What’s It About?
–=–

It seems that no matter how many times or different ways I try to express myself, I have never been able to quite explain why it is that voting is a pointless endeavor, and specifically that the popular vote for president literally doesn’t count. I believe most folks actually think that I am speaking metaphorically, as if I was being ironic or poetic about the fate of the presidential elections and each of our individual ballots. But I wish to be clear here that seriously, the popular vote is worthless. It means absolutely nothing. It counts for diddly-squat. And I mean here that there is no reason or excuse why any decent man or woman in America should be voting in the popular election process.

I’m not exaggerating here… Let’s go to the source:

–=–

“It is important to remember that the president of the United States is not chosen by nation-wide vote. The Electoral College vote totals determine the winner, not the statistical plurality or majority a candidate may have in the nation-wide popular vote totals.”

–National Archives and Records Administration, U.S Electoral College website (Link: http://www.archives.gov/federal-register/electoral-college/faq.html#ecpopulardiffer)

–=–

When the government tells you bold-faced that your vote will not be counted, it seems you should listen. When government tells you that you don’t vote for president in any way, shape, or form, it seems you should ask yourself why billions are spent each year to promote the popular vote, since the president is absolutely not elected by the common national citizenry.

Since this totally open secret of just how the electoral process for president of the United States works seems to be completely out of the perception of most people, I thought I would take up the challenge and make this short documentary about it. And so I give this to you as a gift. It took four full-time weeks to research and put it together (aside from a life-time of research). I would love to see this go viral, but that is up to you. I have not made this merely for your peers in the various movements to watch, but for all of your friends and family suffering from that familiar and seemingly contagious cognitive dissonance. I figure that if you can show them this, as indisputable, verifiable evidence of the biggest lie of all the other government lies they never try or wish to consider, and they suddenly realize they’ve been fooled their whole lives into voting for presidents when clearly the commonalty has nothing to do with that election, then perhaps they may start to be curious about some other government lies and laws and institutions that cause them to act like complete fools.

Perhaps they may finally question their sense of patriotism, and finally get the clue that it is the private “People” of the several States (as the posterity of legitimate, landholding heirs) that vote for president through the Electoral College, not the national slaves-citizens of the district. All elections of course are State elections, be it for the House, the Senate, or the President. The popular (national) vote means nothing, being just for show, a stop for the plebes on the monopoly board every 2-4 years that somehow makes the subjects feel better about having rulers.

But most importantly, this film is the ultimate wake-up call. It will surprise most people, even my readers. It will shock anyone that has gone through the motions in the past and is about to go through them this year with the Trump vs. Hillary contest that is no contest at all, merely a false choice – for to vote for either candidate is pointless and only serves to legitimize the Electoral Process. The more the common people pole (vote) their popular opinion and express their illiteracy towards the election process by giving away their choice to vote “no” (N.O.T.A.) and instead voting “yes” for either candidate (as there is no place to vote “NO” to any and every candidate), then the popular vote continues to justify and ratify the Electoral College.

But hey, I’ll let NOTA tell you in his own words…

Please help to spread this to all the websites and radio stations and hosts, and ask them why they are promoting the popular vote when it simply isn’t used? I’m happy to interview or debate, and share this epitome of waking up. Repost and share to all. Don’t argue, just tell them to prove it wrong… or explain why government tells us plainly that our vote is worthless except to keep them in power through control of political parties and thus the electoral process.

Now… back to that book…

Republican National Party Is Member Of International Democrat Union (IDU)

In these modern, strong delusional times, it is often hard to see the forest through the trees and to distinguish the lies from reality. Even the principles of law conclude that a lie may be confirmed and ratified as a legal “truth,” that black may be declared as white, left right, and up down. In short, we live in a democracy.

Plato wrote in his 5 regimes that this state of democracy is only the lowest form of humanity before the final step of total tyranny, from which a reset happens as the pure aristocracy reestablishes itself as the cure for democracy and tyranny, the repeating cycle of all the ages. Like the phoenix rising from its own spent ashes, these planned revolutions apparently reestablish the old order as the new order, the bloodlines of the ages appearing in new form and title. Same as the old boss…

But there is something new on the horizon. For we are witnessing global government for the first time in history. It’s not so much that this notion of globalist rule wasn’t already established long ago with such beauties as Unum Sanctum and other bull-shit from the powers of combined church and state that be, it’s that for the first time in history technology has caught up with greed and desire. The combined legacies of so many “leaders” have added up to one big modern orgy of infrastructure and control.

Democracy is politically spouted from all the virtual rooftops of the mass media, that exceedingly transparent controlled opposition of the old and new boss, as the CIA’s large-breasted bluebirds report and sing homage and fealty to that great system of political corruption. It is touted from the halls of legislature and parroted by the multitude of the unaware. And as it turns out, both main political parties are on board the same purposefully sinking ship, desperately and meticulously building a new Atlantis around their own dying model.

But do not be fooled, for this word Atlantis merely means fantasy, its synonyms being delusion, illusion, nightmare, apparition, chimera, mirage, a fool’s paradise, hallucination, fabrication, and of course the impossibility of a man-made utopia.

That only leaves a few things in opposition to such a false creation, and the antonyms to this word Atlantis are indeed simply truth, reality, certainty, actuality, and fact.

Now, the author realizes that the masses of goyim out there as the citizenships of the nations united in such an invention would rather support and live falsely in such a lie as this, a virtual matrix of pure delusion. I have no doubt that this will be the future of the majority. And so I am not here to try and prevent its dissemination as much as I am to document the tools of its creation. For we who will not take the marks and use the biometric identification and suffer the inoculations designed to rid us of our spirituality must be ever vigilant of such evils, such darkness posing as the light.

And so today we shall focus on what this author considers to be one of the most ridiculous customs and rituals that the common people participate in without having the slightest clue as to the origins and intent thereof. That is, of course, the private associations called as the political party system and its control over the electoral process.

But before we expose the communitarian, socialist agendas of both parties as that celebrated “democracy” in action, perhaps we should get a better grasp on the historical point of view of this word. So who likes and who opposes democracy?

“Democracy needs support, and the best support for democracy comes from other democracies.”

Perhaps the greatest flaw in this concept of government in general, be it of kings or representatives, is the mistaken identity of its members. To assume the incorruptible nature of any man is the folly of all others. And in this lowest form of government called democracy, such an assumption would only lead to exactly what we see in government today. For behind the banner of democracy lies always the worst possible cheats, pirates, and thieves. And under that subjective banner lies only illiteracy and ignorance, the masses of they who actually vote for their tyrants while choosing to believe they are saviors.

To turn the entire world into individual democracies is the number one goal of the modern tyrant. For only in the ignorance of the masses may democracy may take hold, thrive, and destroy itself. From this subversion the tyrant thrives, the old system dies, and the new order begins. This rebirth process is well under way in most nations. And of course war will transpire in those whose people choose knowledge over the necessary ignorance of democratic public-mindedness, for war is merely the clearing of obstacles in a globally sanctioned international commerce of nations, utterly controlled by one united front ratified by those same tyrants promoting democracy now and central, globalist rule later.

–=–

“Democracy still has a real hope and chance in Iraq, and true freedom in this country would be the greatest testament to those who gave their lives for it.”

—Mary Landrieu

–=–

Nothing is more ridiculous than this political notion of killing millions and causing mass starvation, suffering, and destruction of infrastructure with only the somehow innocent and patriotically perceived design to spread freedom and democracy. This attitude that many millions or billions must die so that democracy can live is ludicrous at worse, paradoxical at best. But then, what else would one expect from these creators of a New Atlantis?

What really is this militarized, psychological warfare effort to spread democracy to the world? Why the need to cause democratic elections?

The answer is simple really… volunteerism, or at least the appearance of a voluntary society. You see, this term “volunteerism” goes by a different name in law, that being the doctrine of master and servant. When a commonality of people are all given “equality” to vote for their tyrants, the title of those tyrants is officially merely professed as legitimately elected “politicians.” Thus the voting process is the creator of mutualistic consent as mob rule. The minority assumes the majority will; the majority always being the most weak and susceptible to illusion and predictive programming. This is called as democracy, where a bunch of fools (a legal term meaning those not in right mind or in Latin non compos mentis) believe they each have a voice, when in reality their votes are counted as only one voice from one body. And those who choose not to decide between their tyrants in that democratic system of voting still have made a choice, that choice being assent to the majority will. It’s a no win situation, regardless of how we individually vote. For it is not the results of the vote that matter, only the volunteerism that causes legitimacy of the whole illusionary process. The act, not the result, is what makes tyrants become as legitimate in the minds of the masses.

Obviously both political parties and all third parties must include themselves in this democratic process. And so we can state with self-evident absoluteness that all parties must support democracy. The Lenin and Marx quotes above certainly help us to understand the origins and necessity of democracy as the gateway to all other systems, be they socialism, communism, or that great combination of all isms called and promoted as communitarianism. The reader would be shocked to learn that most “politicians” out there are grand supporters of this modern plan of communitarianism. And I invite the reader to research this on his or her own. Now let us examine this collusion of the Republican National Party of the United States with the International Democrat Union (IDU), supporting so many other socialist and communitarian constructs around the world.

–=–

IDU Mission:

“Being committed to advancing the social and
political values on which democratic societies are founded,
including the basic personal freedoms and human rights,
as defined in the (UN) Universal Declaration of Human Rights….”

–IDU founding Declaration of Principles, second Paragraph

–=–

Yep. You read the title of this blog-post correctly. As it turns out, the political party game is one giant United Nations, Agenda 21 fraud.

Yes, the Republican Party of the United States is actually a member of the International Democrat Union (IDU), which above all else promotes the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights over the supposed sovereignty of the United States constitution – and over that of any other member party’s (nation’s) constitutional charter as well! This is essential for global governance.

In an article written by Tom Deweese (American Policy Center) and posted on the Gunowners of America website, the IDU is succinctly unveiled:

“The root of the IDU’s political agenda is Fabian Socialism which wants to blur national borders and cultures, eliminate private property and individual liberty in favor of the common good. The Fabians consider themselves to be a ruling elite that knows better than individuals how to run our lives. Their way is: Heads, government wins. Tails, citizens lose. It is the worst form of tyranny. And this is the root of the IDU, and by association, apparently the Republican Party. That answers a lot of questions about recent Republican policy decisions…”

Link–> http://gunowners.org/op0542.htm

–=–

As it is so very easy to confuse the intentions of these international bodies with that of individual peoples of sovereign states, we must make this very important distinction between the United Nations and the individual but no longer seperate Nations that subscribe to it.

From the American Policy Institute in 2009, again by Mr. Tom Deweese, we read:

New GOP Chairman should remove Party from the International Democrat Union…

“As an example of how this second system works in practice, The Constitution of the old Soviet Union said that Soviet citizens had most of the same rights as Americans. Except that it also said individual rights were secondary to the common good. In the case of the Soviet Union, the common good was defined as creating a worldwide communist utopia where individual wants and needs simply didn’t count. We all know how that worked out for the Soviet citizens.

While veiled in language designed to sound much like the Declaration of Independence, the UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights actually takes this second approach, outlining specific rights it says we should all have. It says nothing of “unalienable” rights, instead referring to “rights under the law.” Who or what is the law, according to the Human Rights Declaration? It says, “the will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government.” Now, at first look, that sounds like America. Democracy. People voting – the opposite of dictatorship. But such a concept ignores the very root of American freedom – that our rights are guaranteed, no matter what the majority thinks or wants. Moreover, Article 29, Section 3 of the Declaration says “These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.” So much for “unalienable” rights.”

LINK–> http://americanpolicy.org/2009/01/08/new-gop-chairman-should-remove-party-from-the-international-democrat-union-3/

–=–

Of course those unalienable rights spoken of in the declaration of independence had nothing to do with public 14th amendment citizens of the United States, but only actually protected those private men who reserved all rights from the United States. The American Policy Institute will never tell the common citizenship this of course (or simply does not know). Often the parrots of policy know nothing of the words they speak, led by the beak to support and make falsely patriotic what should be abandoned and utterly destroyed, such as the existence and purpose of these controlling and corrupting political parties.

We must learn to recognize the difference between blood and fiction, between man untainted by political, public status and he who avoids such marks, names, and numbers in privacy. Citizenship is, of course, an alienation upon privacy. Thus the United Nations and its declarations only apply to the public citizenships of each nation, which are only the common, registered goyim (general people) and the commercial laws pertaining to us. The private men of each private (several) State will not be subject to such national rule, for they are the creators of nations. Gods. A “State” is nothing more than a Private bloodline of “People.” And it is these tyrants that create the democratic nations and the law of nations for their own protection against that mass of illiterates we call nationally as the public. In short, the United Nations is the uniting in commerce and law of all slave colonies called as nations. Colony means only farm or plantation. And global governance will only apply to those born in the nations; those birthed and certified in attainder or legal “corruption of blood” under a commercial, legal system of alienation.

It is certainly true that those who falsely believe they are free are the most hopelessly enslaved. And democracy is certainly the best tool for the propagation of such a false dialectic.

In the history section of the about tab from the IDU.org website we read:

“The International Democrat Union (IDU) is a working association of over 80 Conservative, Christian Democrat and like-minded political parties of the centre and centre right.

Formed in 1983, the IDU provides a forum in which Parties holding similar beliefs can come together and exchange views on matters of policy and organisational interest, so that they can learn from each other, act together, establish contacts and speak with one strong voice to promote democracy and centre-right policies around the globe. FOUNDER MEMBERS of the IDU included Britain’s Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, then US Vice-President George Bush Sr, Paris Mayor and later President of France Jacques Chirac, German Chancellor Helmut Kohl and many other Party Leaders.

Our Mission

I. The International Democrat Union (IDU) shall consist of Member Parties of the Asia Pacific Democrat Union (APDU); the Caribbean Democrat Union (CDU); the Democrat Union of Africa; the European Democrat Union (EDU); the European People’s Party (EPP); the Alliance of European Conservatives and Reformists (AECR); and the Union of Latin American Parties (UPLA), which have adhered to the IDU Declaration of Principles.

II. The IDU will foster the common philosophy of its Member Parties, establish permanent relations at a bilateral and multilateral level, encourage mutual support and to these ends will provide a forum for the exchange of views and information on matters of interest to all or a considerable number of its Member Parties.

Countries can only develop their full potential if they develop recognising the ideals of liberal democracy, freedom of the individual, and the need for economic growth to be based on individual initiative and free, competitive enterprise economies. The IDU has a clear role in a modern world, where today’s idea in one country is tomorrow’s policy in another.

Through the IDU, member Parties can exchange policy ideas, assist each other to win the political argument, and to win elections. There are regular meetings of both the full IDU and its Regional Unions and Organisations. The officers of the IDU are elected at Party Leaders’ Meetings which are held every three or four years.

At IDU Executive Meetings, briefings are given on local and topical issues, as well as consideration given to applicant parties. Apart from Executive Meetings and meetings of IDU’s Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, the IDU holds events such as the Young Leaders Forum, plus undertakes fact-finding missions and election observation. A major event is also held every four years to coincide with the Republican Convention, the last one held in September 2012 in Tampa (Florida).

The IDU also organises campaigning seminars for politicians and party workers. These involve exchanges of information on campaign technology, fund-raising techniques, opinion polling, advertising and campaign organisation. The IDU plays an essential role in enabling like-minded, centre-right parties to share experiences in order to achieve electoral success.”

Under the history tab we read:

“19 dignitaries attended the meeting that established the IDU held at the Hotel Intercontinental n London on 24th June 1983: Dr Alois Mock (Osterreichische Volkspartei, Austria); Prime-Minister Margaret Thatcher (Conservative Party, Great Britain); Federal Chancellor Helmut Kohl (CDU, Federal Republic of Germany); Prime-Minister Franz-Josef Strauss (CSU, Federal Republic of Germany); M Jacques Chirac (Rassemblement Pour la Republique, France); Mr Andrew Peacock (Liberal Party, Australia); M Evangelos Averoff-Tossizza (Nea Demokratia, Greece); Sr Fraga Iribarne (Alianza Popular, Spain); Sr Oscar Alzaga, (Partido Democrata Popular, Spain); Mrs Susanne Wood, National Party, New Zealand); President Glafcos Clerides (Democratic Rally, Cyprus); Mr Ilkka Suominen (Kansallinen Kokoomus, Finland); Sr Lucas Pires (CDS, Portugal); Mr Tatsuo Tanaka (Liberal Democrat Party, Japan); Mr Ulf Adelsohn (Moderata Samlingspartiet, Sweden); Mr Erik Nielsen (Progressive Conservative Party, Canada); Prime-Minister Poul Schluter (Det Konservative Folkeparti, Denmark); Mr Jo Benkow (Hoyre, Norway); and Mr Frank Fahrenkopf (Republican National Committee, USA).

In addition the US Vice-President George Bush and Norwegian Prime-Minister Kare Willoch (IDU’s second Chairman, from 1987 to 1989) were present and both spoke at the founding meetingClick here for the minutes of the founding meeting and Declaration of Principles in PDF format.

The IDU officers elected were: Chairman: Dr Alois Mock (Osterreichische Volkspartei, Austria); Vice-Chairmen: Ulf Adelsohn (Moderata Samlingspartiet, Sweden); Richard Allen (Republican National Committee, USA); Jacques Chirac (Rassemblement Pour la Republique, France); Cecil Parkinson (Conservative Party, Great Britain); Sir John Atwill (Liberal Party, Australia); and Prime-Minister Franz-Josef Strauss (CSU, Federal Republic of Germany), in addition to Treasurer: Allan Lawrence (Progressive Conservative Party, Canada) and Executive Secretary: Scott Hamilton (Conservative Party, Great Britain).

That’s right folks, the self-labeled “Conservative” Republican Party of the United States has partnered with such other national political parties as the Liberal Democrat Party of Japan, the Liberal Party of Australia, the Democratic Rally of Cyprus, and who could forget those supposed tyrannical redcoats of the Conservative Party of Great Britain?

THE CHAIRMAN:

Thank you very much Mr Vice-President, and I am particularly grateful to you coming to London and conferring additional reputation to our meeting by your presence. May I now ask Mr Fahrenkopf to take the floor.”

MR FRANK FAHRENKDPF:

Even as the Pope calls for the same system of worldwide “peace and safety” through United Nations programs and one world religion, we are warned repeatedly that these artful terms are merely the lies of tyrants.

–=–

For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape…

1 Thessalonians 5:3 KJB

And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up. And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.”

“As distrust, in some sense, is the mother of safety, so security is the gate of danger. A man had need to fear this most of all, that he fears not at all.”

20 bucks says the reader has no idea what the word “danger” means in its etymology.

–=–

DANGERnoun – mid-13c., “power of a lord or master, jurisdiction,” from Anglo-French daunger, Old French dangier “power, power to harm, mastery, authority, control” (12c., Modern French danger), alteration (due to assoc. with damnum) of dongier, from Vulgar Latin *dominarium “power of a lord,” from Latin dominuslord, master” (see domain). Modern sense of “risk, peril” (from being in the control of someone or something else) evolved first in French and was in English late 14c. Replaced Old English pleoh; in early Middle English this sense is found in peril.

LINK–>http://etymonline.com/index.php?allowed_in_frame=0&search=danger

–=–

The United States, the nation, is the creation of a danger, also called as a district. And citizen-ships are of course on a commercial voyage in peril, requiring licensure and insurance on their surname. This scratch of the surface will be expounded upon intricately in my upcoming book, a private work currently in editing and due out very soon, free to all who seek such forbidden knowledge.

It is strange that no one seems to question the fact that Abraham Lincoln, as he who caused what can only be compared to the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia that killed so many millions, was the first Republican party president. And suddenly, a civil war? Suddenly, the first tyrannical executive order against brother and sister, mother and father. Suddenly, lawlessness according to the law of necessity in war. Suddenly, reconstruction of the constitution and government, including the 14th amendment that enslaved all commoners under a slave-state based on equality, but never equity?

No one seems to question that the later and 2nd president Roosevelt, whom days after his election caused congress to declare his and all future president’s virtual dictatorship through permanent national emergency status, was of this Democratic platform, though his previous presidential namesake was certainly of that “Grand Old Party.”  For those unfamiliar with these histories of the American presidency and the dictatorship spoken of, please see my articles entitled “Cracking The Cult Of The Constitution,” parts 1 & 2, or Volume II of my upcoming book series.

“Two distantly related branches of the family from Oyster Bay on Long Island and Hyde Park in Dutchess CountyUpstate New York achieved national political prominence with the elections of (republican) Presidents Theodore Roosevelt (1901–1909) and his fifth cousin (democratFranklin Delano Roosevelt (1933–1945), whose wife, First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt, was Theodore’s niece.”

–Wikipedia entry for Roosevelt family

–=–

But where exactly does this leave us as compared to the already so-named competition? What about the other United States “Democratic” Party?

–=–

“Note that the Political Party today known as the “Democratic Party” was
initially established as theRepublican Party.” The Jeffersonian party
members were labeled “Democratic” by opposition Federalists –
an attempt to stigmatize them as purveyors of democracy or mob rule.
By the Jacksonian era, the term “The Democracy” was in use by the party;
the name “Democratic Party” was eventually settled upon and
became the official name in 1844.”

–Thomas Jefferson, by Joyce Appleby, Encyclopedia Britannica

–=–

One would be hard-pressed to describe the National Democratic Party of America as anything but a promoter of it’s own brand of the similitude of neoliberal, communitarian socialism promoted by its mainstream counterpart. And certainly the antics of this current president need to be discussed as to their source.

For instance, the Chicago Democratic Socialists of America stated in true communitarian spirit the following in its report entitled “New Ground 45” in 1996:

March – April, 1996

A Town Meeting on Economic Insecurity: Employment and Survival in Urban America

By Bob Roman

Over three hundred people attended the first of two Town Meetings on Economic Insecurity on February 25 in Ida Noyes Hall at the University of Chicago. Entitled “Employment and Survival in Urban America,” the meeting was sponsored by the UofC DSA Youth Section, Chicago DSA and University Democrats. The panelists were Toni Preckwinkle, Alderman of Chicago’s 4th Ward; Barack Obama, candidate for the 13th Illinois Senate District; Professor William Julius Wilson, Center for the Study of Urban Inequality at the University of Chicago; Professor Michael Dawson, University of Chicago; and Professor Joseph Schwartz, Temple University and a member of DSA’s National Political Committee…

One of the themes that has emerged in Barack Obama’s campaign iswhat does it take to create productive communities,” not just consumptive communities. It is an issue that joins some of the best instincts of the conservatives with the better instincts of the left. He felt the state government has three constructive roles to play.

The first ishuman capital development.” By this he meant public education (think Common Core), welfare reform (Think Obama-Care), and a “workforce preparation strategy” (more Common Core). Public education requires equality in funding. It’s not that money is the only solution to public education’s problems but it’s a start toward a solution. The current proposals for welfare reform are intended to eliminate welfare but it’s also true that the status quo is not tenable. A true welfare system would provide for medical care, child care and job training (i.e. Common Core and Obama-care). While Barack Obama did not use this term, it sounded very much like the “social wage” approach used by many social democratic labor parties. By “workforce preparation strategy,” Barack Obama simply meant a coordinated, purposeful program of job training instead of the ad hoc, fragmented approach used by the State of Illinois today.

The state government can also play a role in (wealth) redistribution, the allocation of wages and jobs. As Barack Obama noted, when someone gets paid $10 million to eliminate 4,000 jobs, the voters in his district know this is an issue of power not economics. The government can use as tools labor law reform, public works and contracts

Not only was Barack Obama an honored attendee and speaker for the socialist party of Chicago, in September 1995 he was a contracted publicist for the Marxist “New Party”.

“About 50 activists attended the Chicago New Party membership meeting in July. The purpose of the meeting was to update members on local activities and to hear appeals for NP support from four potential political candidates. The NP is being very active in organization building and politics. There are 300 members in Chicago. In order to build an organizational and financial base the NP is sponsoring house parties. Locally it has been successful both fiscally and in building a grassroots base. Nationwide it has resulted in 1000 people committed to monthly contributions. The NP’s political strategy is to support progressive candidates in elections only if they have a concrete chance to “win”. This has resulted in a winning ratio of 77 of 110 elections. Candidates must be approved via a NP political committee. Once approved, CANDIDATES MUST SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THE NP. The contract mandates that THEY MUST HAVE A VISIBLE AND ACTIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE NP.

The political entourage included Alderman Michael Chandler, William Delgado, chief of staff for State Rep Miguel del Valle, and spokespersons for State Sen. Alice Palmer, Sonya Sanchez, chief of staff for State Sen. Jesse Garcia, who is running for State Rep in Garcia’s District; and Barack Obama…”

Perhaps the most amazing cognitive disassociation and dissonance of the American people is the fact that “democracy” and the spread of it actually means that the people do not elect their own president/head of state.

The member nations/states of the International Democrat Union, including the United States, are almost exclusively nations/states where the president/head of state is elected through parliament or electoral college. In other words, in most of these “democratic” nations/states, the head of state is an INDIRECT ELECTION, NOT BY THE COMMON, VOTING PEOPLE.

For instance, the following nations have indirect elections for president, either as a monarchy, by election of legislature or by electoral college, orby some other committee or parliament, as opposed to that supposedly communist China, where the common people actually directly vote for their president:

Albania
Australia
Belgium –
Canada
Peoples Republic of China –
Denmark
Estonia
Ethiopia –
Germany
Greece
Hong Kong –
Hungary
India –
Iraq –
Israel –
Italy –
Jamaica –

Libya –

In contrast, when we view the nations or states that do have direct elections, with few exceptions they are generally considered as “third world” counties. It is not that they are, just that the self-proclaimed first-worlders call them as such. Ireland and Iran for instance hold direct elections, two very isolationist countries that do not cooperate with the monarchical or electoral systems and wish to preserve their culture and religious heritage. The same cannot be said of America, a people that seem to have no idea that their vote is purely a political pole, a popularity contest, and not the actual vote for a president. We do not vote for the best man, only for the best fictional party member, 1984 style.

I have presented here many threads to follow for the reader. At the time of this posting the IDU.org website is conveniently and temporarily not in service. And so I hope this collection of information will be a foundation for your own future research and sharing with others so brainwashed by this illegitimate system.

Will it stop you from voting? Who cares? The result is always the same with or without your individual vote, and not enough common goyim will see this to matter. I speak now only to the remnant, to those desiring to be unenfranchised from their false, political freedom.

DOM – Used as a termination, denotes jurisdiction, or property and jurisdiction; primarily, doom, judgment; as in kingdom, earldom. Hence it is used to denote state, condition or quality, as in wisdom, freedom. (Webster’s 1828)

FREEnoun –  [Hebrew. See Frank.] 1. Being at liberty; not being under necessity or restraint, physical or moral; a word of general application to the body, the will or mind, and to corporations. 2. In government, not enslaved; not in a state of vassalage or dependence; subject only to fixed laws, made by consent, and to a regular administration of such laws; not subject to the arbitrary will of a sovereign or lord; as a free state, nation or people. 3. Instituted by a free people, or by consent or choice of those who are to be subjects, and securing private rights and privileges by fixed laws and principles; not arbitrary or despotic; as a free constitution or government. There can be no free government without a democratical branch in the constitution. 4. Not imprisoned, confined or under arrest; as, the prisoner is set free. 5. Unconstrained; unrestrained; not under compulsion or control. A man is free to pursue his own choice; he enjoys free will. 6. Permitted; allowed; open; not appropriated; as, places of honor and confidence are free to all; we seldom hear of a commerce perfectly free. (Webs1828)

FREEDOMnoun – 1. A state of exemption from the power or control of another; liberty; exemption from slavery, servitude or confinement. Freedom is personal, civil, political, and religious. [See Liberty.] 2. Particular privileges; franchise; immunity; as the freedom of a city. 3. Power of enjoying franchises. 4. Exemption from fate, necessity, or any constraint in consequence of predetermination or otherwise; as the freedom of the will. 5. Any exemption from constraint or control. 6. Ease or facility of doing any thing. He speaks or acts with freedom. 7. Frankness; boldness. He addressed his audience with freedom. 8. License; improper familiarity; violation of the rules of decorum; with a plural. Beware of what are called innocent freedoms. (Webster’s 1828)

FREEDOMLiberty; the right to do what is not forbidden by law. Freedom does not preclude the idea of subjection to law; indeed, it presupposes the existence of some legislative provision, the observance of which insures freedom to us, by securing the like observance from others. (Bouvier’s 1856)

ENFRANCHISETo make free; to incorporate a man in a society or body politic.(Black’s 4th)

ENFRANCHISEMENTThe act of making free; giving a franchise or freedom to; investiture with privileges or capacities of freedom, or municipal or political liberty. Admission to the freedom of a city; admission to political rights, and particularly the right of suffrage. Anciently, the acquisition of freedom by a villein from his lord. The word is now used principally either of the manumission of slaves, of giving to a borough or other constituency a right to return a member or members to parliament, or of the conversion of copyhold into freehold. (Black’s 4th)

ENFRANCHISEMENT nounRelease from slavery or custody. 1. The admission of persons to the freedom of a corporation or state; investiture with the privileges of free citizens; the incorporating of a person into any society or body politic. (Webs1828)

–=–

“In a popular sense, the political rights of subjects and citizens are franchises, such as the right of suffrage.”

–Black’s Law 2nd Edition, definition of franchise

–=–

This idea of liberty and freedom is taken so completely out of context to the average “citizenship” in public-mindedness that the notion that we live in a voluntary society where servants choose their masters as the doctrines of law is completely lost. We do not realize that it is our own unrestrained freedoms (liberties) as franchises of the state that actually cause us to be slaves to it. For a citizen-ship is like a rental care, a legal status that is bound to all legal laws of persons. And so the freedom (franchise) enjoyed, including the right to suffer from our own choices, also called suffrage or voting, is the very nature of the slavery system called politically (artificially) as liberty. Yet again, we are taking what is false, what is created only in the Atlantean jurisdiction, and pretending it to be a reality.

And so if one and only one thing is learned by the reader of this article it must be this: that the powers that be exist and subsist only because we suffer (vote) for them to do just that. In other words, we can only blame ourselves for voting for the better of two evils. No one is forcing our hand. No one is forcing our participation in the franchise of citizenship. We put ourselves into the path and ad-venture of the danger of another. We consent through our actions and inaction, and by doing so allow the worst of the worst element of the human equation to cheat, steal, and pirate everything we need even while it allows us the franchise to use what we want. After all, we voted for everything we complain about and deserve everything we are handed. Until we admit defeat, we cannot and will not find natural freedom, only the false appearance of nature as a political art from called franchise.

In the end, which is by the way right now, we need not fear the threat of globalism for it is already here. To fear deceit when it is already upon us is foolishness. Fear of it is truly irrelevant at this stage of a very ancient game of pledging. The only consideration we must individually make is wether to participate in it or not, whether to voluntarily carry its enfranchised mark, surname, and number or not, and ultimately whether we are willing to be persecuted, imprisoned, and killed for daring to have, and more importantly act upon, the Highest knowledge of self-evident Truth.

Remember, you are voting for a party, not a man. The party has no power without the person you vote (or don’t vote) for and thus give legitimacy to. Whether we give willingly our choice or refrain and offer no choice at all, either action is an expression of consent. Not tacit, expressive.

We must choose our Master. Reality or Atlantis. It’s that simple.

Until then, enjoy the big legal lie…

How Elections Really Work

The presidential debates were on last night at a freinds and somehow I was compelled to listen to the disingenuous debauchery. Basically, eight or so bullshit artists stood in what was no debate at all. For a debate would have purposefully caused each candidate to pick a side and explain and defend that side whether they liked it or not or agreed with that side or not. That’s debate. But all this turned out to be was a god-building exercise designed to promote a cult of droll personality and promote the mythos of American dreamism.

My friend’s father was visiting, and naturally he asked me half way through who I would vote for, fully caught up in the hopium of a new figurehead. Now imagine how many thoughts raced through my mind in that second or two before I answered. With respect, I said its not my government, its theirs. We don’t vote for president. It’s all a lie. It’s us against them.

And just as I’d expect, a silent, cognitive dissonance set in and we continued to watch.

Same question a few minutes later…

Same honest, factual answer.

And the logical fallacy of a retort:

“But we have to have a president!”

“We have to vote for somebody!”

I explained as I always do trying to live and speak every day in Reality that we do not elect the president, the electors do, and that our franchised “vote” is more like a pole, a survey of public opinion, used merely in a popularity contest between two predetermined blood-relatives to appease the multitude of illiterate subjects.

And it works every time, every four years. Seems impossible that such happenstance, pomp, money, and circumstance could be involved in something that is so false and deceptive. I get it. But this doesn’t make it any less the Reality.

In my continuing effort to expose the fraud that is this indirect election of United States president, where voters have absolutely no say in Reality despite the illusional “freedom” of the common people’s ability to participate in popular voting (but not electing), here is an archived page from the federal government telling you how it works.

Pass it on…

Who are the Electors?

What are the qualifications to be an Elector?

The U.S. Constitution contains very few provisions relating to the qualifications of Electors. Article II, section 1, clause 2 provides that no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector. As a historical matter, the 14th Amendment provides that State officials who have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the United States or given aid and comfort to its enemies are disqualified from serving as Electors. This prohibition relates to the post-Civil War era.

Each state’s Certificates of Ascertainment confirms the names of its appointed electors. A state’s certification of its electors is generally sufficient to establish the qualifications of electors.

Who selects the Electors?

The process for selecting Electors varies throughout the United States. Generally, the political parties nominate Electors at their State party conventions or by a vote of the party’s central committee in each State. Each candidate will have their own unique slate of potential Electors as a result of this part of the selection process.

Electors are often chosen to recognize service and dedication to their political party. They may be State-elected officials, party leaders, or persons who have a personal or political affiliation with the Presidential candidate.

On Election Day, the voters in each State choose the Electors by casting votes for the presidential candidate of their choice. The Electors’ names may or may not appear on the ballot below the name of the candidates running for President, depending on the procedure in each State. The winning candidate in each State—except in Nebraska and Maine, which have proportional distribution of the Electors—is awarded all of the State’s Electors. In Nebraska and Maine, the state winner receives two Electors and the winner of each congressional district receives one Elector. This system permits the Electors from Nebraska and Maine to be awarded to more than one candidate.

Are there restrictions on who the Electors can vote for?

There is no Constitutional provision or Federal law that requires Electors to vote according to the results of the popular vote in their States. Some States, however, require Electors to cast their votes according to the popular vote. These pledges fall into two categoriesElectors bound by State law and those bound by pledges to political parties.

The U.S. Supreme Court has held that the Constitution does not require that Electors be completely free to act as they choose and therefore, political parties may extract pledges from electors to vote for the parties’ nominees. Some State laws provide that so-calledfaithless Electors“; may be subject to fines or may be disqualified for casting an invalid vote and be replaced by a substitute elector. The Supreme Court has not specifically ruled on the question of whether pledges and penalties for failure to vote as pledged may be enforced under the Constitution. No Elector has ever been prosecuted for failing to vote as pledged.

Today, it is rare for Electors to disregard the popular vote by casting their electoral vote for someone other than their party’s candidate. Electors generally hold a leadership position in their party or were chosen to recognize years of loyal service to the party. Throughout our history as a nation, more than 99 percent of Electors have voted as pledged.

Have you ever asked yourself just what is the true purpose of these totally private associations (corporations) called political parties? Ever wonder why they are so powerful and why every president is one or the other main parties?

Legal, organized crime.

And the worst part is that they convince the common people, who have no right to elect, to join these criminal associations and participate in the legalized crime. They are even called “organizers.”

But let us be clear… the best way to control a multitude of people is to cause them to feel guilty about who they pick for their leader, as if they really have a choice, and thus to limit their responses to the mere waiting for the chance to do it all over again, to believe the illusion of voting the next ringer in and then waiting yet again to remedy their feigned choice. Controlled opposition. Brilliant.

And so here we are again, an institutionalized bunch of idiots about to vote for something they have no right to actually vote on, except to legitimize the very structure that politically enslaves them. In other words, the millions of denizened, enfranchised “voters” that turn up to the polls to be poled will be doing nothing more than offering the official “consent of the governed.” And for the rest, silence is consent to the majority will. And the majority is a pure idiocracy of uneducated fools.

Govern = to steer, as a ship. To control.

Ment = mind

Mind control.

And this is called the franchise of freedom.

Understanding The 2012 Electoral College

So you think you, the People, elected the president of the United States?

–=–

“In reality, when the voters of North Carolina voted this past November, they were actually voting to pick this slate of electors instead of voting directly for the president and the vice-president.”

–Elaine Marshall, Secretary of State of North Carolina,
speaking at the 2012 Electoral College ceremony

–=–

After all of the pomp and circumstance of the 2012 “popular” vote of the “people” of the United States; including the wasted billions upon billions in campaign coverage, donations, PAC’s, Super-PAC’s, advertising, public relations, buttons and brochures, the media coverage of baby kissing, and everything else that went into the carefully planned charade of the fallacious popular election of the president and vice-president of the United States, the president was finally “formally” and indirectly elected by the Electors of the Electoral College on December 17th, 2012.

That’s right, folks. I’m here again to tell you that you “the People” do not elect your president.

This time, however, I’ve got a little help from my good friend the Secretary of State of North Carolina. In the following video coverage, she actually tells the truth: that the majority of United States citizens (people) do not know that the Electors, not the people (voters), elect the president.

It is not as if this is a secret, though it could be called a very open secret per the void of comprehension existing within the country. It’s just that the procedural and true indirect election process is not talked about openly at any other time of the election process. Instead, the popular vote and all that is involved with it takes over the limelight and the media specifically promotes the fallacy that the people have a direct effect on the actual election of the president. This is not the truth, yet it is what most American voters believe. And every four years the question arises amongst the masses – Who are you going to vote for as president of the United States?

Some of those people, whom without reading their constitution or knowing that this 4-year election process is indeed an indirect election without consideration of their individual vote, actually wait over 7 or more hours in line just to cast their popular vote, as is the case in the State of Florida. They truly believe that this sacrifice will actually make a difference in the outcome of the presidential election. And to me, this is such a sad spectacle.

Despite the billions of dollars pumped into the popular election process that is then broadcast on every major news station in the world, we find that comparatively, the electoral college is lucky if it even gets mentioned at all on the main television stations, and is generally barely even broadcast on C-SPAN over a month after the popular election takes place – just enough time for the people to get over their win or loss and stop giving a rat’s ass until the next rigged election.

So un-hyped is the actual election of the president and vice-president each year, that this year apparently C-SPAN felt that the importance of the actual real constitutional election of the president of the United States was just about important enough to be broadcast to the public on C-SPAN’s Channel #3 – not even the main C-SPAN channel.

Here is the C-SPAN website where just two of the actual electoral college elections (happening simultaneously in all 50 States) was broadcast and is available for re-viewing. It states:

WASHINGTON, DC
Monday, December 17, 2012

The 538 members of the Electoral College met on Monday in their respective states where they cast their votes for President and Vice President. 270 electoral votes are required to elect the President. C-SPAN coverage included two of these meetings, Ohio and North Carolina.

Last month, President Obama won the popular vote in Ohio, which has 18 electoral votes. Governor Romney won the battleground state of North Carolina, which has 15 electoral votes.

VIDEO LINK –> http://www.c-span.org/Campaign2012/Events/North-Carolina-Electoral-College-Vote/10737436611-3/

Thankfully we can watch this event on Youtube here for easier reference, thanks to “Voterradio.com”:

Please note that as of December 24th, this video has a total of 31 views. This indeed shows the popularity of the Electoral College and how much it is comprehended by the voting public, especially when comparing the multi-100’s-of-millions of views for a single Lady GaGa video, or if your style is Gundam…

I suggest that, after reading this entire rant, each of you who may be reading this go through this entire video so that you can actually understand how the presidential election works – and comprehend the fact that you do not vote for president in any form of direct election, and that the president is indeed elected by the 538 member Electoral College – and that in reality the office is elected via proxy by the two privately incorporated political parties who submit these electors to the government. In short, the election of the president and vice-president (a separate election process) is conducted by the Republican and Democratic parties, not by the people of the United States.

For your reference, and for those that just don’t seem to have time in their busy days to learn that their country operates as a constitutional fascist oligarchy by indirect election of its C.E.O. under private associations called political parties right under their noses – even as you Rock The Vote every four years – here are a few direct quotes from the CSPAN coverage spoken by the Secretary of State of the great State of North Carolina. Pay close attention, as these quotes tell the story of the whole election process…

–=–

As quoted from the Secretary of the State of North Carolina at the Electoral College ceremony (video above), December 17th, 2012:

“North Carolina did not participate in the very first presidential election because North Carolina did not ratify the constitution until after passage of the Bill of Rights. And only then did North Carolina officially join the Union, approximately 10 months after the election of George Washington.”

“Today, we are gathered, essentially, to certify the will of the people of North Carolina who voted in the presidential election in November of this year.”

“I will note once again that the voters of our state turned out in big numbers… I hope many of those voters have tuned in today to see their– that process reach its completion.”

“As North Carolina becomes more global we are mindful that our impact in the world is significant, as evidenced by the fact that we have so many foreign consuls now in North Carolina. Three of them are here with us today… France…Sweeden… Moldova… we welcome all three of you to this 56th meeting of the North Carolina Electoral College.”

“Now, as we prepare to begin the voting process for the North Carolina Electoral College, I would just like to take a moment to reflect on the importance of this institution. This is the 56th North Carolina Electoral College meeting and it represents a proud history of citizens (electors) peacefully passing on presidential power from one term in office to the next. Today’s activities are a combination of constitutional law, Federal law, and State law.”

“In the end, this (electoral college) system was designed for several reasons (unintelligible) rights. Those reasons included: that the meetings be held throughout the 50 states versus one convention to keep the sites separate; that electors cannot also be powerful public officials; and that every state gets a formally set number of votes in order to give it a vote in the process. That is why today people all across the United States are gathering at State capitals to conclude the 2012 presidential campaign – in a formal sense – and to move us toward the 2013 presidential inauguration in Washington D.C.”

“I am often asked: How does a citizen ever become an elector? Well the process is fairly simple. You must be a citizen who is over 21 years of age and eligible to vote. You also cannot be a Federal office holder, or certain kinds of other public official. Then you offer your name to your political party for consideration. Generally the political parties pick their slate of elector nominees pursuant to party rules at their annual political convention in each election year. Those names are submitted by the respective parties to the office of Secretary of State sometime in the summer, and they are held until the election of November. (Hesitantly) Once– We wait and see, which– candidate has been certified (by the political parties) to us we then call those electors. The elector nominees from the different political parties just simply wait to see who the voters vote for as president and vice-president – which means in reality, when the voters of North Carolina voted this past November, they were actually voting to pick this slate of electors instead of voting directly for the president and the vice-president.”

“As we move to the former meeting of Electors, I would like to introduce our electors to this gathering. The 15 Republican electors were called to Raleigh and have assembled here to cast North Carolina’s 15 electoral votes for president and vice-president. I am honored to introduce these distinguished– people…

–=–

Now, before you watch this absolutely rehearsed, staged, and predetermined stage play of a ceremony for the election of Mitt Romney as president of the United States and Paul Ryan as vice-president of the United States, I would very much like for you to read what one of these Electors had to say about this circus side-show called the Electoral College and his participation in it. And trust me when I say, this honest and candid statement by the man elected by the 15-member North Carolina Electoral College to be president of that college in the election ceremony is perhaps the most important truth about this fraud that is the presidential election process that you are ever likely to read by one of its inside players.

Sit back and hold on to your lunch…

Local Resident Elected President of N.C. Electoral College

By John Nagy
As of Monday, December 17, 2012

Robert Levy, a local attorney and chairman of the Moore County Republican Party, has been elected president of North Carolina’s Electoral College.

Levy also is a political columnist for The Pilot. His column appears every Sunday.

The college on Monday will be responsible for electing the next president of the United States, but the result is not in doubt. President Barack Obama secured 332 electoral votes in November’s presidential election. The popular vote, though commonly thought to be the way the United States chooses its president, is actually a precursor. The Constitution requires the president be chosen by electors apportioned to each state.

Electors are not bound by the Constitution to cast their ballots according to their state’s popular vote, but the states themselves stipulate the way electors will vote. In all but two states, it’s winner-take-all. North Carolina has 15 electors, and its members are required to mirror the state’s popular vote for president. As such, the electors will vote for Romney on Monday.

In a Dec. 9 column on his experience as an elector, Levy wrote “It reminds me of “Gone With the Wind.” No matter how many times I see it, Scarlett still loses Rhett, and the South still loses the war.

You see, I am one of the 538 electors who will go enact a secular passion play called the Electoral College. I know how the play ends. Obama will win. Romney will lose. Why should I go? It seems silly.

“Although the Constitution might suggest differently, North Carolina law is clear. If I do not go to Raleigh this month, I will be fined. If I do not vote for the Republican nominee, my vote will not be counted, and I will be replaced by someone who will vote as commanded. All the while, everyone knows that in other state capitals, the vote for Obama will make what I do meaningless.

“Yet I am going to vote for Mitt Romney. I am taking my daughter with me to watch me vote. No matter what I do, the candidacy of Mitt Romney will die as it died in November.

Like Billy Pilgrim in the Kurt Vonnegut novel “Slaughterhouse-Five,” I will realize that I have seen my death. I have visited it many times. It always turns out the same. But I go there anyway in order to make a statement about the principles for which I stand.

Perhaps it is this final irrational and illogical patriotic statement that best describes the disposition of America and Americans today…

This man, even after his brutal honesty about the sham that is the Electoral College, still believes in the validity and rightousness of the very country, government, and constitution that created this blundering inferno of wretchedness called the presidential election. Perhaps this is because he is a BAR attorney, with an oath as an officer of this government and its courts. He states here that his vote will literally not be counted, that his appearance there is only for show as a character in a predetermined “play”, and that in truth he has no legal choice in who he actually votes for by the laws of the State. He even states that he will be fined if he votes for anyone aside from who he is scripted to vote for in this “secular passion play”, and then states that if he does vote for another candidate, his vote will not be officially counted and he will be replaced by someone else from within his political party who will vote according to the scripted Republican or Democratic plan as required by State law.

And so like the American people at large, this man literally enters into an oath to protect the very fraudulent system he lends credibility to, voting for a candidate even though he knows his vote doesn’t count. And the People do the same thing, voting without conscious for political parties, lending the collective “People’s” credibility and legitimacy to a completely corrupt and purposefully misunderstood Electoral College system, all because the television and their indoctrinated peers tell them it is unpatriotic not to vote. This attorney and president of the Electoral College literally and publicly pretends to believe in a system he knows is an absolute fraud against the people because he is vested in that system as its officer, and to keep the cohesion and continuity of that very fraudulent system going as its legal cog and as its beneficiary both monetarily and in the status it provides.

This, my fellow Americans, is beyond fallacy; beyond self-destructive; beyond irrational and illogical… it’s just downright stupid!!!

How can someone such as myself cause a mass of indoctrinated people to stop supporting the very system that extorts from them their wealth, liberty, happiness, prosperity, and even their knowledge of how that system even works in the first place, and to stop voting for and legitimizing these self-inflicted wounds with their consenting votes when such petulant patriotism surrounds this once-every-four-year-event? How indeed…

At this point, as I watch this charade of entangled absurdity and corruption unfold on C-SPAN channel #3, I can’t help but laugh hysterically at the wealth of stupidity involved that would create such a void in the general comprehension of the way this voting system works for the president and vice-president of the United States. My crazy “Huckleberry” style laughing borders on that of a mad-man cherishing the chaos he has created – only this scenario was created and perpetrated by the most treacherous and ultimately deceiving madmen of all: the government. And I am its hopeless victim – doomed to see this enslavement to deception with open eyes but forced to live in its clutches, watching as men with no honor among them continue this false paradigm of legal logistics merely for some false sense of honor to retain their societal and professional status. Honor, that is, among thieves…

For the true nature of this most bizarre ceremony you are witnessing here, and eternally for every four years in the future, is strictly as this disgusting attorney, head of the Republican Party, and president of the N.C. Electoral College says it is – to go through the legal motions of an act in three parts: 1st the popular vote to elect the electors, 2nd the electoral vote to elect the president, and 3rd the inauguration that really never had anything to do with anything related to either of these scripted and rigged votes. You see, this whole game of thrones is nothing more than a pretentious procession of legal chess moves by the powers that be to gain the consent of the people by deceit – through trickery and illusion of the legal language and process. The people must above all else believe in this system, though it be so blatantly transparent, in order for the people to believe in the authority of that system and its cogs. Without this perception of power, jurisdiction, presidential privilege, congressional choice, and justice for all, these men would fall back into the sewers from whence they crawled through to rise to this perceived power through falsely wrangled and manufactured collective consent. It is this illusion of legitimacy that creates and continues the illusion of authority that so enslaves us all.

And all of this because we participate in a fake election, unknowingly granting all of our powers of consent to one of two political parties, which ultimately were set up to do exactly what we have uncovered here – to carry on the perpetual, illegitimate theft of elections via the relentless popularity and commercialism of the celebrity vote for president.

What we have here, my fellow American Idiots, is literally the perfect crime. It is organized crime, and it is legal crime. It is as politically correct as it is morally and ethically defunct. It is the power of the people, stripped, raped, and transformed into the power of the legal consent of the people – to be represented without having a choice of who that representative really is.

The true power of the people has literally been extracted and funnelled into the hands of the two major political parties, who in turn vote for party loyal electors, whom then elect the president of this illegitimate corporate structure colloquially called the United States government.

–=–

Explaining this process is nightmarish, as it does not make sense to most people. That’s because most people believe in the system, and cannot believe that it is a false belief. Unfortunately, this is the religion of the statist.

To attempt an easy explanation is an impossibility, but I will try to attempt it here:

The people, according to the constitution, are called voters. They do not vote for president. Instead, they have been fooled into casting their votes in political party elections called primary elections. This primary election narrows the many specific party candidates that are running as party representatives down to one person as the official party candidate. Thus, the first vote is nothing more than a popularity contest within these two parties, and has nothing to do with actually electing a president of the United States. For instance, an independent candidate with no party affiliation would not have a primary election, and only run in the actual election called the general election. In the general election, the voters (people) vote for which ever candidate they like. But in actuality, they are only voting for the party that they like. If the vote for the independent candidate, in many States, they must also vote for the elector of that candidate. So the people, without quite understanding this process, actually vote for the electors of the president. There are 538 electors, one for each congressman in Washington D.C. The office of president, as well, is an office in Washington D.C. You see, the president of the United States is not the president of the people, for the people do not elect him. The president is the president of the government, not the people, which is why the people do not elect him. They instead elect representatives, 538 of them, who then delegate according to the constitution one vote for each office to the political party chosen electors. The vice-president is as well the president of the Senate, and has the controlling or “tie-breaking” vote in that office. He literally presides over the senate. Thus, the vice-president is a very important office as well, and not just a wanna be president who could be president if the president dies. The voters (the people) do not actually even vote for who the electors will be, for this is done within the political party itself despite the people. Once the general election is complete, refered to as the popular vote, this event creates a certain legitimate public consent to the Electoral College members to then cast their votes for president as the official electors of that office. In truth though, the Electoral College is just a formality – a necessary legal step in the constitutional process to create the legal transference of office to either the same or different persons as president and vice-president. In other words, the Electoral College is all but ceremonial in its power, since the vast majority of its members must vote according to what State laws dictate, making their vote not an actual free vote, but a legal action predetermined by the government. In the end, the true elector of the president and vice-president of the United States is actually the political parties themselves, which are private associations with limited governance and limited relationships with the people or “citizens”. In the end, the whole election process is literally a scheme to legally and with manufactured consent take the power from the people and shift it into the political party system. Thus, the people do not vote for president, they vote for which political party they wish to rob them of their right to vote, generally without knowing this scheme is even happening. And that is the easiest I way I can explain how the word democracy in America is nothing but a cruel hoax played every four years on the people of this country.

–=–

In conclusion, I’d just like to point out a few incongruities in this Electoral College speech for those who might have missed them.

1) It is unclear to me why the Secretary of State of North Carolina stated in her opening speech that “North Carolina did not participate in the very first presidential election because North Carolina did not ratify the constitution until after passage of the Bill of Rights. And only then did North Carolina officially join the Union, approximately 10 months after the election of George Washington.” But I would note that if this little tidbit of North Carolina history is true, then the very constitutional legitimacy of the presidency of one George Washington as the first president of the United States of America must come into question. For as one of the original thirteen colonies, how could the president have been properly elected to rule the “nation” of States without this State’s electoral and popular vote? In this first presidential election, only slightly over 1% of the population voted, and the idea of even having a popular vote was ridiculous, especially by black men and women. 6 of the States had limited popular votes, but these were mere formalities to allow for upper classes to choose their electors that would in turn elect the president. Washington ran uncontested, receiving 100% of the electoral vote (minus North Carolina).

2) In her speech, the Secretary of State pointed to foreign consuls attending the ceremony as she refered to the global status of the State of North Carolina. Of this, I wonder, do I even need to make a comment? I’ll simply ask the question: Why?

3) Also in her speech, the Secretary of State for North Carolina stated that the Electoral College was organized and ratified in order to prevent the possibility “that electors cannot also be powerful public officials”. When this iteration escaped her mouth, I chuckled out of both ends in amazement and surprise, slightly splattering my mouth full of freshly sipped coffee onto my computer screen.

To nip this fallacy in the butt, let’s just take a cursory look at just one of the group of Electors from one State:

North Dakota had three (3) electors in 2012:

The current Governor, the current Lieutenant Governor, and the current State District Attorney.

(Source –> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_presidential_electors,_2012)

Are we to believe that these are not “powerful public officials”?

4) Notice that after this speech is over, the Electoral College members are introduced and sworn to take an oath before the ceremony can actually begin. You should listen to the words of this spoken promise. Perhaps the most interesting thing about this oath is that these 15 political-party-elected members of the Electoral College must swear to uphold the entire structure of government and the constitution that supports this entire scam in the first place. So this is not so much an oath to the good people of America as it is a legal compact that ensures that these 15 Electoral College members will obey under penalty of perjury and fine the laws that govern the whole corrupt election and Electoral College process in the first place. In other words, by taking an oath to uphold the constitution and Federal and State laws, these 15 electors just gave away any freedom of choice that they might have had to actually choose anything other than the Republican candidate for president – for the laws they just swore to obey state clearly that they can only vote for one candidate and not the other. Another way to examine this phenomenon is to imagine taking an oath before a court case that states that you will lie about any testimony you give in that case before the court, and that if you tell the truth you agree to be fined and punished for telling the truth – which would be breaking the law you swore to uphold in your oath. Think about it…

5) Finally, it is important to note that the Electoral College in each State is either Democrat or Republican, and never a mixed group from both parties or other independent candidates. Logic would dictate that in a fair and balanced election, this Electoral College membership would be split according to the actual popular vote statistics. So it would be reasonable to conclude that if the popular vote were cast at 30% of people voting for the Democrat Party candidate, 60% of the popular vote for the Republican Party candidate, and 10% of the popular vote for say the Libertarian (3rd party) candidate, we should see a North Carolina Electoral College that has 15 electors with 9 Republican electors, 4-5 Democrat electors, and 1-2 Libertarian or 3rd party electors. But this is not how the College works. Instead, the popular vote determines the total domination of the Electoral College regarding its popularly voted political party. So all 15 electors in the State of North Carolina are Republican Party members. This means that in each State, the entire election is decided by electors that MUST BE PARTY MEMBERS. And this means that ultimately, the election process is completely done within the political party system, without the involvement of the people in any way. If in the unlikely event that a 3rd party or independent candidate were actually to win the popular election process, then the electors of that State by law would also all be chosen by that political party, no different from other two main parties, which would not change anything at all about this corrupt system. The whole Electoral College of each State will be members of whatever single party won the popular vote. Alternatively, if the independent candidate won, the men and women for whom the people voted for as electors when they voted for that independent candidate would by law be required to vote for that candidate, and not for those in the other parties.

So if Obama, for instance, commited unethical or publicly unacceptable acts between the time of the popular vote and the electoral vote, the electoral college would still be required to vote according to thier party.

If you get nothing else out of this presentation, please get this:

Political parties are the problem with this country! They steal by manufactured consent any semblance of a true lawful election and kill any competition by not allowing other regular people to run for president. State laws prevent any true competition. And the people and the State governments are beholden to these party’s choices of electors.

The moral of this true story is a simple one.

BOYCOTT POLITICAL PARTIES!!!

Insist that candidates run as men, not as party members who represent the party, not the people. And don’t vote for them if they run under a party – any party. Boycott groups and businesses that promote this con. And teach your children well…

Act as individual free men, not as group mentality idiots. Vote as men, not parties, or don’t vote at all. End your membership in parties, and demand that the Electoral College system be reformed or abolished.

And the next time you get on someone’s case for not voting in an election, perhaps you should think twice about it. After all, it is you, the voter, that is responsible for your own ignorance of where the power of your own vote is granted. And it is you who lend legitimacy to this corrupt system with every vote you cast to the two-party political system.

Cheers and happy holidays…

Clint For President In 2012

If you haven’t heard…

I am running for President of the United States (Incorporated).

After such a close race in the 2008 campaign, I am hopeful for 2012. Please watch this Channel 3 news video about my 2008 campaign: (link) http://cafr1.com/WB4President.html

And please visit my new website and read why I am really, truly running for president! I think you’ll find that this is an idea who’s time has come…

The Un-Campaign is located here: (link) http://clint4p.com/

Why vote for the same Republican and Democratic candidates, and expect different results? Isn’t this the infamous definition of insanity? If something is broken, fix it!

Why the United States “Incorporated”?

Listen to the newly elected, Tea Party, junior Congressman Allan West tell you in his own words: (link) https://realitybloger.wordpress.com/2011/08/01/congressman-confirms-united-states-is-a-corporation/

“…the President is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of this corporation called the United States of America”.

Also, check out my latest documentary: “The Great Pension Fund Hoax” at: (link) http://thecorporationnation.com/

I know where the money is, and after watching this, you will too!

I need your help to make this Un-Campaign into a serious thorn in the side of mainstream politics…

Thank you,

Clint Richardson

Conspiracy 101 – A Breakdown of Reality

Since nothing in the American culture of politics, religion, and society is what it appears to be on the surface, I’d like to just cover a basic truth for each paradigm we “believe” in…

1) The Constitution – There is no constitution. The United States was declared insolvent and bankrupt in 1933 by President Roosevelt, and it then became a communist state. (http://www.apfn.net/DOC-100_bankruptcy.htm). Besides,  the only “people” that were ever bound by the constitution for the united states of America, were the ones who wrote and signed it, and they’ve been dead for 200 years. Any contract must be entered into willingly and signed, sealed, delivered, witnessed, or acknowledged by you in order for you to be bound by it. Therefore, the constitution is null and void for all of us. While our politicians do take the constitutional oath to keep up appearances, Article 1, Section 6 of the U.S. constitution states:

“They (politicians) shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.”

This means that they cannot be held accountable for anything they do that is “unconstitutional”. Therefore, the oath of office is a contradiction to the protections afforded by the constitution itself. And who decides what is supposedly unconstitutional? The judicial branch of the so-called “government”. So… “government” decides what “government” can and cannot do “constitutionally”. If the irony of this is lost on you, then quit reading now… The most simple way to comprehend this, is that the constitution guaranteed a republic form of government. However, we are in a democracy – a system vehemently opposed by all of the writers of this so-called constitution, and a system that is a communist platform (democracy, socialism, fascism, etc…). Therefore, the very democratic “government”, or rule by majority, that we all live under is already inherently unconstitutional. Therefore, we do not live under constitutional rule. Democracy is a communist ideal… period.

2) Government – There is no government, because there is no country. We have private corporations, not representative governments. This is easy enough to prove, simply by looking at the Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports of all “government” bodies (corporations) in the “United States”. All for-profit corporations must file this report, as it is the law to do so. These are public domain, and hidden in plain sight. We have representatives of the “government” – some voted for, some not – from the president on down to local representatives. But, what is the actual “government”. If you can answer that, let me know. For it is not a tangible thing. It does not have any physical attributes that you can point to and say: “That is the government”. The closest thing to a “government” we have, are banks – since government is just transfer of wealth by government agents like the IRS by force. Your money or your life… or at least your property and your freedom.

3) Law – God’s law in natural law states that you shall do no harm to others, or their property. This is basic common law, and the only true law that really applies to us. An eye for an eye applies here… But over time, a bunch of lawyers and attorneys have come up with a bunch of unintelligible, barely comprehensible word phrases stating your inability to be free. Again, as there is no contract that you signed stating that you except and are therefore bound by these laws, you are not accountable for following these laws. A law can not be constitutional, since the constitution does not apply to our country or ourselves, accept in some idealistic, unrealistic theory. As long as you are duped into believing that your rights are granted to you by the constitution, you will follow even the most tyrannical, socialistic, communist, and draconian laws that are passed under the guise of constitutionality and false-liberty. A law is an intangible thing… Laws and the authority of their enforcers can only exist if the common people can be trained like dogs to follow them, forgetting their own natural-born, God-given authority to live free on this land without tyranny and oppression.

4) Borders – When you cross over into another state, do you somehow feel different? Does a little bell go off in your head on a trans-continental flight every time you fly into the official airspace of each state? When an “illegal” person of Hispanic decent crosses the Mohave Desert and over the U.S./Mexico “border”, are they any less hungry or thirsty as they step over the pretend invisible line? Are they any less Mexican? Borders are invisible lines – again not tangible things – which begs the question of jurisdiction… what actually stops the powers of the “government”? An invisible line? Each state is a separate corporation, controlled by the main corporation: U.S. Inc. And, when one researches who owns U.S. Inc, one finds that the United States never really separated from Great Britain, whom never really separated from the Vatican. So, the true jurisdiction of our “government” comes from a child molester in a big castle called the Vatican, which is not part of Italy, but rather a separate corporate state within the Italian “country”. There are no borders, only psychological fear and oppressive punishments for the crossing of imaginary lines by your “government” and its “code-enforcers”. Borders are ideological pretenses that mean nothing if you do not recognize their power, which is bestowed by the “government”, which of course also only has power if you give up your own. There are no tangible borders, because there are no “countries”, because there are no “governments”, because there is no “law” but what you participate in. Participation is paramount to communist control and domination. Without it, there is nothing but you and your own boundaries (borders).

5) Washington D.C. is the capital of the United States – The District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) is a separate entity from the United States. It is not a state – meaning it is not one of or part of the United States. It is not a commonwealth of the U.S. It is not a city, town, county, or island. It is however, a country! But remember, a country is simply a corporation. The ten-mile stretch of land that holds our federal government, is not under the jurisdiction of anything except itself. It is untouchable by us. We have no rights there, and we have no power to do anything to stop this corporation from doing its business – control of us. States are just sub-corporations under the Federal corporation of Washington D.C.

6) Terrorism – Blind acceptance of the myth that terrorism equates to individual persons or extremist “groups” killing and blowing up things for their personal gain is how terrorism has been sold to the American public. But I challenge you to find one person or group who has benefited from these terrorist incidents and attacks. Traditionally and historically, terrorism has been used by governments to persuade their citizens to act according to rule of law or to enter said “country” into war for profit. The act of terrorism is indeed a government tool for control. If you need proof of this fact, one must only inquire as to who profits from these acts of terror?

Osama bin Laden? He lost everything, and gained nothing… even losing all of the support of his people.

Saddam Husein? He lost his country, his wealth, and his life!

The Taliban? They are constantly hunted down, beaten, imprisoned, and killed like animals and are now cast as the scourge of the world.

But when one does look at who profits from terrorism, one finds massive profits in our corporate “government” and its corporate partners like Halliburton. We find the complete takeover of other countries, declared as the spread of “democracy”. Translated, this means the spread of corporate fascism – the takeover of all land by the main corporation, while destroying the infrastructure of that land in order to force monetary loans and debt in order to rebuild that infrastructure. Of course, since these “countries” can never pay back the “loans” provided by the charitable corporate “government” (banks), the terrorized “country” is forced through this clandestine terrorism to give up all mineral, water, and other resource rights to the corporation who conquered it through its spread of “democracy”. Incidentally, when one researches who it is that is bombing, killing, threatening, and destroying things all over the world, one always inevitably finds a connection to the CIA and/or the Mossad, though I’m not sure there is really a difference. From the shoe-bomber to the school-shooters to the suicide bombers (who bomb their own peoples schools and hospitals??? – Figure that one out!) to the 9/11 hijackers (many of which are still alive and asking why they are being blaming), there is always a CIA/MOSSAD connection. Even Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden (CIA name: Tim Osman) were involved with the CIA. There are no terrorists but our own “government agents”. Heck, where do you think they get all of their weapons???

7) War – The “United States” has not officially declared “war” since World War II. Therefore, all of the more than 50 “countries” that we have attacked, conquered, occupied, assassinated the leaders of, destroyed the infrastructure of, killed the people of, destroyed the pride of, and committed war crimes and human rights atrocities which are unparalleled in our history, were terrorized by us. These should be interpreted as nothing more than the corporate takeover of every world economy. War is something completely different, being a declaration that falls within the laws that govern such wars. War crimes, Geneva Conventions, and other protective vehicles for civilians do not apply in an undeclared war. We are the terrorists.

8) Voting – An educated voter is non-existent. Even the most educated of the voting public can not possibly “know” anything about the candidates for which they vote, besides by their portrayal in the propagandist media. Therefore all voters are technically uneducated. If that weren’t bad enough, we have been tricked into voting on machines – machines which have been proven over and over again to be fixable. In other words, at least 80% of the public votes on machines that can be easily manipulated to change their votes to a desired result. Elections are show business. They no more represent the will of the people than they do the integrity of the “government”. Elections can best be described as the hiring of non-representative corporate figureheads through carefully manipulated public opinion. The only vote that counts is no vote at all. Participation is the only action that lends credence to this false system of “government”. And when more than half of the entire country’s populace doesn’t even show up to vote in the first place, the legitimacy of these “politicians” to rule by majority vote is completely unfounded. There is no legitimate government…

9) America is a free country – This opinion has been propagated upon America’s population since day 1. So let’s discuss briefly what we as citizens are free to do: I can drive, but only with a license and mandatory insurance. I can buy and sell items, but only if I pay a tax and have a seller’s license. I can fly on a plane, but only after military style search and seizure and a complete background check with two forms of ID. I can get a job, but only if I am a member of the Social Security club and pay state, federal, and local taxes on my wages, as well as mandatory insurance. I can listen to the radio or watch TV, but someone is always there to decide what is proper for me to hear – editing out words and scenes, and sometimes even banishing my favorite speakers and shows from available viewership. I can own a gun, but only if I register it and let the police decide if I qualify for one based on my personal and criminal history. I can live in an apartment or house, but I must keep that house and its land up to local and state code, otherwise code enforcement (corporate private police) will be knocking on my door and handing me a citation. I can hold up a sign declaring my disdain for all of these rules, regulations, and the people who force them upon me, but only if I have a permit and do so in a free-speech zone. You do not live in a free country.

None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free” — Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

10) Police are there to protect and serve – Police are there to enforce code. They are there to assign taxes, in the form of citations and tickets. They are there to command a sense of authority and the illusion of control. They are not there for the benefit of the people, though sometimes they coincidentally protect or serve some fortunate people, usually the wealthier ones. They are the corporate enforcers of legalities, statutes, codes, signage, rules, regulations, etc… Many police forces are in fact private corporate entities. Parking police aren’t police at all. They take no oath, and they are not schooled in standard police training. They are barely required to have a high school education, and may just hav a G.E.D. instead. Many are hired by private corporations who only hire minorities. The parking enforcement in Los Angeles, for instance, is part of a corporation based in New York City, which is paid for by taxpayer dollars to write tickets and tow as many vehicles as possible to make a profit. They have been caught many times removing temporary permits and handicap placards after breaking into vehicles, in order to ticket and tow. They have a quota. And the regular police do not have authority over these private corporate enforcement companies acting as police. Protection is purchased from private security, not bestowed by public police officers. Service is not in the law enforcement handbook.

11) Only a fool represents himself in court – When you hire an attorney or one gets appointed for you by the court, you are in fact admitting to the court that you are incompetent to represent yourself , and mentally unstable to the point that you must become a ward of the court (of the state), giving up all of your rights. Attorney’s, like police, are there to ensure that code is followed, and to object to anything the court does that might entitle his client to sue the court (the state). A monetary value must always accompany any judgement, and the attorney ensures compliance with legal procedure. He does not represent you, but instead represents the court. A BAR’d attorney has taken an oath to uphold the legal requirements of the judicial system. What you must understand is that the BAR stands for “BRITISH ACCREDITED REGISTRY”. This association is housed in London England, or more properly, the small area in London that is not part of England, but rather like Washington D.C. in the fact that it is its own country – a corporate “state” controlling our own.

12) Churches are independent, non-profit, charitable organizations – Catholic, Mormon, Methodist, Jewish, Islamic, and all other organized religions have one corporate structure of which all individual churches are sub corporations (501-3c). The main church is a for-profit corporation. Each individual church is a non-profit sub-corporation of the main corporate entity. They are not independent. They must pay their share of money to be a part of this corporate structure. Charity is often not what it appears. Welfare is a form of domination and control. And religions, as for-profit corporations, are free to contribute to and influence politics, politicians, and government just as all other for-profit corporations are allowed to do. After all, according to the Supreme court: Corporations are people too!

13) You have rights – No, you have privileges granted by the state. Of course, you have natural God-given rights, but only if you know how to exercise them through sovereignty and natural law. Since the constitution does not apply to you, you cannot invoke this document as a source of your “rights”. You did not sign it. It is not a binding contract, even for the agreeable parts. Your privilages are granted by the “state” even though technically there is no state, only a corporation that exists solely because you let it control you and your life, liberty, and freedom.

14) You own your house or property – Actually, if you look at your deed or title, you are listed plainly as a “tenant”. Your land and by default the structure built upon it (your house) is the property of the “state”, or more accurately the bank. No matter how long you live in your house, you will be forced to pay property tax. This is not necessarily a tax as much as it is rent to the “government”. If you believe me to be in error about this fact, I would invite you to stop paying your rent (property tax). Your home and property will be confiscated. Consider this protection money… protection from corporate takeover. And if this is not enough to convince you, one only need consider the law and practice of eminent domain. This confiscation tool can be used to take your property at any time and for any reason. No exceptions there, except in cases of elodial title or land patent. Sure, they pay you what “they” set as fair-market value… but you must also consider that “they” are the ones creating the money supply and therefore the “market”.

15) 9/11 was an inside job – This is the popular cry of the 9/11 truth movement, of which I am happily a part of. But this is not a true statement. All roads lead to Israel and it’s CIA counterpart, the Mossad. That would make it an outside job. Of course, Israel is supported by billions of dollars of taxpayer money, and would not exist without U.S. backing. But, to say “inside job” doesn’t make clear that the people in our “government” who were involved with the events of 9/11 are Zionist and/or dual Israeli citizens, or very supportive and uber-friendly with the “state” of Israel. In other words, many in the Bush cabinet were in fact Jewish Zionist and duel-Israeli citizens. But also, to bring home that this event was not an “inside job”, our federal government is an outside entity (corporation), as discussed above, and not housed within the United States proper. Remember, Washington D.C. is not part of the United States. It is a foreign corporate entity. Therefore, any federally employed persons involved with 9/11 were operating outside of the “United States” – or the 50 unified states. So to call it an inside job is inaccurate, as this implies that our “government” is an inside entity and part of our “states united”.

16) Pro-choice means pro-abortion – Choice is a fundamental quality of freedom. Abortion however, is not. When someone is pro-choice, they are not necessarily pro-abortion. They are what the name implies… “for” the individuals right to choose, which should never be taken away. They are declaring freedom of “choice”, and are not declaring that abortion is in any way good or acceptable. No subject is cut and dry, and abortion cannot be classified into one of two group views. Choice is pro-choice, not pro-abortion. Education is key.

17) There is a difference between the Democratic and Republican parties – “The left-right paradigm” is a phrase coined by Alex Jones. It represents a state of belief in the two-party system. It means that which ever “side” you choose, you inherently and by default vilify the other side. It means that one is good and one is bad. All the while, party members and supporters never comprehend that there is no difference between the two parties standard platforms, excepting their “public” views on abortion. But even on abortion, the efforts by both parties to depopulate the world is clear, with forced abortion mandates in Africa, one-child policies in Asia, and others. These policies are corporate. They are instituted by the corporation, which dominates these poor countries. And the corporation includes democrats and republicans. You see, it doesn’t matter what you believe as a democrat or a republican, it only matters what the men and women who are the elected and unelected officials in these parties believe. They are corporate officers. They have no regard for what you believe is right or wrong.

It all boils down to this: If the democrats are in power – as they are now – they were put there because the public opinion of republicans was guided by the media to make you vote democratic this time around, not realizing that they are simply the same people playing good-cop/bad-cop roles in a publicly broadcast, fake dramatic sitcom. Now, after 8 years of horrific republican rule under the Bush regime, we will get 4-8 years of even worse tyrannical rule by the Obama ragime. And, once the media works its magic, we will once again vote republican. But, the same players (or actors) that were in previous administrations are again in power. Because what you have to realize is that by electing a single man for president, you are really “electing” all of the unelected officials that the “elected” president “hires” once he is elected. Therefore, we have tens and hundreds of “APPOINTED” officials ruling over us, and even ruling over our other congressional and senatorial elected officials. This is not a representative government… for you must be chosen to represent the people in order to hold the title of a “representative of the people”. And so as long as the republican party is there to catch the democratic party when it falls, and as long as the democratic party is then there in the future to catch the republican party when it falls, we will always have the same two party’s in office (which are just one party role-playing like professional wrestlers as good and evil – depending on what your perspective of good and evil is). It is a slight of hand trick that will continue to ensure the right-left paradigm stays in power by manipulating the perseptions of the voting public.

So one could put forth here that your vote doesn’t really count, unless you use it to vote out the two-party system by voting for a third party. But the media has manipulated you into thinking that voting for anybody but a democrat or republican is foolhardy. This is the paradigm we must all break out of if we are to ever be a free society.

18) Charities and foundations are grass-roots organizations run by good caring people – The Cancer Society was founded by none other than John D. Rockefeller. The US President only earns $400K ($200K as recently as Pres. Clinton) while the C.E.O. of the Red Cross earns approximately $565K, even though this person has “done little work in the primary mission of the Red Cross: disaster relief” and “will face a steep learning curve”.

Foundations, Charities, Associations, and Organizations are Corporations! Though billed as non-profits, the amount of money brought in by these foundations is staggering. When corporations donate to such things as Red Cross Haiti relief, they are not donating to the people of Haiti, but rather to the corporation of the Red Cross. In return, these corporations get no-bid contracts from foundations like the Red Cross. The board of directors for the Red Cross are the who’s who of agri-business, construction, contracting, banking, infrastructure, and other for-profit corporations. And while the Red Cross is indeed a non-profit, it gives this money away to it’s board of director’s companies, as well as paying them a ridiculous salary. So the majority of the money that you donate to these “charities” never reaches the people you believe it will help.

19) The nightly news is comprised of independant jounalism you can trust – When a news story is produced, it is writen in a way so as to be usable in all markets. It is then sent to each affiliate news station across the country, to be recorded by the local newscaster as if it was their own story. Meanwhile, on every other news station across America, the same story is being screened by different newscasters reading the same thing verbatim – but attaching thier name to the end of the story. This is media. It is entertainment. It is hypnotic. But it is not truth. It is a set of meticulously researched standards and practices employed to mentally labotomize you from discovering the true nature of your world and your “government”.

What Is Democracy? What Is A Republic?

Simply stated, democracy is a majority rule.

So, if 51% of the people get what they want, then 49% of the people get something they don’t want.

Democracy is two wolves and a sheep sitting down to discuss dinner plans.

Where as a republic form of government, which is guaranteed by the constitution, is well armed sheep.

You see, in the republic form of governance (not to be mistaken with the Republican Party, at all, in the least!) – but in the republic form of governance, each party, group, or individual would be represented and included. A law or bill, and especially an amendment to the constitution itself would be extremely difficult to get ratified. This is a good thing, and exactly what the founding fathers had in mind – less government and more liberty. And for good reason…

The idealistic writers of the constitution, believing that parties, special interests, lobbies, and politicians would never be able to set their claws into the beautifully written concepts for which the constitution set forth, made the mistake of concluding that like themselves, the future elected leaders of the country would be both statesmen and representatives of the people. This of course was and certainly is not the case. Education is one huge factor in this. Uneducated voting is nothing more than a popularity contest similar to American Idol, where winners are chosen by the producers under the false pretense that the voting public actually elected the winner.

One might rebut and say that we have a democratic republic…

But in truth, the two concepts are way too opposite from each other to be used to describe each other. This is because a majority rule can never represent the minority need (nor the minority of one) as in a true republic like the one described in the constitution.

The Bill Of Rights are God-given. They are not privileges to be suffocated and chiseled away by legalities and statues forced upon the public by weasels in fancy suits, ties and black robes. Government owned corporations were never intended to be the police, the treasury, the municipalities, the army, or the appointed legislators.

But this is what we have become: a democracy. A better title would be an oligarchical corpocracy (fascism) – corporations owned through investment by the government, whom advertise popular candidates like Obama, knowing that once he is elected he will appoint former, current, and future corporation lobbyists, CEO’s, and board members into positions favorable to private government/corporate no-bid contracts, thus ensuring future revenue generation for the government-owned corporations while generating wealth and kickbacks for the corporate representatives that are appointed by the elected official, namely the president of the United States corporation – U.S. Inc.

Thus, when we hear our politicians and media hounds constantly harping about bringing democracy to the rest of the world, what this really means is that United States Incorporated wants to expand its business base internationally – be it oil in Iraq, poppy seeds in Afghanistan, water and mineral rights in South America, or simply the power to use our corporate and United Nations controlled military to destroy a countries infrastructure so that companies like Halliburton can receive billions in taxpayer money to rebuild what U.S. Inc. destroys. All of this in the name of democracy?

Let’s try: all of this in the name of corporate big-business.

And the human element, as we’ve seen in the Middle East, is much like an exterminator killing cockroaches. The only difference is that the pest control industry provides the necessary protective equipment and tools for their exterminators, whilst the military just denies its soldiers medical claims for their wounds and traumas sustained due to a lack of equipment and a general lack of  human emotion and callous disregard for it’s soldiers well being. I have a feeling that if the pest control corporations could get away with this crime, it would stop providing safety equipment for it’s exterminators tomorrow.

The U.S. government is a holding company, a concentration of monetary funds, investments, and the power of allocation of monies, allowing for the corporate employees (politicians being paid by these corporations before, during, and after his or her term is done) to legislate in favor of corporate need and with total disregard of the people they are meant to represent. Why do you think men like Clinton, Bush, and Cheney are now on multiple corporate boards, earning millions of dollars for attending a meeting once or twice a year?

A republic requires 100% of the vote, both in elections and in a jury trial. While a democracy only requires majority rule. This is great, as long as you are in the majority! But can you imagine if the choice to use nuclear weapons was left up to a majority, especially the uneducated and socially manipulated population. How many times have you heard that, regarding the middle-east, “we should just nuke em”? This is why the average people should not be in a position to vote. They do not understand what they are voting for, besides the best sound byte and promises from the prettiest face and fanciest suit. This was the purpose of electing a statesman to represent the people.  The constitutionalists were sure that the state of education would be top notch in their new country… and that the people would never forget the reasons why they set up a republic in the first place, and not a democracy. But as with all things, the people are doomed to repeat their past – thanks to the purposeful corporate degradation of the school system and radio and television.

If our system of government were truly of the form granted by the constitution for the United States of America, this is how the congress and senate voting sessions would go:

1) A bill or amendment would be put forth onto the floor of the legislature.

2) Debate over the quality, constitutionalism, practical application, and future ramifications would then ensue for many days, weeks, or months since every state representative would be needed to justify the passage of this new law. This ideological barrier was purposeful, so that 99% of the laws and statutes that are passed and in effect now could not have been passed. If one independent statesman stood up and voted no, then it would have to be re-written and re-debated until all representatives shared a common desire to see this bill become law.

3) Once all minorities are fully represented and content with the bill, it would then be passed by the house, then the senate. And finally, the president (being a true statesman and not a shill for corporate interests) would have to decide if the bill was indeed constitutional and good for the country. If he did not, he could veto the bill. But this veto is not the final authority, for the representatives of the states could force the bill through despite the executive branches action.

This is what was originally a constitutional set of checks and balances for the republic, where each legislative body must respect and approve the others actions, ensuring total representation for all people. But this is no longer the case. Now, the president (of the corporation) does as he wishes, or more accurately, what he is told to do by his appointed hierarchy and the corporate structure they represent.

Who does the president appoint to these positions of power and regulation?

Well, in March President Obama announced that he was appointing Islam A. Siddiqui as Chief Agricultural Negotiator, Office of the U.S. Trade Representative.

Islam Siddiqui is a pesticide lobbyist and Vice President for Science and Regulatory Affairs at CropLife America, an agribusiness lobbying group that represents Monsanto.

Monsanto is a government controlled corporation, and one that is ruining the organic and wholesome food markets in favor of its genetically modified organisms (GMO) that look the same as corn, soybeans, and other crops. But they are altered clones of real food, with deadly pesticides built into the genetic code of the seeds.

The reason for this purposeful mutation of living organisms? The patenting of life itself.

From the blood in your body, to the foods that you grow, to the animals you raise and eat, to the DNA that you are made up by, companies like Monsanto are allowed to own life by putting a government (corporate) patent on each monstrosity they create, while simultaneously attempting and succeeding in killing and removing from the markets the original life or heirloom seeds that humans have used from the beginning of our time.

By appointing Monsanto and other corporate representatives into the government offices that write the regulatory laws for which these giant corporations operate under, our legislative body has become nothing more than a corporate permission giving body, there to ensure that the anti-trust, health-codes, and other regulations are in fact deregulated for ease of transition into a completely corporately dominated, government owned corpocracy with no representation for the people whatsoever. The laws which govern corporate greed and thievery are being written by the corporations’ lobbyists that they in turn paid millions to get appointed through the election of the president, who would then appoint them.

This type of majority representation of the corporations and not of the people is where we stand now. Our legislature is on a level of coruption unheard of in even the most devilish of oligarchies or communist regimes, with banks running the treasury and economy, pharmacuiticals running healthcare, chemical weapons companies running agriculture, insurance companies running the judicial, private security running the police and military, media companies running the propaganda, and the United Nations running the show. If all the world is indeed the stage, then we are not merely players, but corporate debt slaves.

One last word on what a democracy really is…

The word democracy does not ever appear in the Declaration Of Independence, nor in the constitution.  It also never appears in any of the 50 state constitutions. In short, we are not supposed to be a democracy.

The founding fathers actually did everything they could to keep our new country out of a democracy, knowing that a democracy is just a patriotic word for an oligarchy.

“Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention, have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property, and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.” — James Madison: “Father of the Constitution” from: The Federalist Papers – Essay 10 —

“We are a republican government. Real Liberty is never found in despotism or the extremes of democracy” — Alexander Hamilton

“Democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself.” — Samual Adams

I think that many people, in studying the constitution, overlook the fact that this is true. I think that many people think that the constitution was the inventor of the democracy, and do not understand that Rome was a democracy as it fell. And I do not think that America has much longer to live, if you can call our current despotism, bankruptcy, hunger, pharmaceutical poisoning, homelessness and moral degradation living.

On a final note, here is a list of past democracies, and how long they lasted. Compare these with the United States…

†———————————-†———————————-†

The Tytler Cycle

†———————————-†———————————-†

The Scottish historian Alexander Tytler composed the following theory:

“A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury.

“From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.

“The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations from the beginning of history has been about 200 years. During those 200 years, these nations always progressed through the following sequence:

From bondage to spiritual faith;

From spiritual faith to great courage;

From courage to liberty;

From liberty to abundance;

From abundance to complacency;

From complacency to apathy;

From apathy to dependence;

From dependence back into bondage.”

Consider now that the following empires all lasted just a bit over 200 years:

Assyria (859-612 B.C.): a 247-year reign.
Persia (538-330 B.C.): a 208-year reign.
Greece (331-100 B.C.): a 231-year reign.
The Roman Republic (260-27 B.C.): a 233-year reign.
The Roman Empire (27 B.C.-180 A.D.): a 207-year reign.
The Arab Empire (634-880 A.D.): a 246-year reign.
The Mameluke Empire (1250-1517 A.D.): a 267-year reign.
The Ottoman Empire (1320-1570 A.D.): a 250-year reign.
Spain (1500-1750 A.D.): a 250-year reign.
Romanov Russia (1682-1916 A.D.): a 234-year reign.
Great Britain (1700-1950 A.D.): a 250-year reign.
The United States (1790-2010 A.D.): 220 years and counting.

***List compiled by Chuck Baldwin – Constitutional Party presidential candidate in 2008 that most voters never even knew was on the ballot until election day, due to a media blackout on “alternative” and “third party” candidates.

• Now consider that the United States has been around – since winning it’s war for independence and becoming a nation – for 220 years.

• Or depending on your historical perspective, since 1776 – the unofficial humble beginnings of our country through the Declaration of Independence – for 234 years (Coincidentally, just one more year than the Roman republic-turned-democracy listed above).
