, the only person that has shown me how to do this is Mr. Walter Burien. (CAFR1.com)

So, by all means continue to practice common law, natural law, and any other free law that you can think of. I personally can’t wait to indulge in this myself. It gives me goosebumps.

But don’t for one minute think that this alone makes you a free man (or woman) or that you can stop paying attention and fighting for this system and its reconstructive change. Or you might be in for a shocking surprise when there is no corrupt United States government left to claim your freedom from. The Communists shoot people like you!

I would love to be wrong about this, and I may be. Corrections and debate to my humble opinions here will be warmly accepted…
