Rights To Privilages – A Chart For Freedom

Let’s think about our rights for a moment like a pie chart…

Let’s say our rights are in green, our privileges are in blue, and in red are all of the things we have no right or privilege to do anymore.

And let’s say that for right now, each section of the pie chart – green, blue, and red – are equal in dimension at 33% each.

Now, to get the meaning of how this pie chart of rights works, we must understand how something goes from green to red to blue.

A right is something you don’t think about, or something most of us take for granted. Every breath you take. Every move you make. Every casual conversation you have. You need no permission and you may practice these rights freely and without permit.

A privilege seems as though it’s a lot like a right. However, it is not. For while a privilege is something that may have been a right at one time, it is now a legal option for qualified citizens. It is permitted by the government to individuals of a certain stature, with proper permits or permissions, in certain zones or defined areas, with posted limits as guidelines to ensure that the legalities of these privileges are met when practiced. While it is not possible to abuse a right, since there is no law governing it, it is possible to abuse a privilege. All rights that require memberships, licenses, codes, rules, regulations, limits, taxes, or any other type of fees or statutes, and of which have a punishment attached to them for the breaking of any of these rules, are not rights at all… they are privileges. (Example 1: Fishing used to be a right anywhere. Now it is a privilege only available to licensed persons, and is even illegal in some areas.) (Example 2: Collecting rain water in some states and counties is not allowed, as the water rights belong to the government, even if you own the land.)

For a right or privilege to be illegal simply means that we no longer have the right or privilege to do that thing. There are punishments, imprisonments, and even death sentences for the committing of these illegal acts. This is a total disregard for our rights. It means we cannot do anything in the this column.

As laws, bills, and statutes are passed on a daily basis, we see the equilibrium of our pie chart grow slowly less green, slowly more blue, and slowly less red.

Less red you say? Well yes. A slave population which thinks they have rights and are free to travel, even though they need permits to do so, is much easier to control than one in which it knows it does not have these freedoms – or rights.

Therefore, we see the blue “privileges” section of our pie chart expand with great volume, pressing outward against our green “rights” zone until it is all but vanished. Our red “illegal” zone stays about the same, but shrinks insignificantly, because we find that most illegal things are legal if you have the means to pay off the powers that make them illegal in the first place. And of course these people don’t have to play by the rules of our pie chart. The makers of rules are usually not bound by them, as it has been with all dictatorial, monarchical, and oligarchical societies of our history.

The value of turning rights into privileges, and also turning illegal activities into privileges cannot be over stated here. Let’s take marijuana for instance: as an illegal substance, pot is only valuable as a black market item. But if the government allows it to be made into a legal substance, meaning we have the privilege – not a right but a privilege – to use this plant, then the government has control over this substance both financially and legally. It can set the prices and, once made into a privilege (legal), can then deny this privilege of its usage to anyone it chooses. So, by first taking the right of the people away to use something by making it illegal, the government can then bring it back into the populace in a controlled way, controlling the people’s access to it and profiting from the illusion that the people have the right to obtain marijuana. This is a good example of turning a right into a privilege by taking it away and then turning a right into a privilege. Legal drugs are illegal drugs allowed with a prescription. This is not a right, but a revocable privilege.

And so, as with all things we have for so long taken for granted as our natural rights as citizens of this country, we are being enveloped into an ever-increasing blue zone of privilege-based rights, where even the planting of gardens, the hanging of laundry in our backyards, the washing of our cars in public, and the amount of water used for these tasks is metered and allotted to us by our masters – the ones we vote for.

Ironically, the more “green” we all get, the less free we become. To ensure our participation in the false “green” revolution, we are getting mandatory RFID meters on all of our homes. If we use too much water, we will be cut off from the water supply. If we are watching too much TV in peak hours, we will be fined. And if our grass is too green and wet, we will be oogled and sneered at by our neighbors, who might call the “green police” on us.

And while all of this craziness is going on in our hometowns; while we police ourselves, the corporate giants that cause 99% of the pollution in the world continue to get away with murder… literally! For the polluting of streams, rivers, lakes, and oceans continues unabated, and nothing can continue to live in such a toxic environment. The oil continuously gushes in the Gulf of Mexico, and nothing is being done about it and no corporation is getting in trouble for it.

For there is no law that says killing an entire ecosystem is illegal.

Is your favorite color blue? If so, enjoy your privileges…

And while you are at it, enjoy the one right that the powers that be will never attempt to take away from you…

Conspiracy 101 – A Breakdown of Reality

Since nothing in the American culture of politics, religion, and society is what it appears to be on the surface, I’d like to just cover a basic truth for each paradigm we “believe” in…

1) The Constitution – There is no constitution. The United States was declared insolvent and bankrupt in 1933 by President Roosevelt, and it then became a communist state. (http://www.apfn.net/DOC-100_bankruptcy.htm). Besides,  the only “people” that were ever bound by the constitution for the united states of America, were the ones who wrote and signed it, and they’ve been dead for 200 years. Any contract must be entered into willingly and signed, sealed, delivered, witnessed, or acknowledged by you in order for you to be bound by it. Therefore, the constitution is null and void for all of us. While our politicians do take the constitutional oath to keep up appearances, Article 1, Section 6 of the U.S. constitution states:

“They (politicians) shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.”

This means that they cannot be held accountable for anything they do that is “unconstitutional”. Therefore, the oath of office is a contradiction to the protections afforded by the constitution itself. And who decides what is supposedly unconstitutional? The judicial branch of the so-called “government”. So… “government” decides what “government” can and cannot do “constitutionally”. If the irony of this is lost on you, then quit reading now… The most simple way to comprehend this, is that the constitution guaranteed a republic form of government. However, we are in a democracy – a system vehemently opposed by all of the writers of this so-called constitution, and a system that is a communist platform (democracy, socialism, fascism, etc…). Therefore, the very democratic “government”, or rule by majority, that we all live under is already inherently unconstitutional. Therefore, we do not live under constitutional rule. Democracy is a communist ideal… period.

2) Government – There is no government, because there is no country. We have private corporations, not representative governments. This is easy enough to prove, simply by looking at the Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports of all “government” bodies (corporations) in the “United States”. All for-profit corporations must file this report, as it is the law to do so. These are public domain, and hidden in plain sight. We have representatives of the “government” – some voted for, some not – from the president on down to local representatives. But, what is the actual “government”. If you can answer that, let me know. For it is not a tangible thing. It does not have any physical attributes that you can point to and say: “That is the government”. The closest thing to a “government” we have, are banks – since government is just transfer of wealth by government agents like the IRS by force. Your money or your life… or at least your property and your freedom.

3) Law – God’s law in natural law states that you shall do no harm to others, or their property. This is basic common law, and the only true law that really applies to us. An eye for an eye applies here… But over time, a bunch of lawyers and attorneys have come up with a bunch of unintelligible, barely comprehensible word phrases stating your inability to be free. Again, as there is no contract that you signed stating that you except and are therefore bound by these laws, you are not accountable for following these laws. A law can not be constitutional, since the constitution does not apply to our country or ourselves, accept in some idealistic, unrealistic theory. As long as you are duped into believing that your rights are granted to you by the constitution, you will follow even the most tyrannical, socialistic, communist, and draconian laws that are passed under the guise of constitutionality and false-liberty. A law is an intangible thing… Laws and the authority of their enforcers can only exist if the common people can be trained like dogs to follow them, forgetting their own natural-born, God-given authority to live free on this land without tyranny and oppression.

4) Borders – When you cross over into another state, do you somehow feel different? Does a little bell go off in your head on a trans-continental flight every time you fly into the official airspace of each state? When an “illegal” person of Hispanic decent crosses the Mohave Desert and over the U.S./Mexico “border”, are they any less hungry or thirsty as they step over the pretend invisible line? Are they any less Mexican? Borders are invisible lines – again not tangible things – which begs the question of jurisdiction… what actually stops the powers of the “government”? An invisible line? Each state is a separate corporation, controlled by the main corporation: U.S. Inc. And, when one researches who owns U.S. Inc, one finds that the United States never really separated from Great Britain, whom never really separated from the Vatican. So, the true jurisdiction of our “government” comes from a child molester in a big castle called the Vatican, which is not part of Italy, but rather a separate corporate state within the Italian “country”. There are no borders, only psychological fear and oppressive punishments for the crossing of imaginary lines by your “government” and its “code-enforcers”. Borders are ideological pretenses that mean nothing if you do not recognize their power, which is bestowed by the “government”, which of course also only has power if you give up your own. There are no tangible borders, because there are no “countries”, because there are no “governments”, because there is no “law” but what you participate in. Participation is paramount to communist control and domination. Without it, there is nothing but you and your own boundaries (borders).

5) Washington D.C. is the capital of the United States – The District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) is a separate entity from the United States. It is not a state – meaning it is not one of or part of the United States. It is not a commonwealth of the U.S. It is not a city, town, county, or island. It is however, a country! But remember, a country is simply a corporation. The ten-mile stretch of land that holds our federal government, is not under the jurisdiction of anything except itself. It is untouchable by us. We have no rights there, and we have no power to do anything to stop this corporation from doing its business – control of us. States are just sub-corporations under the Federal corporation of Washington D.C.

6) Terrorism – Blind acceptance of the myth that terrorism equates to individual persons or extremist “groups” killing and blowing up things for their personal gain is how terrorism has been sold to the American public. But I challenge you to find one person or group who has benefited from these terrorist incidents and attacks. Traditionally and historically, terrorism has been used by governments to persuade their citizens to act according to rule of law or to enter said “country” into war for profit. The act of terrorism is indeed a government tool for control. If you need proof of this fact, one must only inquire as to who profits from these acts of terror?

Osama bin Laden? He lost everything, and gained nothing… even losing all of the support of his people.

Saddam Husein? He lost his country, his wealth, and his life!

The Taliban? They are constantly hunted down, beaten, imprisoned, and killed like animals and are now cast as the scourge of the world.

But when one does look at who profits from terrorism, one finds massive profits in our corporate “government” and its corporate partners like Halliburton. We find the complete takeover of other countries, declared as the spread of “democracy”. Translated, this means the spread of corporate fascism – the takeover of all land by the main corporation, while destroying the infrastructure of that land in order to force monetary loans and debt in order to rebuild that infrastructure. Of course, since these “countries” can never pay back the “loans” provided by the charitable corporate “government” (banks), the terrorized “country” is forced through this clandestine terrorism to give up all mineral, water, and other resource rights to the corporation who conquered it through its spread of “democracy”. Incidentally, when one researches who it is that is bombing, killing, threatening, and destroying things all over the world, one always inevitably finds a connection to the CIA and/or the Mossad, though I’m not sure there is really a difference. From the shoe-bomber to the school-shooters to the suicide bombers (who bomb their own peoples schools and hospitals??? – Figure that one out!) to the 9/11 hijackers (many of which are still alive and asking why they are being blaming), there is always a CIA/MOSSAD connection. Even Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden (CIA name: Tim Osman) were involved with the CIA. There are no terrorists but our own “government agents”. Heck, where do you think they get all of their weapons???

7) War – The “United States” has not officially declared “war” since World War II. Therefore, all of the more than 50 “countries” that we have attacked, conquered, occupied, assassinated the leaders of, destroyed the infrastructure of, killed the people of, destroyed the pride of, and committed war crimes and human rights atrocities which are unparalleled in our history, were terrorized by us. These should be interpreted as nothing more than the corporate takeover of every world economy. War is something completely different, being a declaration that falls within the laws that govern such wars. War crimes, Geneva Conventions, and other protective vehicles for civilians do not apply in an undeclared war. We are the terrorists.

8) Voting – An educated voter is non-existent. Even the most educated of the voting public can not possibly “know” anything about the candidates for which they vote, besides by their portrayal in the propagandist media. Therefore all voters are technically uneducated. If that weren’t bad enough, we have been tricked into voting on machines – machines which have been proven over and over again to be fixable. In other words, at least 80% of the public votes on machines that can be easily manipulated to change their votes to a desired result. Elections are show business. They no more represent the will of the people than they do the integrity of the “government”. Elections can best be described as the hiring of non-representative corporate figureheads through carefully manipulated public opinion. The only vote that counts is no vote at all. Participation is the only action that lends credence to this false system of “government”. And when more than half of the entire country’s populace doesn’t even show up to vote in the first place, the legitimacy of these “politicians” to rule by majority vote is completely unfounded. There is no legitimate government…

9) America is a free country – This opinion has been propagated upon America’s population since day 1. So let’s discuss briefly what we as citizens are free to do: I can drive, but only with a license and mandatory insurance. I can buy and sell items, but only if I pay a tax and have a seller’s license. I can fly on a plane, but only after military style search and seizure and a complete background check with two forms of ID. I can get a job, but only if I am a member of the Social Security club and pay state, federal, and local taxes on my wages, as well as mandatory insurance. I can listen to the radio or watch TV, but someone is always there to decide what is proper for me to hear – editing out words and scenes, and sometimes even banishing my favorite speakers and shows from available viewership. I can own a gun, but only if I register it and let the police decide if I qualify for one based on my personal and criminal history. I can live in an apartment or house, but I must keep that house and its land up to local and state code, otherwise code enforcement (corporate private police) will be knocking on my door and handing me a citation. I can hold up a sign declaring my disdain for all of these rules, regulations, and the people who force them upon me, but only if I have a permit and do so in a free-speech zone. You do not live in a free country.

None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free” — Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

10) Police are there to protect and serve – Police are there to enforce code. They are there to assign taxes, in the form of citations and tickets. They are there to command a sense of authority and the illusion of control. They are not there for the benefit of the people, though sometimes they coincidentally protect or serve some fortunate people, usually the wealthier ones. They are the corporate enforcers of legalities, statutes, codes, signage, rules, regulations, etc… Many police forces are in fact private corporate entities. Parking police aren’t police at all. They take no oath, and they are not schooled in standard police training. They are barely required to have a high school education, and may just hav a G.E.D. instead. Many are hired by private corporations who only hire minorities. The parking enforcement in Los Angeles, for instance, is part of a corporation based in New York City, which is paid for by taxpayer dollars to write tickets and tow as many vehicles as possible to make a profit. They have been caught many times removing temporary permits and handicap placards after breaking into vehicles, in order to ticket and tow. They have a quota. And the regular police do not have authority over these private corporate enforcement companies acting as police. Protection is purchased from private security, not bestowed by public police officers. Service is not in the law enforcement handbook.

11) Only a fool represents himself in court – When you hire an attorney or one gets appointed for you by the court, you are in fact admitting to the court that you are incompetent to represent yourself , and mentally unstable to the point that you must become a ward of the court (of the state), giving up all of your rights. Attorney’s, like police, are there to ensure that code is followed, and to object to anything the court does that might entitle his client to sue the court (the state). A monetary value must always accompany any judgement, and the attorney ensures compliance with legal procedure. He does not represent you, but instead represents the court. A BAR’d attorney has taken an oath to uphold the legal requirements of the judicial system. What you must understand is that the BAR stands for “BRITISH ACCREDITED REGISTRY”. This association is housed in London England, or more properly, the small area in London that is not part of England, but rather like Washington D.C. in the fact that it is its own country – a corporate “state” controlling our own.

12) Churches are independent, non-profit, charitable organizations – Catholic, Mormon, Methodist, Jewish, Islamic, and all other organized religions have one corporate structure of which all individual churches are sub corporations (501-3c). The main church is a for-profit corporation. Each individual church is a non-profit sub-corporation of the main corporate entity. They are not independent. They must pay their share of money to be a part of this corporate structure. Charity is often not what it appears. Welfare is a form of domination and control. And religions, as for-profit corporations, are free to contribute to and influence politics, politicians, and government just as all other for-profit corporations are allowed to do. After all, according to the Supreme court: Corporations are people too!

13) You have rights – No, you have privileges granted by the state. Of course, you have natural God-given rights, but only if you know how to exercise them through sovereignty and natural law. Since the constitution does not apply to you, you cannot invoke this document as a source of your “rights”. You did not sign it. It is not a binding contract, even for the agreeable parts. Your privilages are granted by the “state” even though technically there is no state, only a corporation that exists solely because you let it control you and your life, liberty, and freedom.

14) You own your house or property – Actually, if you look at your deed or title, you are listed plainly as a “tenant”. Your land and by default the structure built upon it (your house) is the property of the “state”, or more accurately the bank. No matter how long you live in your house, you will be forced to pay property tax. This is not necessarily a tax as much as it is rent to the “government”. If you believe me to be in error about this fact, I would invite you to stop paying your rent (property tax). Your home and property will be confiscated. Consider this protection money… protection from corporate takeover. And if this is not enough to convince you, one only need consider the law and practice of eminent domain. This confiscation tool can be used to take your property at any time and for any reason. No exceptions there, except in cases of elodial title or land patent. Sure, they pay you what “they” set as fair-market value… but you must also consider that “they” are the ones creating the money supply and therefore the “market”.

15) 9/11 was an inside job – This is the popular cry of the 9/11 truth movement, of which I am happily a part of. But this is not a true statement. All roads lead to Israel and it’s CIA counterpart, the Mossad. That would make it an outside job. Of course, Israel is supported by billions of dollars of taxpayer money, and would not exist without U.S. backing. But, to say “inside job” doesn’t make clear that the people in our “government” who were involved with the events of 9/11 are Zionist and/or dual Israeli citizens, or very supportive and uber-friendly with the “state” of Israel. In other words, many in the Bush cabinet were in fact Jewish Zionist and duel-Israeli citizens. But also, to bring home that this event was not an “inside job”, our federal government is an outside entity (corporation), as discussed above, and not housed within the United States proper. Remember, Washington D.C. is not part of the United States. It is a foreign corporate entity. Therefore, any federally employed persons involved with 9/11 were operating outside of the “United States” – or the 50 unified states. So to call it an inside job is inaccurate, as this implies that our “government” is an inside entity and part of our “states united”.

16) Pro-choice means pro-abortion – Choice is a fundamental quality of freedom. Abortion however, is not. When someone is pro-choice, they are not necessarily pro-abortion. They are what the name implies… “for” the individuals right to choose, which should never be taken away. They are declaring freedom of “choice”, and are not declaring that abortion is in any way good or acceptable. No subject is cut and dry, and abortion cannot be classified into one of two group views. Choice is pro-choice, not pro-abortion. Education is key.

17) There is a difference between the Democratic and Republican parties – “The left-right paradigm” is a phrase coined by Alex Jones. It represents a state of belief in the two-party system. It means that which ever “side” you choose, you inherently and by default vilify the other side. It means that one is good and one is bad. All the while, party members and supporters never comprehend that there is no difference between the two parties standard platforms, excepting their “public” views on abortion. But even on abortion, the efforts by both parties to depopulate the world is clear, with forced abortion mandates in Africa, one-child policies in Asia, and others. These policies are corporate. They are instituted by the corporation, which dominates these poor countries. And the corporation includes democrats and republicans. You see, it doesn’t matter what you believe as a democrat or a republican, it only matters what the men and women who are the elected and unelected officials in these parties believe. They are corporate officers. They have no regard for what you believe is right or wrong.

It all boils down to this: If the democrats are in power – as they are now – they were put there because the public opinion of republicans was guided by the media to make you vote democratic this time around, not realizing that they are simply the same people playing good-cop/bad-cop roles in a publicly broadcast, fake dramatic sitcom. Now, after 8 years of horrific republican rule under the Bush regime, we will get 4-8 years of even worse tyrannical rule by the Obama ragime. And, once the media works its magic, we will once again vote republican. But, the same players (or actors) that were in previous administrations are again in power. Because what you have to realize is that by electing a single man for president, you are really “electing” all of the unelected officials that the “elected” president “hires” once he is elected. Therefore, we have tens and hundreds of “APPOINTED” officials ruling over us, and even ruling over our other congressional and senatorial elected officials. This is not a representative government… for you must be chosen to represent the people in order to hold the title of a “representative of the people”. And so as long as the republican party is there to catch the democratic party when it falls, and as long as the democratic party is then there in the future to catch the republican party when it falls, we will always have the same two party’s in office (which are just one party role-playing like professional wrestlers as good and evil – depending on what your perspective of good and evil is). It is a slight of hand trick that will continue to ensure the right-left paradigm stays in power by manipulating the perseptions of the voting public.

So one could put forth here that your vote doesn’t really count, unless you use it to vote out the two-party system by voting for a third party. But the media has manipulated you into thinking that voting for anybody but a democrat or republican is foolhardy. This is the paradigm we must all break out of if we are to ever be a free society.

18) Charities and foundations are grass-roots organizations run by good caring people – The Cancer Society was founded by none other than John D. Rockefeller. The US President only earns $400K ($200K as recently as Pres. Clinton) while the C.E.O. of the Red Cross earns approximately $565K, even though this person has “done little work in the primary mission of the Red Cross: disaster relief” and “will face a steep learning curve”.

Foundations, Charities, Associations, and Organizations are Corporations! Though billed as non-profits, the amount of money brought in by these foundations is staggering. When corporations donate to such things as Red Cross Haiti relief, they are not donating to the people of Haiti, but rather to the corporation of the Red Cross. In return, these corporations get no-bid contracts from foundations like the Red Cross. The board of directors for the Red Cross are the who’s who of agri-business, construction, contracting, banking, infrastructure, and other for-profit corporations. And while the Red Cross is indeed a non-profit, it gives this money away to it’s board of director’s companies, as well as paying them a ridiculous salary. So the majority of the money that you donate to these “charities” never reaches the people you believe it will help.

19) The nightly news is comprised of independant jounalism you can trust – When a news story is produced, it is writen in a way so as to be usable in all markets. It is then sent to each affiliate news station across the country, to be recorded by the local newscaster as if it was their own story. Meanwhile, on every other news station across America, the same story is being screened by different newscasters reading the same thing verbatim – but attaching thier name to the end of the story. This is media. It is entertainment. It is hypnotic. But it is not truth. It is a set of meticulously researched standards and practices employed to mentally labotomize you from discovering the true nature of your world and your “government”.

Who Owns America?

Nothing is as it seems…

Somehow, we have all been conditioned to believe that what once was shall always be. We believe that we are a free people, guaranteed our God-given rights declared in the constitution. We believe that when we vote, we are electing representatives of we the people, whom once elected become public servants. We believe that the house in which we live and the land on which we settle is our land, free and clear of our government’s tentacles. And we believe that the laws for which we allow ourselves to be governed by come from a legitimate law making body, with checks and balances and constitutional oversights.

But what if the above perceptions are in fact false?

And what if the reality is that the United States doesn’t even exist at all?

What indeed…

According to Executive Order 12803, signed by George H.W. Bush in 1992, The District Of Columbia – Washington D.C. (neither a state nor a part of the United States) was given the authority to privatize most or all of the infrastructure within the United States. This means that the federal government, or the corporation that acts in lieu of a federal government, can sell any city’s “assets” which were built with tax-payer monies including:

· Roads
· Tunnels
· Bridges
· Electricity supply facilities
· Mass transit
· Rail transportation
· Airports
· Ports
· Waterways
· Recycling/wastewater treatment facilities
· Solid waste disposal facilities
· Hospitals
· Prisons
· Schools
· Housing

E.O. 12803 lists the above as examples of America’s salable and/or lease-able infrastructure. But this is not to be taken as a complete list, as these are just some examples.

E.O. 12803 names this authority in its destructive pages as “Infrastructure Privatization” and states that this power allows for the “…disposition or transfer of an infrastructure “asset” such as by sale or by long-term lease from a State or local government to a private party.

In a previous blog article, I compared the 10 planks of the Communist Manifesto with various Executive Orders, Presidential Directives, Acts of Congress, and other legislation which, under a declared state of emergency (martial law) would put the very items listed above under immediate government control, ensuring the continuity of government (corporate rule). If we then understand that America’s infrastructure has now been available for sale to foreign nations for 18 years, when E.O. 12803 was signed into law by the treasonous Bush family cartel, we might then get a picture of why everything seems to be getting so expensive and corrupt.

No longer should we be asking why our phone, electric, gas, water, sewage, waste management, tollways, parking meters, public transit, hospital bills, and general operating budgets keep going up-up-up in price… What we should be asking is who owns these once public utilities?

Is it possible that China owns the sewers? Can Mexico actually own our tollways and roads. Is Russia the proud new owner of Nevada?

These are the questions we should be asking…

And when one considers that “Housing” is one of the listed “assets” in the government’s list of examples, one must then ask whether the continued accounts of foreign troops practicing martial law drills across the country might be construed as foreign troops practicing takeover of the land for which they now own. After all, the real estate industry has recently been privatized into government hands. Is it not reasonable to assume that our “housing” includes the land for which those houses call home? And, knowing that your title or deed (you should read yours, especially the small print) states that you do not own the land or home you live in, that you are the tenant, and that it can be taken at any time by the corporate government through eminent domain for any reason, one must ask what will happen when China wants to claim the land for which it has purchased or been given in payment of the national debt.

Are Mexicans illegal immigrants if they are living on Mexico’s land purchased from under our noses through government deed? Could the push in recent years for a multi-cultural mindset and global population in the United States simply be to acclimatize us for the reality of America’s sale and eventual take-over from these foreign entities?

We know that many of our interstates and roadways are already sold. We know that they are part of the N.A.F.T.A. system of inter-continental transport controlled through United Nations sanctions. And we know that Mexico gets tolls that are paid in the United States. So, if these roads are no longer in the public trust, instead being held by private corporations or foreign countries, where do our taxes go that have historically paid for the building and maintenance of this infrastructure? Are we paying taxes for not? Or are we giving our money to non-governmental and foreign corporations?

Why doesn’t the government actually fix the health-care system and start enforcing the safety regulations that supposedly apply to the health-care industry? Perhaps these hospitals aren’t on American soil anymore. Or perhaps the whole codified system of rules and legalities don’t mean a hill of beans. And isn’t it amazing and suspicious that most of our hospitals are packed full of foreign doctors?

Private prisons are plentiful, many owned by Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR). Old Dick Cheney must be so proud of his legacy of the privatized prison labor business. And with more than 1% of our population in prison, business is booming. But how does one know if one is still in an American prison, with all of the rights and protections accorded thereof? Is rendition simply taking an American citizen to a foreign-owned prison on foreign land inside of America? So many questions can be answered by applying this Executive Order to the equation…

And finally, are our public schools being sold off to the highest bidder? This should frighten anyone with any sense of behavioral modification and the early childhood educational programing that takes place in our schools today. Considering the multi-cultural bias in most and the allowance of Spanish as a first language in some schools, we good little citizens must pause and wonder if our natural-born children aren’t indeed attending a foreign school in the middle of America!

These are scary thoughts indeed. But we should be asking these questions, and demanding answers for them. For at this point, if it is true that the United States of America ceased to exist long ago, then we have no legitimate government. We are in actuallity living in a fictitious corporate state opperating under the illusion of freedom and democracy, with no constitution in sight. Our independence is gone, as is our sovereignty. We are a people with no homeland. We have been sold out by our “trusted leaders”.

In reality, the international banks and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is our government.

Here are a few other facts about the United States, referenced and stated simply. Check them yourself. And for more intense reading on these subjects, go here: http://www.civil-liberties.com/books/index.html

The following list was copied from here: http://home.iae.nl/users/lightnet/world/essays.htm

1. The IRS is not a U.S. Government Agency. It is an Agency of the IMF. (Diversified Metal Products v. IRS et al. CV-93-405E-EJE U.S.D.C.D.I., Public Law 94-564, Senate Report 94-1148 pg. 5967, Reorganization Plan No. 26, Public Law 102-391.)

2. The IMF is an Agency of the UN. (Blacks Law Dictionary 6th Ed. Pg. 816)

3. The U.S. Has not had a Treasury since 1921. (41 Stat. Ch.214 pg. 654)

4. The U.S. Treasury is now the IMF. (Presidential Documents Volume 29-No.4 pg. 113, 22 U.S.C. 285-288)

5. The United States does not have any employees because there is no longer a United States. No more reorganizations. After over 200 years of operating under bankruptcy its finally over. (Executive Order 12803) Do not personate one of the creditors or share holders or you will go to Prison.18 U.S.C. 914

6. The FCC, CIA, FBI, NASA and all of the other alphabet gangs were never part of the United States government. Even though the “US Government” held shares of stock in the various Agencies. (U.S. V. Strang, 254 US 491, Lewis v. US, 680 F.2d, 1239)

7. Social Security Numbers are issued by the UN through the IMF. The Application for a Social Security Number is the SS5 form. The Department of the Treasury (IMF) issues the SS5 not the Social Security Administration. The new SS5 forms do not state who or what publishes them, the earlier SS5 forms state that they are Department of the Treasury forms. You can get a copy of the SS5 you filled out by sending form SSA-L996 to the SS Administration. (20 CFR chapter 111, subpart B 422.103 (b) (2) (2) Read the cites above)

8. There are no Judicial courts in America and there has not been since 1789. Judges do not enforce Statutes and Codes. Executive Administrators enforce Statutes and Codes. (FRC v. GE 281 US 464, Keller v. PE 261 US 428, 1 Stat. 138-178)

14. New York City is defined in the Federal Regulations as the United Nations. Rudolph Gulliani stated on C-Span that “New York City was the capital of the World” and he was correct. (20 CFR chapter 111, subpart B 422.103 (b) (2) (2)

15. Social Security is not insurance or a contract, nor is there a Trust Fund. (Helvering v. Davis 301 US 619, Steward Co. V. Davis 301 US 548.)

16. Your Social Security check comes directly from the IMF which is an Agency of the UN. (Look at it if you receive one. It should have written on the top left United States Treasury.)

17. You own no property, slaves can’t own property. Read the Deed to the property that you think is yours. You are listed as a Tenant. (Senate Document 43, 73rd Congress 1st Session)

18. The most powerful court in America is not the United States Supreme Court but, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. (42 Pa.C.S.A. 502)

32. The United States Government was not founded upon Christianity. (Treaty of Tripoli 8 Stat 154.)

33. It is not the duty of the police to protect you. Their job is to protect the Corporation and arrest code breakers. Sapp v. Tallahasee, 348 So. 2nd. 363, Reiff v. City of Philadelphia, 477 F.Supp. 1262, Lynch v. N.C. Dept of Justice 376 S.E. 2nd. 247.

34. Everything in the “United States” is For Sale: roads, bridges, schools, hospitals, water, prisons airports etc. I wonder who bought Klamath lake. Did anyone take the time to check? (Executive Order 12803)

35. We are Human capital. (Executive Order 13037)

36. The UN has financed the operations of the United States government for over 50 years and now owns every man, women and child in America. The UN also holds all of the Land in America in Fee Simple. (Get the Disks for the Essay and Documents.)

37. The good news is we don’t have to fulfill “our” fictitious obligations. You can discharge a fictitious obligation with another’s fictitious obligation. (Get the Disks)

38. The depression and World War II were a total farce. The United States and various other companies were making loans to others all over the World during the Depression. The building of Germanys infrastructure in the 1930’s including the Railroads was financed by the United States. That way those who call themselves “Kings,” “Prime Ministers,” and “Furor.”etc could sit back and play a game of chess using real people. Think of all of the Americans, Germans etc. who gave their lives thinking they were defending their Countries which didn’t even exist. The millions of innocent people who died for nothing. Isn’t it obvious why Switzerland is never involved in these fiascoes? That is where the “Bank of International Settlements” is located.Wars are manufactured to keep your eye off the ball. You have to have an enemy to keep the illusion of “Government” in place. (Get the Disks and see the Documents for yourself.)

39. The “United States” did not declare Independence from Great Britain or King George. (Get the Disks for Documents and Essay.)

40. Guess who owns the UN? The disks have many more cites including Hundreds of Documents to verify the 40 statements above and numerous other facts. The Disks also include numerous Essays written by Stephen Ames and several other people that fully explain the 40 above mentioned facts. The Disks will clear up any confusion and answer any questions that you may have. The cites listed above are only the tip of the iceberg. Also included on the Disks are several hundred legal definitions because without them it is next to impossible for the non-lawyer to understand many of the Documents. Simple words such as “person” “citizen” “people” “or” “nation” “crime” “charge” “right” “statute” “preferred” “prefer” “constitutor” “creditor” “debtor” “debit” “discharge” “payment” ‘law” “United States” etc, do not mean what most of us think because we were never taught the legal definitions of the proceeding words. The illusion is much larger than what is cited above.

There is no use in asking an Attorney about any of the above because: “His first duty is to the courts…not to the client.” U.S.v Franks D.C.N.J. 53F.2d 128. “Clients are also called “wards of the court” in regard to their relationship with their attorneys.”Spilker v. Hansin, 158 F.2d 35, 58U.S.App.D.C. 206. Wards of court. Infants and persons of unsound mind. Davis Committee v. Lonny, 290 Ky. 644, 162 S.W.2d 189, 190. Did you get that? An Attorneys first duty is not to you and when you have an Attorney you are either considered insane or an infant.

The United States Communist Manifesto

The Communist Manifesto is a desired description of the government (corporate) control of a society, and for that mater the world, written by Mr. Karl Marx in 1848.

Karl Marx describes in his communist manifesto, the ten steps necessary to destroy a free enterprise system and replace it with a system of omnipotent government power, so as to effect a communist socialist state. Those ten steps are known as the Ten Planks of The Communist Manifesto…

Karl Marx designed these planks as a test to determine whether a society has become communist or not.

As if to give credence to these 10 pillars of a society completely controlled by the State (communism), past and present presidents of the United States Corporation have and continue to pass presidential directives, which bring these planks of communist doctrine to reality… in the state of a declared emergency. While these “directives” scared me before, the realization that they coincide so perfectly with the communist/fascist doctrine of Marx brings this to a whole new level.

These “10 Planks” written in the Communist Manifesto are listed in blue below. Underneath each “plank” is the Presidential Directives, Executive Orders, congressional acts, constitutional amendment, etc. that has made each plank of the Communist Manifesto into law. This is not good.

.

– Executive Order 12919 – The president would put the United States under total martial law and military dictatorship, in case of a declared emergency.

≈–1–≈

1) Abolition of private property. Abolition of private property and the application of all rents of land to public purposes.

– The Patriot Act – Allows law enforcement to conduct warrentless searches of your records and place of residence, and to confiscate your personal property without your knowledge or consent.

≈–2–≈

2) The income tax. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

The Emergency Banking Act – President Roosevelt declared the United States Federal Government dissolved by being bankrupt and insolvent.

– House Joint Resolution 192, 73rd Congress –  Suspended The Gold Standard and Abrogated The Gold Clause. Dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments.

– Sixteenth Amendment (Amendment XVI) – Allows the Congress to unconstitutionally levy an income tax without apportioning it among the states or basing it on census results. “The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.”

≈–3–≈

3) Abolition of estate. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.

– Probate Laws and Taxes – The application of estate tax, property tax, and the limiting of and reassigning of property values, as well as other state and federal taxes are all aspects of this. Also, you do not own the property in which you live nor the land it sits upon. You are permitted through contract (title/deed) with the State to occupy said dwelling. It can be taken away at any time through eminent domain, or through bank contract if a loan is defaulted upon. Read your title and deed and these facts will become apparent.

≈–4–≈

4) Confiscation of property. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.

– Executive Order 10998 – Allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks, and vehicles of any kind.

– Executive Order 11310 – Grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

– Eminent Domain – The inherent power of the State to seize a citizen’s private property, expropriate property, or seize a citizen’s rights in property with due monetary compensation, but without the owner’s consent. The property is taken either for government use or by delegation to third parties (corporations) who will devote it to public or civic use or, in some cases, economic development. The exercise of eminent domain is not limited to real property. Governments may also condemn (exercise power of eminent domain to transfer title to the property from its private owner to the government) personal property, such as supplies for the military in wartime or franchises. Governments can even condemn intangible property such as contract rights, patents, trade secrets, and copyrights.

International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) – A UNITED STATES Federal Law allowing U.S. presidents  to identify any unusual extraordinary threat that originates outside the UNITED STATES and to confiscate property and prohibit transactions in response. In the UNITED STATES CODE  the IEEPA is TITLE 50, SECTIONs 1701-1707. Enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.

– National Security Presidential Directive (NSPD) 51 – Allows the president to control and coordinate all three brances of government (to become king) in the event of a “catastrophic emergency”. Thus, no judicial review or jury trial will be available, thus property disputes will be squashed by the king or his minions.

– The Military Commissions Act – Strips the courts of jurisdiction to hear or consider habeas corpus appeals of anyone held in U.S. Custody as an “unlawful enemy combatant” or “rebels”. Also prohibits any person from invoking the Geneva Conventions or their protocols as a source of rights in any action in a U.S. court.

≈–5–≈

5) A central bank. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.

– Executive Order 11921 – Allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to take control of all financial institutions in the United States, and allows government to control the mechanisms of production and distribution of energy sources.

– Federal Reserve ActAct of Congress that created the Federal Reserve System, the central banking system of the United States of America, which was signed into law by President Woodrow Wilson.

≈–6–≈

6) Government control of communications and transportation. Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the State.

– Executive Order 10990 – Allows government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

– Executive Order 10995 – Allows government to seize and control all communications media (telecommunications, internet, radio, television, etc…)

– Executive Order 10997 – allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels, and minerals.

– Executive Order 11002 – Allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

– Act of August 29, 1916 – Authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency.

≈–7–≈

7) Government ownership of factories, land, and agriculture. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.

– Executive Order 10999 – Allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

– Executive Order 11005 – Allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities… public or private.

– 1950 Defense Production Act – Gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy.

≈–8–≈

8) Government control of labor creation of government labor armies. Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.

– Executive Order 11000 – Allows the government to mobilize citizens into work brigades under government supervision.

– H.R. 3590: Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obama-Care), page 1312, SEC. 5210. ESTABLISHING A READY RESERVE CORPS, and SEC. 203. COMMISSIONED CORPS AND READY RESERVE CORPS – Establishment of a commissioned Regular Corps and a Ready Reserve Corps for service in time of national emergency. The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed service’s reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions. The Ready Reserve Corps shall participate in routine training to meet the general and specific needs of the Commissioned Corps be available and ready for involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies and public health crises, similar to the uniformed service reserve personnel, be available for back-filling critical positions left vacant during deployment of active duty Commissioned Corps members, as well as for deployment to respond to public health emergencies, both foreign and domestic; and be available for service assignment in isolated, hardship, and medically under-served communities (as defined in section 399SS) to improve access to health services. Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall be appointed by the President and commissioned officers of the Regular Corps shall be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate. Effective on the date of enactment of the Affordable Health Choices Act, all individuals classified as officers in the Reserve Corps under this section (as such section existed on the day before the date of enactment of such Act) and serving on active duty shall be deemed to be commissioned officers of the Regular Corps. So those “Commissioned Officers  personally appointed by Barack Obama without advice and consent of the Senate automatically become a part of the Regular Corps. Translation: a presidential army, which will most likely not be bound by any oath to the constitution, but may be bound by an oath to the president.

≈–9–≈

9) Corporate farms and regional planning. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries, gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country by a more equitable distribution of population over the country. Note: This is a part of Agenda 21…

– Executive Order 11002 – Designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

– Executive Order 11004 – Allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, to designate public lands and areas to be abandoned, and to establish new locations for populations.

– National Security Act of 1947 Allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities.

≈–10–≈

10) Government control of education. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children’s factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production.

– Executive Order 11001 – Allows the government to take over all health, education, and welfare functions.

– Mandatory Government Education – Public education is schooling mandated for or offered to all children by the government, whether national, regional, or local, provided by an institution of civil government, and paid for, in whole or in part, by taxes. The State of Massachusetts enacted mandatory government sponsored education in 1852. Mississippi was the last state to enact a compulsory attendance law In 1918. Public education involves compulsory student attendance until a certain age or standard is achieved, government certification of teachers and curricula to ensure learning structure and materials are State approved, and government testing and standards for citizens, to ensure indoctrination-like education into the system of debt-enslavement and ignorance of corporate government and actual history is achieved. Homeschooling is now demonized, and has even been made illegal in some states.

.

.

One “event” is all it will take, real or false-flag.

And a national emergency will be declared.

Obama will become king, overseen and controled by an oligarchy of elites.

Be afraid… be very afraid!

What Is Democracy? What Is A Republic?

Simply stated, democracy is a majority rule.

So, if 51% of the people get what they want, then 49% of the people get something they don’t want.

Democracy is two wolves and a sheep sitting down to discuss dinner plans.

Where as a republic form of government, which is guaranteed by the constitution, is well armed sheep.

You see, in the republic form of governance (not to be mistaken with the Republican Party, at all, in the least!) – but in the republic form of governance, each party, group, or individual would be represented and included. A law or bill, and especially an amendment to the constitution itself would be extremely difficult to get ratified. This is a good thing, and exactly what the founding fathers had in mind – less government and more liberty. And for good reason…

The idealistic writers of the constitution, believing that parties, special interests, lobbies, and politicians would never be able to set their claws into the beautifully written concepts for which the constitution set forth, made the mistake of concluding that like themselves, the future elected leaders of the country would be both statesmen and representatives of the people. This of course was and certainly is not the case. Education is one huge factor in this. Uneducated voting is nothing more than a popularity contest similar to American Idol, where winners are chosen by the producers under the false pretense that the voting public actually elected the winner.

One might rebut and say that we have a democratic republic…

But in truth, the two concepts are way too opposite from each other to be used to describe each other. This is because a majority rule can never represent the minority need (nor the minority of one) as in a true republic like the one described in the constitution.

The Bill Of Rights are God-given. They are not privileges to be suffocated and chiseled away by legalities and statues forced upon the public by weasels in fancy suits, ties and black robes. Government owned corporations were never intended to be the police, the treasury, the municipalities, the army, or the appointed legislators.

But this is what we have become: a democracy. A better title would be an oligarchical corpocracy (fascism) – corporations owned through investment by the government, whom advertise popular candidates like Obama, knowing that once he is elected he will appoint former, current, and future corporation lobbyists, CEO’s, and board members into positions favorable to private government/corporate no-bid contracts, thus ensuring future revenue generation for the government-owned corporations while generating wealth and kickbacks for the corporate representatives that are appointed by the elected official, namely the president of the United States corporation – U.S. Inc.

Thus, when we hear our politicians and media hounds constantly harping about bringing democracy to the rest of the world, what this really means is that United States Incorporated wants to expand its business base internationally – be it oil in Iraq, poppy seeds in Afghanistan, water and mineral rights in South America, or simply the power to use our corporate and United Nations controlled military to destroy a countries infrastructure so that companies like Halliburton can receive billions in taxpayer money to rebuild what U.S. Inc. destroys. All of this in the name of democracy?

Let’s try: all of this in the name of corporate big-business.

And the human element, as we’ve seen in the Middle East, is much like an exterminator killing cockroaches. The only difference is that the pest control industry provides the necessary protective equipment and tools for their exterminators, whilst the military just denies its soldiers medical claims for their wounds and traumas sustained due to a lack of equipment and a general lack of  human emotion and callous disregard for it’s soldiers well being. I have a feeling that if the pest control corporations could get away with this crime, it would stop providing safety equipment for it’s exterminators tomorrow.

The U.S. government is a holding company, a concentration of monetary funds, investments, and the power of allocation of monies, allowing for the corporate employees (politicians being paid by these corporations before, during, and after his or her term is done) to legislate in favor of corporate need and with total disregard of the people they are meant to represent. Why do you think men like Clinton, Bush, and Cheney are now on multiple corporate boards, earning millions of dollars for attending a meeting once or twice a year?

A republic requires 100% of the vote, both in elections and in a jury trial. While a democracy only requires majority rule. This is great, as long as you are in the majority! But can you imagine if the choice to use nuclear weapons was left up to a majority, especially the uneducated and socially manipulated population. How many times have you heard that, regarding the middle-east, “we should just nuke em”? This is why the average people should not be in a position to vote. They do not understand what they are voting for, besides the best sound byte and promises from the prettiest face and fanciest suit. This was the purpose of electing a statesman to represent the people.  The constitutionalists were sure that the state of education would be top notch in their new country… and that the people would never forget the reasons why they set up a republic in the first place, and not a democracy. But as with all things, the people are doomed to repeat their past – thanks to the purposeful corporate degradation of the school system and radio and television.

If our system of government were truly of the form granted by the constitution for the United States of America, this is how the congress and senate voting sessions would go:

1) A bill or amendment would be put forth onto the floor of the legislature.

2) Debate over the quality, constitutionalism, practical application, and future ramifications would then ensue for many days, weeks, or months since every state representative would be needed to justify the passage of this new law. This ideological barrier was purposeful, so that 99% of the laws and statutes that are passed and in effect now could not have been passed. If one independent statesman stood up and voted no, then it would have to be re-written and re-debated until all representatives shared a common desire to see this bill become law.

3) Once all minorities are fully represented and content with the bill, it would then be passed by the house, then the senate. And finally, the president (being a true statesman and not a shill for corporate interests) would have to decide if the bill was indeed constitutional and good for the country. If he did not, he could veto the bill. But this veto is not the final authority, for the representatives of the states could force the bill through despite the executive branches action.

This is what was originally a constitutional set of checks and balances for the republic, where each legislative body must respect and approve the others actions, ensuring total representation for all people. But this is no longer the case. Now, the president (of the corporation) does as he wishes, or more accurately, what he is told to do by his appointed hierarchy and the corporate structure they represent.

Who does the president appoint to these positions of power and regulation?

Well, in March President Obama announced that he was appointing Islam A. Siddiqui as Chief Agricultural Negotiator, Office of the U.S. Trade Representative.

Islam Siddiqui is a pesticide lobbyist and Vice President for Science and Regulatory Affairs at CropLife America, an agribusiness lobbying group that represents Monsanto.

Monsanto is a government controlled corporation, and one that is ruining the organic and wholesome food markets in favor of its genetically modified organisms (GMO) that look the same as corn, soybeans, and other crops. But they are altered clones of real food, with deadly pesticides built into the genetic code of the seeds.

The reason for this purposeful mutation of living organisms? The patenting of life itself.

From the blood in your body, to the foods that you grow, to the animals you raise and eat, to the DNA that you are made up by, companies like Monsanto are allowed to own life by putting a government (corporate) patent on each monstrosity they create, while simultaneously attempting and succeeding in killing and removing from the markets the original life or heirloom seeds that humans have used from the beginning of our time.

By appointing Monsanto and other corporate representatives into the government offices that write the regulatory laws for which these giant corporations operate under, our legislative body has become nothing more than a corporate permission giving body, there to ensure that the anti-trust, health-codes, and other regulations are in fact deregulated for ease of transition into a completely corporately dominated, government owned corpocracy with no representation for the people whatsoever. The laws which govern corporate greed and thievery are being written by the corporations’ lobbyists that they in turn paid millions to get appointed through the election of the president, who would then appoint them.

This type of majority representation of the corporations and not of the people is where we stand now. Our legislature is on a level of coruption unheard of in even the most devilish of oligarchies or communist regimes, with banks running the treasury and economy, pharmacuiticals running healthcare, chemical weapons companies running agriculture, insurance companies running the judicial, private security running the police and military, media companies running the propaganda, and the United Nations running the show. If all the world is indeed the stage, then we are not merely players, but corporate debt slaves.

One last word on what a democracy really is…

The word democracy does not ever appear in the Declaration Of Independence, nor in the constitution.  It also never appears in any of the 50 state constitutions. In short, we are not supposed to be a democracy.

The founding fathers actually did everything they could to keep our new country out of a democracy, knowing that a democracy is just a patriotic word for an oligarchy.

“Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention, have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property, and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.” — James Madison: “Father of the Constitution” from: The Federalist Papers – Essay 10 —

“We are a republican government. Real Liberty is never found in despotism or the extremes of democracy” — Alexander Hamilton

“Democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself.” — Samual Adams

I think that many people, in studying the constitution, overlook the fact that this is true. I think that many people think that the constitution was the inventor of the democracy, and do not understand that Rome was a democracy as it fell. And I do not think that America has much longer to live, if you can call our current despotism, bankruptcy, hunger, pharmaceutical poisoning, homelessness and moral degradation living.

On a final note, here is a list of past democracies, and how long they lasted. Compare these with the United States…

†———————————-†———————————-†

The Tytler Cycle

†———————————-†———————————-†

The Scottish historian Alexander Tytler composed the following theory:

“A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury.

“From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.

“The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations from the beginning of history has been about 200 years. During those 200 years, these nations always progressed through the following sequence:

From bondage to spiritual faith;

From spiritual faith to great courage;

From courage to liberty;

From liberty to abundance;

From abundance to complacency;

From complacency to apathy;

From apathy to dependence;

From dependence back into bondage.”

Consider now that the following empires all lasted just a bit over 200 years:

Assyria (859-612 B.C.): a 247-year reign.
Persia (538-330 B.C.): a 208-year reign.
Greece (331-100 B.C.): a 231-year reign.
The Roman Republic (260-27 B.C.): a 233-year reign.
The Roman Empire (27 B.C.-180 A.D.): a 207-year reign.
The Arab Empire (634-880 A.D.): a 246-year reign.
The Mameluke Empire (1250-1517 A.D.): a 267-year reign.
The Ottoman Empire (1320-1570 A.D.): a 250-year reign.
Spain (1500-1750 A.D.): a 250-year reign.
Romanov Russia (1682-1916 A.D.): a 234-year reign.
Great Britain (1700-1950 A.D.): a 250-year reign.
The United States (1790-2010 A.D.): 220 years and counting.

***List compiled by Chuck Baldwin – Constitutional Party presidential candidate in 2008 that most voters never even knew was on the ballot until election day, due to a media blackout on “alternative” and “third party” candidates.

• Now consider that the United States has been around – since winning it’s war for independence and becoming a nation – for 220 years.

• Or depending on your historical perspective, since 1776 – the unofficial humble beginnings of our country through the Declaration of Independence – for 234 years (Coincidentally, just one more year than the Roman republic-turned-democracy listed above).

The Machines Have Taken Over !!!

This was the first thought that slammed into my head a few days ago as I came upon the exit for the parking lot at The Grove, a mall in Los Angeles that resembles greatly the contrived fakery and designer-imitation facade of some of the fancier hotels in Las Vegas. And as if a train had smacked right into me, the rush of this realization and amazement perforated my bones.

I stopped cold and just stared at the spectacle…

Reaching out, I stopped my friend who was walking beside me and made him look as well, hand on chest as if he were about to walk over a cliff.

“Look!” I exclaimed, excited as I pointed toward the fray. “The robots have taken control!”

There in front of us, just twenty or so feet ahead, lay four traffic lanes which wound along from the upper levels of the parking garage. Each lane ended at the pay stations where money was collected for the fees that we must pay for patronizing businesses that seemingly don’t have to do anything to keep their customer’s coming back for more – except to over-build corporate warehouses dispensing cheaply made disposables and foodstuffs no more nutritious or better tasting than the 45% recycled cardboard packaging it gets sold in, while killing any hopes of local merchants to ever possibly undersell them.

Now, ordinarily this wouldn’t have been of any shock value, as the somehow patient drivers pay their fees to a barely legal man or woman in an unmistakably out of place and slightly yellow around the collar white dress shirt and tie. But this time was different. It had been a good 8 months since I had been to The Grove, and since that time a drastic and insidious change had taken place. The booths that usually housed the aforementioned parking collection agents had been torn out of place, and what remained was a shocking testament to the sheep-like nature of my fellow human consumers. In place of the booths sat four automated pay stations – poles that had a pay-box attached which accepted Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, or any prepaid parking tickets (God forbid we use cash) and a stop bar which lifted up when each ticket was paid and went back down again for each new human eager to pay the machine for the privilege of exiting the parking structure.

No human life was present in this payment area, though a call button and speaker were attached to each box in case the stationary robot needed some assistance from it’s pre-assigned human-maintenance-drone. I suppose the unemployment rate goes up every time these machines are installed.

We eyed the line of cars waiting to exit, lined up beyond the curvature of the second level of the parking structure and who knows how far back into the bowels of the garage. Only one bar would raise at a time to allow one car through, and the others would not budge until their three neighboring robotic arms were in the downward and locked position. This process took about ten seconds for each individual mechanical cycle. The drivers sat patiently in their automobile-transport-machines as if they did not even consider the ludicrous nature of their dispositions to be anything at all abnormal or indeed even slightly torturous. No anger, no complaints. No honking. Not even the twiddling of anxious thumbs.

But then, who would they be honking at anyway… the robots?

Was there a robotic complaint department for these immortally patient and mechanically stoic guardians of our freedom to travel?

Was this sedentary acceptance of robotic control a sign of the machine dominated society we are being trained to live in and even to somehow enjoy?

When we were finally able to peel our eyes away from this maddeningly impossible scene, we both resigned to the fact that even as we poked fun at the zombie-like hoards of waiting drivers, we too would be subject to this same tortuous wait as we attempted to leave the parking garage. And so in a defeated yet still fascinated state of mind, we maneuvered our vehicle into the twisted queue of compliant credit card holders and waited for our chance to mechanically transfer money to one of these guardian robots – a mechanical representation of just how controlled we really are.

From this point on and for the next couple of days, I became extremely aware of other robotic and mechanically controlled aspects of our daily lives. And I’d like to share with you a bit of insight into what I now realize is the completely computerized and electronically controlled society that we live in…

As we pulled out into the sunlight of the gorgeous spring day from the parking garage, we were immediately told to stop by a traffic light 20 yards out, which shined its halting red L.E.D. bulbs at us. Instinctively and without question, we stopped. A green light signaled the cars to the left of us that they were now permitted to turn in front of us, since it had commanded us to stop. After a while, we too received permission in the form of a green light and were free to travel about fifty yards until we reached the next stoplight! After about ten of these automated signals, which are like robotic cowboys herding the sheep-like drivers around town, we finally made it home.

Our garage like so many others has a remote control automatic garage door opener. I press a button, and the computer receives a signal which activates the robotic circuitry that opens the garage door. Strangely, if the battery dies on the remote control I am locked out of my garage, since there is no way to open it without the robots assistance. Helplessness by computer design.

On other occasions, if I want to park my car on the street, I pull into a designated space and read the signs to make sure my parking job is in compliance. And in order to ensure that compliance, a little robot stands guard at each parking space on each of our main streets. These are called meters. And as we are gleefully grateful to even find parking on the crowded street, we pump our loose change into these robotic guardians and are allotted a specific time period for each denomination of coin. We must limit our activities according to what that robot says is the allotted time limit for us to park in its space, or risk a citation for violation of that particular robots programing.

Of course, these robots can’t enforce their mechanical rules by themselves (at least not yet!) and so the human-maintenance-workers called “parking enforcement police” (which are usually a private corporation paid for by tax dollars and not actually police) come along in their automobile-transport-machines or on cute little bicycles and hand out tickets. These tickets are produced by hand-held robotic citation machines, which spit out the tickets once the human-maintenance-worker enters in the information displayed by the violating automobile-transport-machine’s license plate. The robot then prints the ticket and assigns the fine, and the human-maintenance-worker then places the computer generated citation onto the automobile-transport-machine’s windshield.

So in essence, we are forced to pay for our machine being parked against another machines rules, by which a third machine gives us a receipt of our first machine’s indiscretion.

Likewise, robotic cameras are now posted at just about every major intersection. These automatic citation and revenue generating machines take a picture of your automobile-transport-machine as it trips a robotic sensor that indicates to the robotic camera that you have committed a violation of the traffic rules. It then sends that digital photograph through a computerized network of machines and a citation is then automatically printed by a machine and sent to your address after being robotically sorted and delivered by one of the other human-maintenance-workers called a “postal worker” from the post office.

The question I have is this… Who do I call as a witness to prove that the robot took that picture at the correct time? Yellow is not red. If I want to dispute this citation, I can’t very well argue with a robot that is welded to the top of a metal pole on Main Street, now can I? And the judge in a court of supposed law would say something like, “computers don’t lie.” or “A picture is worth a thousand words.”

In other words we have a system in place that, through the use of robots, machines, computers, and all sorts of non-human interactive enforcement tools, we as humans are screwing each other over without even comprehending the fact that we are as unfeeling as the very machines we use to hurt each other.

In fact no… we are actually worse than the machines!

We actually enjoy screwing each other over with these robots as our tools to do so. We enjoy inflicting hardship on others and it somehow makes us feel good to hurt each other. My God, at least the machines don’t have control over their actions…

Moving on.

Most of us have already resigned to this fate, without even comprehending that this robot control grid is in place. And so instead of standing up and saying no, we pay our fines online. We access our digital bank accounts through our computers, and are permitted the convenience of funding our robotic rulers through the use of technology. There is however usually a convenience fee attached to this mechanical transaction. And while we are online, we shop and buy, buy, buy up everything that those pesky little pop-ups throw at us.

And so life has been reduced to either complying with or steering clear of robots – a continuous sitcom of cheerful acceptance and fearful avoidance. And when our luck runs out and we forget to comply, we voluntarily permit these robots and computers to take our hard-earned money. Apparently, this is the same as making human or animal sacrifices to appease the angry gods of old. Only this time they are digital.

If for some reason we actually want to feel that ever declining sense of freedom and anonymity that comes with using cash, we must go get money out of the bank. And so, we go and use an ATM, forgetting that this is short for “Automated Teller Machine”. And so another stationary robot gives us our money. If this isn’t a clue to our plight, I don’t know what is!

Automated… Teller… Machine…

Get it?

Now, my mom still goes inside of the bank (a small local bank) and talks to a couple of human tellers that actually recognize and know her by name. This is not the same as the automated teller, who in a pre-programed sub-routine prints your name on the screen and then maybe on your receipt as it thanks you for your patronage. Not the same at all! I use to think that this ritual of getting out of your car and actually interacting unnecessarily with other human-maintenance-workers was just downright silly, and it reminded me of those older out-dated television shows like “The Andy Griffith Show” and “Leave It To Beaver”. And so I would constantly bug her about getting an ATM card and getting modern. I suppose, now that I think about it, that this programming of morals and values out of the newer generations like mine has been almost a complete success, as our interpersonal skills are now completely opposite of just one or two generations past. But now, as I see our total dependence on machines and robots coming closer to fruition, I have a deeper appreciation for the good feeling my mom must have felt when she walked through those automatic bank doors, checked her digital watch for the date, turned off her cell phone, and put her calculator back into her purse after she had balanced her checkbook and transferred it to her Palm… how that short, human interaction and acknowledgment must have felt. And, with digital receipt in hand and mechanical pen tucked tightly back into her purse, she probably reveled in the niceties and formalities of hello’s, goodbye’s, and see-ya-next-time’s that she was so used to from these familiar human-maintenance-workers.

In the same way, I can now check myself out at the grocery store. No need of human interaction, I can just roll my product’s bar code over the scanner and once again pay the robot with cash or credit. I even get the privilege of bagging my own groceries! No more pesky customer service representatives to assist me in my hour of need… no, now these customer service reps are only there to service the machines in which we are being trained to interact with on an almost unlimited basis.

If I want to ride da bus, I got’s to pay the machine! While a seasoned, tough looking human-maintenance-vehicle-driver with scars and cellulite somehow drives and gives you the stink eye at the same time as you scrap for change, you must pay your fare or show your pre-paid pass to the robot money collector, swiping it into the card reader for your convenience – which is tracked for, ah, monetary accounting and, ah… homeland security purposes of course. The driver is there to ensure your compliance with the machine.

If I get hungry and want to eat, and the nearest store is a whole block and a half away, I can just go to the lobby and find a vending machine. And, with no thought of how the carefully arranged and digitally coded food stuffs came to appear in said vending machine, I can simply insert cash or credit into the robotic food vendor – I give the big mechanical robotic box my money. I then pick an alphanumeric code which represents my desired processed pre-packaged poison, and then watch in wonder as the robotic food vending machine comes to life and delivers my desired food-like object. And as easy as 1,2,3, my hunger is curbed as I peal back the neatly packaged, healthy, and nutritious snack full of High Fructose Corn Syrup, a bit of Aspartame to prolong the flavor, MSG to add to the full gambit of excito-toxin poisons in my meal, and a bit of dextrose to break that pesky blood-brain barrier. And hey, I might even get some change back!

In the good old days, when towns were small and neighbors would lend a helping hand in times of need, we remembered our way around and counted on street signs and good old fashioned directions to find our way. Today, we must triangulate our orbital positioning satellite robot helper named GPS to help us find our way. We can choose a male or female GPS, and listen to our portable robots in most languages. Always so eager to be a backseat driver, the projected digital simulation of a man’s or woman’s voice electronically speaks delighting yet coldly stoic directions as it guides us down a twisted path of pitfalls and u-turns as we finally make our way to the local grocery store… the one we’ve been going to for the last six years!

After we tell our doctor what is ailing us and what our symptoms are, and after he pretends to know what he is doing by hitting our knee with a small triangular rubber hammer even though we only have a stomach ache, he faithfully turns to his trusted medical computer and begins to type away. And after entering all of the required personal data into the correct digital fields, even as old medical books sit as relics collecting dust on the shelf near by, the computer spits out a recommendation and a prescription, in which none of us should kid ourselves into thinking that this information is coming from anywhere but the pharmaceutical companies themselves. And when the side effects from the recommended pharmaceutical medicine take their tole on our bodies, not to worry… for the computer has a pill for that too. And after taking one medication for the original ailment, another to treat the symptoms of the first pills, and yet another to treat the unexpected complications of the second regiment, we look up in a natural healing book that the original symptoms were simply a lack of eating nutrient high foods, and that a few bananas would have fixed the problem!

We watch movies and television, and play video games that take us through vast imaginary worlds and through space and time itself. Yet when we are asked to point to a large country on a paper map or globe, we can’t even imagine where that country might be. We sit inside, pasty white and un-showered, while the sun sets and the moon rises. Our television and computers are our “Second Life“. And a sick day at work doesn’t mean a sick day from the TV! And the digital images of humans with apparently no soul are shown to us, making our normal non-robotic lives seem boring and as if they are not complete without our robotic counterparts and entertaining innovations.

And now, in the most insane twist of robotic control and love, we are being sold on the idea of being micro chipped. R.F.I.D… The ultimate tracking, surveillance, and human/computer interfacing tool. With virtually no side effects (except cancer, identity theft, and a total loss of freedom, anonymity, and independence) the R.F.I.D. seems to be the wave of the future! All of my medical records, financial statements, bank accounts, membership information, personal statistics, sexual desires, brand loyalties, marketing strong points and weaknesses, immunization records, travel history, and anything else the robots would like to have about me can be data-mined on this little cancerous radio frequency identification chip.

Isn’t that wonderful?

Now the machines will know that I am meeting in private with other like minded individuals, and the robots can call in the human-maintenance-workers called “military police” to break up what will now be called an unlawful gathering. Digital permits will no doubt be issued when you want to go somewhere. And if you hate commercials now… wait until you see the personalized advertising that will appear as you walk by the R.F.I.D. readers in your local shopping centers. And with the perfection of ultra high and ultra low sound wave manipulation, this stuff can be beamed right into your head! At least, that’s what the patent says. Check it out at the Dept. Of Defence here: http://www.dodtechmatch.com/DOD/Patent/PatentView.aspx?id=6470214

And you thought this was only the stuff of science fiction writers. Ha!

When you think about it, everything from our checking accounts to our cell phones to our job is based on robots, machines, and computers. For instance, whatever your current job is, what ever your field of work is… what would happen if the power went out tomorrow and you had no computer or robot or machine to do your work on? I think you would be hard pressed to find a job that isn’t dependent on these machines and technology, from 7-11 to farming and dairy production to accounting and law. We are nothing but human-data-entry-computer-robot-maintenance-workers. We work for the computers and the robots, not the other way around. We pay them, we obey them, we trust them, and we love them. We love the servitude that they provide. We are so entranced with the services and conveniences they permit us that we can’t comprehend the fact that we are completely enslaved by them.

In fact, I wonder what would happen if you took all of the police and other human-enforcement-maintenance-workers out of the equation? It seems to me that we, or most of us, would go right on putting money in the meters, stopping at the stoplights, paying our computer-generated fines, paying our taxes online, obeying the posted rules and limits, and never even noticing that the robots are regulating and running our lives for the benefit of the small rich elite who profit from this system of total robotic and technological control of our every day lives. As long as we could see our fellow humans reading their scripted news and entertainment through our magic television screens, everything would probably just go on as normal, but without the human touch.

In conclusion, we are at this point mere cattle being herded around by technologically enhanced robots. We do this voluntarily, and many of us have jobs fixing, enforcing, and acting in a supporting role for these robots. We have a sick sense of duty to these robots, and actually enjoy the consequences of this tyranny as we enforce fines and even imprisonment on those who do not obey the robots. And we love our slavery, because it makes us not have to think about anything but ourselves.

The matrix is all around you.

Just open your eyes and you will see it.

Inside The Paradigm – Where Do You Hide?

Paradigm – A set of assumptions, concepts, values, and practices that constitutes a way of viewing reality for the community that shares them, especially in an intellectual discipline. (dictionary.com)

I found this to be a most interesting definition of this word – paradigm. It states that when we as a group or number of people are stimulated to collectively believe in the same way, we are basing that belief on our assumptions, concepts, values, and practices. Most notable about all of these words in their semantic meanings, is that they are all four based on hearsay instead of factual evidence. Let’s look closer at this revelation:

From dictionary.com:

1) Assumption – Arrogance; presumption. Something taken for granted or accepted as true without proof; a supposition. The act of taking for granted or supposing.

2) Concept – A scheme; a plan. Something formed in the mind; a thought or notion. An idea of something formed by mentally combining all its characteristics or particulars; a construct.

3) Values – To consider with respect to worth, excellence, usefulness, or importance. To regard or esteem highly. To rate according to relative estimate of worth or desirability; evaluate. To assign a value to. A principle, standard, or quality considered worthwhile or desirable. In Mathematics – magnitude; quantity; number represented by a figure, symbol, or the like. In Ethics – any object or quality desirable as a means or as an end in itself.

4) Practices – To perform or do habitually or usually. To follow or observe habitually or customarily: to practice one’s religion. Habitual or customary performance; operation. Habit; custom. In Law – the established method of conducting legal proceedings. In Archaic – plotting; intrigue; trickery. To plot or conspire.

As we can see by these dictionary definitions, all four of these words are non-factual. They are based in non-reality. They require belief, or faith. And most importantly, they do not require proof. So, a paradigm could be defined as follows: a state of belief and compliance in some thing or idea, where one or more people follow what they consider to be true without the benefit of any factual evidence supporting that belief and their compliance to improvable and idealistic concepts.

One could consider livestock in this examination as an equitable synonym to the power of this paradigm. As lambs are lead to the slaughter, as Lemmings ironically follow each other off a cliff, and as sheep follow in packs of oblivious domesticated herds, so too do the masses of people follow their paradigm of perception and belief.

Let’s look at some examples of these types of paradigms:

Politics –

Usually, when one thinks in terms of American politics, one associates oneself with one of three parties: Democrat, Republican, or 3rd party. These can also be said to be politically left, right, and center (or alternative). Alex Jones brilliantly coined the phrase, “the left-right paradigm”, meaning that most people, due to their above defined assumptions, concepts, values, and practices, are mentally blocked from understanding the bigger picture (habit and custom) and so subscribe to the illusion of being left or right, democrat or republican, liberal or conservative, as if there were no other options outside of this illusionary paradigm.

Though there were eight candidates running for president in the 2008 election, we found that because the media blacked out and ignored any fair coverage of these other six candidates (except for brief side-stories of unwarranted and inaccurate ridicule and humiliation) the vast majority of voters would not even consider a 3rd party candidate due to the stigma that has been attached to these “outside the box”, enormously qualified competitors. When asked about their reluctance to vote for an alternative candidate, the overwhelming reaction and response was negative, and most truly believed that a 3rd party actually cannot and will not ever be voted into office. Their proof…? Hearsay.

They are stuck in the right-left paradigm.

Even voters who use the Constitution of the United States in their political debate and rhetoric have no idea that there is even a Constitutional Party. While many voters complain that their government has gotten too big and powerful for the peoples liberty, the Libertarian Party remains constantly invisible to voters even though this party’s main platform is in fact the reduction in both size, power, and world expansion of our government and military. Even the Green Party remains a void in comprehension for the masses that are stuck in their paradigm. The fact is that the biggest polluters on the planet are subsidized and de-regulated by the democratic and republican two-party system of government. And in turn these huge corporations are the main contributors to these democratic and republican campaigns (which ensures continued pollution and non-green policies and products). Wouldn’t it make more sense to vote for the “Green” Party, if only by simple word association?

Can the media really spin political bullshit so deeply into people’s minds that they truly believe that a square peg can fit into a round hole?

Apparently so…

– Food –

How many times have you heard a vegetarian say I occasionally eat meat? Or that eggs and milk aren’t really meat. How about a kosher Jewish man that eats at Denny’s? How many strictly organic food eaters shop at huge conglomerate grocery stores, without a clue that organic on the label only means that 75% of it’s ingredients have to be organic? And how many of them fall for the “all-natural” label? Arsenic is all-natural. Heck, so is human feces, though I suppose it could loosely be considered man-made! And with the crap that passes for food now days, I suppose even our poop isn’t qualified to be called organic any more…

The point is, consumers one and all fall for the same old marketing tricks that are used in politics. When a huge corporate conglomerate bought up Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream company many years ago, they didn’t change the label! The picture of those two fat guys still entice buyers to purchase this product, even while they lay on a lounge chair at Club Med for the rest of their obese lives and laugh at the irony of it all, that is if they haven’t died from an even more ironic heart attack by now. The paradigm of just accepting that the food, meat, produce, and pharmaceutical industries have our best interests as consumers in mind when they sell us their products is absolutely ridiculous.

Monsanto and companies like it have succeeded in genetically altering and contaminating most of our food supply to the point where its nutrition value is so depleted that it is now deadly and cancer causing. Case in point: Monsanto has completely inundated the market with their Round-up ready, genetically altered corn and soybeans. Since most of our products are now made with corn, corn syrup, high-fructose corn syrup, corn oil, soybean oil, partially hydrolyzed soybean oil, and on and on and on, we can barely escape eating this poisonous corn or soybeans. Cows and pigs eat this corn, and are therefore contaminated with this genetically altered unnatural ingredient. Do you eat meat? Well then, you eat Monsanto corn!

We feed our pets kibbles and bits of the worst possible scraps of meat and cancerous growths from the beef and poultry industries; spoiled, contaminated, and not fit for human consumption. Why do we do this? Because we like the commercials where the beautiful dog has the high-pro-glow. Product placement. Brand loyalty. But you can rest assured that the dog in that commercial has never eaten the product it is selling before that day! And you can also take it to the bank that the Monsanto executives and board members will not eat the products that they sell. These are upper class; the pedigreed (that’s pedi-GREED). There is a reason the Queen of England has her own organic garden and protected hunting grounds.

The dairy industry has its own set of paradigms in which we all fall under. Whole, 2%, 1%, low-fat, non-fat, skim… and non-dairy (main ingredients: corn syrup and partially hydrolyzed soybean oil). And then they have the clever ploy of printing on their label that they do not use the growth hormone rbst in their cows. And, for the unsuspecting consumer, this is true. But what they don’t comprehend is that there are a multitude of growth hormones that can be used, and that only this particular hormone was in fact not used in this particular dairy product.

Silly consumers…

So which of the food paradigms do you fall under… bottled water, false organic, all natural, diet, low-carb, fat free, or non-rbst? Any way you look at it, our assumptions, concepts, values, and practices are severely manipulated in the marketing of these products. And at this point, it is nearly impossible to eat non-contaminated, truly organic, actually natural, corn and soybean free, non-hormone laden products. Good luck though. Perhaps the usual ignorance will help us through this particular paradigm.

– Religion –

Being the ultimate in belief and faith-based paradigms, I have to give a shout out to the billions who subscribe to a particular religion. Personal enlightenment aside, the corporate religious paradigm actually succeeds in making its followers live less in the image of God!

For instance, the stories of Jesus are so far off from the way a typical Christian behaves and lives his or her life, that this is the biggest reason people are turned off by the Christian religions. The assumption (i.e. arrogance, presumption) that a man can know God while in this life is the basis of this paradigm of faith.

It is based on the concept (a scheme; a plan. Something formed in the mind; a thought or notion.) of God that was put forth in an ancient book, which has been transcribed, translated, cut, downsized, censored, and reinterpreted so many times that there is no way that its original message or historical factualness can be validated or even conceived.

And, it was written by men.

It is the basis for the values (To consider with respect to worth, excellence, usefulness, or importance. A principle, standard, or quality considered worthwhile or desirable. Any object or quality desirable as a means or as an end in itself.) for which Christians have and personify in life. Perhaps the definition of values has been taken to literal by the devout? Materialism is not what the writers of this book had in mind when trying to assign personal values. However, with the money that the corporate churches take in at the expense of their parishioners, perhaps it is the church itself that is the problem. Blind faith in the corporate materialistic church itself instead of the personal and loving nature of each of our individual interpretations of God might be the true paradigm that has corrupted the very best of us.

Based on the teachings of the corporate church, and not necessarily the teachings of the original bible, Christians and individual churches develop their practices (To perform or do habitually or usually. To follow or observe habitually or customarily. Habit; custom. Plotting; intrigue; trickery. To plot or conspire.) The inevitable destination of those with blind faith is ignorance. Belief in God or something necessarily unknown after this life is perfectly understandable and should be encouraged. Faith that the afterlife is and can only be one thing as determined by the church is perfectly irrational and downright frightening. The religious paradigm has led the masses into war, witch-burning, human and animal ritual sacrifice, a disrespect for nature, a sense of immortal irresponsibility for the earth and its other inhabitants, and has been used to control and manipulate these masses in a way that can’t be fully explained here. But this control influences politics and the very freedoms that we as a people hold dear. And the powers that be control these puppet strings of blind faith with precision and evil intent.

A good example of this manipulation of the religious paradigm which influences millions is this: By using the freedom of speech and the freedom of religion as a battle cry, Christians and other religious faiths are convinced that they must actually vote to take away other people’s or minority group’s civil and human rights. Even while the church and its followers are screaming about the attack on their freedom of religion as this basic human right is slowly getting drained away by legislation and other ignorant thinking, they mount insurmountable advertising campaigns to take away, through the vote, the rights of other groups. All the while never realizing what a hypocritical and non-peaceful thing they are doing.

With well over 1000 different official religions in this world, all claiming to be the one true religion, it is hard to believe that religious faith is even still a paradigm that we can all fall under the influence of…

Yet we do.

Religion and righteousness are not fit to be in the same equation. They are two different concepts – one of corruption and one of being incorruptible. My values come from deep within. They do not come from the fear of a selfish, omnipotent, unforgiving God, nor from the fear of His opposite – Satan. My practices and actions come from my righteousness, instinctively knowing what is right and what is wrong. Where those instincts come from I would never presume to have an assumption. And my concept of good and evil, positive and negative, light and dark, come from looking at all history, religions, texts, and most importantly the ancient knowledge that has been suppressed by the corporate church.

I applaud anyone that does anything righteous in the name of God (whatever your definition). But I can only condemn anyone who acts on behalf of the corporate church in the name of God, as if the church is a holy corporate middleman that has some unearthly powers to attune and command the thoughts and will of God.

We must break all of these paradigms in order to see the true nature of what is happening around us – how we are controlled and how we are being slowly made sick and dying in the name of profits and control.

Isn’t this what Jesus would do?
