CAFR Confession

A friend and listener to our local AM station took our interview with the mayor of Salt Lake County, where he admits to the county CAFR and over $650 million in extra fund balances. He also included the CAFR pages I read from as reference.

Though I already posted the interview (audio only), I feel like this is the most important public official confession as to the wealth of the government as shown in government’s financial statements.

Please pass this on…

The Water Thieves: Oil Companies And The Droughts They Cause

As media conglomerates portray frightening but false stories of global warming and tell us that we are the overpopulated reason for which the water supply is running at all-time lows in reservoirs, lakes, man-made lakes, rivers, ponds, etc… the unknown reason behind this water depletion needs to see the light of day.

And so, this is a brief explanation of who has been stealing our water, and possibly a partial reason that dams and reservoirs were constructed in the first place…

When an oil or natural gas company or one of its contractors drills for oil or extracts natural gas from the earth, a space (or vacuum) is left underground for which the oil used to fill. An easy way to think about this is to compare this process to a syringe sucking the blood from your body.

Now, if that syringe was big enough it would suck your body completely dry of blood. This would leave your body looking like a shriveled up raisin, because your body cannot recreate the fluids fast enough to keep up with the sucking power of the syringe. Therefore, your body would behave like a milk jug would as you sucked all of the liquid or air (gas) out.

This extraction of air (or liquid) causes a vacuum, and stays that way as long as the seal is not broken. If you were to try and spread out the milk jug to its proper shape, the vacuum (or lack of air) would prevent you from doing so. This is because the air is only dense enough to support the jugs currently collapsed shape, and that inside space must be filled with something (air, gas, liquid) at some pressure to be able to push out and retake its previous shape. Thus, if you pull on one side, the opposite side will collapse further inward.

If you broke the seal formed by your mouth and that of the plastic jug, a sudden burst of air would rush in and the jug would re-inflate itself according to the amount of pressure caused by that air. It would not be enough to reform the plastic jug to its original shape without you actually applying pressure to the inside of that container by resealing your mouth onto the jug and blowing into it.

I know everybody reading this has done this to at least one water bottle at least once in their life!

The only way to un-raisin the body would be to re-inject either the extracted blood… or a replacement liquid. And so, as long as the same amount or mass of a different liquid is replaced with sufficient pressure applied to the syringe, the body will likely go back to normal, though the lifeblood which supports life cannot be replaced with anything but blood. Thus, life will cease to exist. But regardless, as long as the entry hole for the syringe is plugged up and the liquid introduced is not smaller than the microscopic holes of which the container is constructed (in this case veins and the skin), the liquid will stay in the body. Think embalming…

Of course, the body, once decomposition begins, will eventually weaken to the point where the liquid inside (in a vacuum) breaks its container due to deterioration and leaks, soaks into something else, or evaporates. Wear and tear…

What’s my point?

Likewise, the oil reserves which run under ground beneath the entirety of the United States, are very similar to the above described human body full of blood. Most important to understand, is that these oil reserves are not individual bodies of oil, but rather, one continental mass of black crude and natural gas.

You see, there is a literal ocean of oil and natural gas right underneath our feet, flowing like blood throughout the continent and beyond. This is called the Hugoton Panhandle Natural Gas Reserve -or- H-P Reserve for short.

The oil and gas in the H-P Reserve runs all the way from the northern tip of Canada, to the southern most tip of Mexico, and from ten miles west into our Pacific Ocean from California, Oregon, Washington and Alaska, and all the way across the continental United States, Canada, and Mexico to about ten miles or so east of our land, into our Atlantic Ocean.

In other words, The United States, Canada, and Mexico are virtually floating on a body of interconnected, pools and veins of oil!

This means that, just as when a doctor takes a syringe full of blood from your body (your arm is just a part of your body with blood flowing into it from the whole), when an oil or gas company taps into this reserve at one spot on the continent, they are literally taking oil or gas from a totally encompassing collective pool by tapping a single vein from the whole of this ocean of oil: the H-P Reserve.

So, the entire North American continent is perched directly over the H-P Reserve.

And within it’s tectonic structure, the continent of North America also includes the Gulf of Mexico. This is to say that the same oil that is located 35,000 feet below the oceans surface for which British Petroleum (BP) decided against all warnings and better judgment to drill more that 30,000 feet below the ocean bottom could have been sucked out of the Earth at just about any location in North America. In some areas in the United States, that oil is a mere 50 feet below the dry land surface.

Perhaps the most frightening aspect of this current BP oil leak, is that this is not just an oil leak. Noxious, poisonous gasses like Benzine are being spewed from now multiple fissures in the bedrock of the oceans floor.

So what does this all mean?

Energy and natural gas companies own or have governmental rights to well over 80 million acres of the most oil and gas rich land in the United States, and the world. In short – deep ocean drilling is not in any way necessary.

As for natural gas, the process by which these corporations extract the natural gas from these underground caverns and veins is to pump mass amounts of water (from our rivers and drinking water reservoirs that we are taxed for) into these chambers. This water pushes the natural gas through the chambers until it reaches an extraction point that pumps it out into the natural gas pipelines, which carry it to the energy company’s processing plants. This wasting of one vital precious resource to extract another less urgent natural resource has been going on for more than 100 years.

Of course, this extraction point is only viable as long as the “replacement water” hasn’t filled up or made the gas pressure un-extractable in the caverns holding the pressurized natural gas. Once this happens, these giant energy companies abandon the extraction point and move on to another where the gas pressure is more dense and extractable by the same replacement water system.

And the reservoirs and rivers continue to see record low levels. And water rationing takes place amongst the unknowing people of American towns and cities. And farms are denied water in lieu of more profitable energy companies. And the bread basket that was America slowly rots…

Eventually, the replacement water seeps through the porous shale soil and rock that is dense enough only to hold the oil at bay, and gravity pulls this water down into the earth and sometimes into the river-like aquifers that flow beneath the H-P Reserve. And the energy companies know that eventually the vacuum that is left over from that water slowly being drained from the encompassing and interconnected reserve’s tunnel system will pump more natural gas from other parts of the whole of the H-P Reserve. And eventually that tunnel system will have enough gas reintroduced into it that the same energy company will come back and start the whole process over again, extracting the gas with even more “replacement water”, depleting the gas, and abandoning the sight yet again until the water seeps into the earth once again and the vacuum pulls even more gas into the chambers and the process is repeated again and again and again.

But who is replacing the water? Who is watching over the rivers and reservoirs?

Answer: the same government that has financial and controlling stock investments in these energy and oil companies! The same government that gives these oil and gas companies no-bid contracts to steal and destroy our water supply. The same government that is passing legislation as we speak to tax your carbon emissions and force you to ration your water use and not water your garden. The corporation that is United States Inc.

There is just one small problem…

There is only a finite amount of gas produced in these H-P Reserve tunnels. But the vacuum must still be re-filled with something, right?

As the vacuum that is created gets more intense as more and more gas and replacement water gets sucked out of the reserve tunnels, something must fill in the space, just as the milk jug caves in on its opposite side as you pull it without a reintroduction of air, gas, or liquid.

So what is smaller on a molecular level than gas? How about oxygen? And so we have air being forced into these caverns to relieve the pressure caused by the vacuum created by the energy companies, mostly through the very vent pipes that they drilled in the first place.

Now, for all of you couch chemists out there… what happens when you mix gas and oxygen?

That’s right, it becomes explosive!

I wont say that I can comprehend what would happen in the case of a spark that ignited anywhere in this underground system of interconnected tunnels and caverns… but I must say that it sounds like the whole of America is sitting on top of a ticking time-bomb that, once ignited, might just make Hiroshima look like a campfire.

For a full overview of the above material, though a bit prophetic, please visit the following websites:

http://www.theamericannightmare.org/170-x_THE_GREAT_ABYSS.html

http://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/archive.cgi?noframes;read=144834

Water is a precious commodity, finite and life-giving. Can we really sit back and allow these corporations (including our own government) to suck our life force dry?

I don’t know what to do about this, but I do know that knowledge and education is the key.

Now that you know about the water thieves, what will you do about it?

Is Slavery Legal In America?

While one might be shocked at the presentation of such a question about such a historically controversial subject, one might also not be worse off to simply read their Constitution of the United States…

Let’s have a look at the 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States:

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

So, let’s break this down and comprehend what this really means:

The phrase “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted…” simply translates to –

“Slavery and involuntary servitude are illegal unless the court system (the state) makes it legal by conviction (court order).

In other words…

“The state has the authority to enslave you simply by convicting you of a crime and sending you to private prison or requiring community service through state approved agencies.”

Now we must understand that slavery in the United States was not legal or illegal until individual states made it so. Instead, it was just an accepted practice of common law brought over to the United States by the English settlers who were already accustomed to owning slaves. While southern states continued with their tolerance of the ownership of people (of any race or color) either through slavery or by indentured servitude (involuntary servitude), one by one the Northern states individually outlawed the practice, though this was not necessarily done by altruistic means as much as political ones.

It is very important to understand the concept of freedom in this case. The colonists that inhabited the states as individual citizens had the freedom (the right) to own slaves and to indenture others for payment of debt. This was a right.

It is also very important to understand that this right, as with all rights, was taken away from the individual people both when individual states outlawed the practice and when the Thirteenth Amendment was amended to the Constitution. Thus, the right to own slaves was turned into a privilege, and immediately revoked.

Remember, a right is God-given. It is not something that can be legislated. It is freedom without oppression. Breathing is a right.

Also remember that a privilege is not a right. A privilege is not a freedom. A privilege is a state sanctioned action, only allowable by state decree or with permission through license or legal statute. Driving is a privilege, revocable at any time by the state.

The question here is not one of moral compass or civil right, but one of individual rights compared to state authority. This is a story of the state taking rights away from individual citizens, and creating a monopoly on slavery through it’s system of laws, as stated in section 2:

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

It doesn’t matter what your personal opinion on the slavery issue is, it only matters that you understand that the state is now the slave owner instead of the individual citizen.

Now, let’s examine the prison state that is America…

  • The United States population accounts for approximately 5% of the world’s population.
  • Yet, the United States holds 25% of the worlds prisoners in its prisons.
  • That makes the good old U.S.A the #1 prison nation in the world!
  • But, you see, that also makes the U.S.A. the #1 legal slave owner in the world…

Do you remember when then Vice President Dick Cheney was indited along with Alberto Gonzalez for conflicts of interest in investing 85 million in private prisons? I guess you can’t indict a slave trader if he is operating within the permissions and full support of the United States government:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQEMPdIxZcY

Another great video from 2008 about the private prison business…

PBS special report: Prisons For Profit – http://www.pbs.org/now/shows/419/video.html

Look, the politicians, courts, attorneys, lawyers, judges, and anyone else involved in this legalized human trafficking and slavery are not acting in the best interest of the people. They are simply compartmentalized cronies each contributing to a shameful slave and private prison business.

And the court system is set up to ensure a constant influx of new slaves…

What is even more disheartening is the fact that the majority of people subjected to this legalized slavery are not guilty of breaking the law, meaning they have done harm to others or their property. No, these state inducted slaves were guilty of “victimless crimes”, meaning that no one or their property was hurt. This means that the state is the “victim”. This means that a code, limit, statute, or other nonsensical legality (not law) was broken. This means that the government has set up a system in which it imprisons and enslaves good and innocent people for breaking its own outrageous rules. This means that for running a red light, you could become a slave too. This means that for holding up a sign in protest, you could become an involuntary servant to the government.

Private prisons do pay their prisoners (slaves) for their work, to the tune of .30 – .60 cents per hour. This is a loophole to make the private prison business the cheapest labor in America.

Now, to put this all into perspective, I would refer you to a previous post about the legalization of drugs, specifically marijuana. (https://realitybloger.wordpress.com/2010/01/31/marijuana-to-legalize-or-to-not-legalize-that-is-the-question/)

Metaphorically speaking, the legal slave trade in America works in much the same way that legalization of drugs works… where as before “pot” was just a weed that grew wherever, neither legal or illegal – but now it’s an illegal drug except by government approved prescription and sanction (legal). In other words, I can obtain it with government license (state permission).

Likewise, slavery was neither legal or illegal, it just was, until individual states outlawed it. Then this “amendment” came along and made it “illegal without permission” for all states, just like pot. All you have to do is run a state approved prison (pot pharmacy) and only conduct this slavery within its walls (pot clinic/pharmacy/store) to make it legal slavery (medical marijuana). The concept to comprehend here is God’s law or common law – meaning most prisoners did not break this law, which states “do not do harm to others or their property”. Instead, they have committed “victimless” crimes (the STATE is the victim – like running a stop sign) which makes them eligible for slavery in private prisons per the 13th Amendment (and some of those prisoner/slaves are only guilty of smoking a joint).

Marijuana is illegal without a (state approved) doctors prescription, making it legal for state approved persons by state approved distributors.

Slavery is illegal without a judges (the STATE’S) prescription (permission), making it legal for state approved institutions to have slaves which are state approved (condemned) individuals.

I don’t know how I can make this any clearer!

This system of outsourcing prisoners to privately held corporate prisons, only induces “the state” to produce more victimless (innocent) state appointed criminals in order to produce more prisoners (slaves) for the state sanctioned legal slave trade that our government has the monopoly on through its 13th Amendment to the constitution.

And one last thing… community service is not for the benefit of the community. It is the temporary indenturing of code violators who haven’t harmed anyone but the state. The only “community service” you are allowed to participate in are state sanctioned organizations or corporations which serve the state or are non-profit in name only, receiving large sums of contracted money for your service. This is not constitutional or lawful. It is slavery hidden behind a corrupt charitable FOR PROFIT company who uses your state approved enslavement as positive public relations in a public-private-partnership (ppp) with the government.

The 13th Amendment is unconstitutional. It must be abolished, as must legalized state sanctioned slavery.

Please pass this on , for if we do not liberate our brothers and sisters out of this legal slave trade now, we may soon find that the only job choices left in America are prison guards or involuntary servants.

.

UPDATE: It’s amazing how good people pass things around and other good people fighting the good fight turn up in your reality. This is an organization who is fighting against the private prison business, and a video I highly recomend:

Conspiracy 101 – A Breakdown of Reality

Since nothing in the American culture of politics, religion, and society is what it appears to be on the surface, I’d like to just cover a basic truth for each paradigm we “believe” in…

1) The Constitution – There is no constitution. The United States was declared insolvent and bankrupt in 1933 by President Roosevelt, and it then became a communist state. (http://www.apfn.net/DOC-100_bankruptcy.htm). Besides,  the only “people” that were ever bound by the constitution for the united states of America, were the ones who wrote and signed it, and they’ve been dead for 200 years. Any contract must be entered into willingly and signed, sealed, delivered, witnessed, or acknowledged by you in order for you to be bound by it. Therefore, the constitution is null and void for all of us. While our politicians do take the constitutional oath to keep up appearances, Article 1, Section 6 of the U.S. constitution states:

“They (politicians) shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.”

This means that they cannot be held accountable for anything they do that is “unconstitutional”. Therefore, the oath of office is a contradiction to the protections afforded by the constitution itself. And who decides what is supposedly unconstitutional? The judicial branch of the so-called “government”. So… “government” decides what “government” can and cannot do “constitutionally”. If the irony of this is lost on you, then quit reading now… The most simple way to comprehend this, is that the constitution guaranteed a republic form of government. However, we are in a democracy – a system vehemently opposed by all of the writers of this so-called constitution, and a system that is a communist platform (democracy, socialism, fascism, etc…). Therefore, the very democratic “government”, or rule by majority, that we all live under is already inherently unconstitutional. Therefore, we do not live under constitutional rule. Democracy is a communist ideal… period.

2) Government – There is no government, because there is no country. We have private corporations, not representative governments. This is easy enough to prove, simply by looking at the Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports of all “government” bodies (corporations) in the “United States”. All for-profit corporations must file this report, as it is the law to do so. These are public domain, and hidden in plain sight. We have representatives of the “government” – some voted for, some not – from the president on down to local representatives. But, what is the actual “government”. If you can answer that, let me know. For it is not a tangible thing. It does not have any physical attributes that you can point to and say: “That is the government”. The closest thing to a “government” we have, are banks – since government is just transfer of wealth by government agents like the IRS by force. Your money or your life… or at least your property and your freedom.

3) Law – God’s law in natural law states that you shall do no harm to others, or their property. This is basic common law, and the only true law that really applies to us. An eye for an eye applies here… But over time, a bunch of lawyers and attorneys have come up with a bunch of unintelligible, barely comprehensible word phrases stating your inability to be free. Again, as there is no contract that you signed stating that you except and are therefore bound by these laws, you are not accountable for following these laws. A law can not be constitutional, since the constitution does not apply to our country or ourselves, accept in some idealistic, unrealistic theory. As long as you are duped into believing that your rights are granted to you by the constitution, you will follow even the most tyrannical, socialistic, communist, and draconian laws that are passed under the guise of constitutionality and false-liberty. A law is an intangible thing… Laws and the authority of their enforcers can only exist if the common people can be trained like dogs to follow them, forgetting their own natural-born, God-given authority to live free on this land without tyranny and oppression.

4) Borders – When you cross over into another state, do you somehow feel different? Does a little bell go off in your head on a trans-continental flight every time you fly into the official airspace of each state? When an “illegal” person of Hispanic decent crosses the Mohave Desert and over the U.S./Mexico “border”, are they any less hungry or thirsty as they step over the pretend invisible line? Are they any less Mexican? Borders are invisible lines – again not tangible things – which begs the question of jurisdiction… what actually stops the powers of the “government”? An invisible line? Each state is a separate corporation, controlled by the main corporation: U.S. Inc. And, when one researches who owns U.S. Inc, one finds that the United States never really separated from Great Britain, whom never really separated from the Vatican. So, the true jurisdiction of our “government” comes from a child molester in a big castle called the Vatican, which is not part of Italy, but rather a separate corporate state within the Italian “country”. There are no borders, only psychological fear and oppressive punishments for the crossing of imaginary lines by your “government” and its “code-enforcers”. Borders are ideological pretenses that mean nothing if you do not recognize their power, which is bestowed by the “government”, which of course also only has power if you give up your own. There are no tangible borders, because there are no “countries”, because there are no “governments”, because there is no “law” but what you participate in. Participation is paramount to communist control and domination. Without it, there is nothing but you and your own boundaries (borders).

5) Washington D.C. is the capital of the United States – The District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) is a separate entity from the United States. It is not a state – meaning it is not one of or part of the United States. It is not a commonwealth of the U.S. It is not a city, town, county, or island. It is however, a country! But remember, a country is simply a corporation. The ten-mile stretch of land that holds our federal government, is not under the jurisdiction of anything except itself. It is untouchable by us. We have no rights there, and we have no power to do anything to stop this corporation from doing its business – control of us. States are just sub-corporations under the Federal corporation of Washington D.C.

6) Terrorism – Blind acceptance of the myth that terrorism equates to individual persons or extremist “groups” killing and blowing up things for their personal gain is how terrorism has been sold to the American public. But I challenge you to find one person or group who has benefited from these terrorist incidents and attacks. Traditionally and historically, terrorism has been used by governments to persuade their citizens to act according to rule of law or to enter said “country” into war for profit. The act of terrorism is indeed a government tool for control. If you need proof of this fact, one must only inquire as to who profits from these acts of terror?

Osama bin Laden? He lost everything, and gained nothing… even losing all of the support of his people.

Saddam Husein? He lost his country, his wealth, and his life!

The Taliban? They are constantly hunted down, beaten, imprisoned, and killed like animals and are now cast as the scourge of the world.

But when one does look at who profits from terrorism, one finds massive profits in our corporate “government” and its corporate partners like Halliburton. We find the complete takeover of other countries, declared as the spread of “democracy”. Translated, this means the spread of corporate fascism – the takeover of all land by the main corporation, while destroying the infrastructure of that land in order to force monetary loans and debt in order to rebuild that infrastructure. Of course, since these “countries” can never pay back the “loans” provided by the charitable corporate “government” (banks), the terrorized “country” is forced through this clandestine terrorism to give up all mineral, water, and other resource rights to the corporation who conquered it through its spread of “democracy”. Incidentally, when one researches who it is that is bombing, killing, threatening, and destroying things all over the world, one always inevitably finds a connection to the CIA and/or the Mossad, though I’m not sure there is really a difference. From the shoe-bomber to the school-shooters to the suicide bombers (who bomb their own peoples schools and hospitals??? – Figure that one out!) to the 9/11 hijackers (many of which are still alive and asking why they are being blaming), there is always a CIA/MOSSAD connection. Even Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden (CIA name: Tim Osman) were involved with the CIA. There are no terrorists but our own “government agents”. Heck, where do you think they get all of their weapons???

7) War – The “United States” has not officially declared “war” since World War II. Therefore, all of the more than 50 “countries” that we have attacked, conquered, occupied, assassinated the leaders of, destroyed the infrastructure of, killed the people of, destroyed the pride of, and committed war crimes and human rights atrocities which are unparalleled in our history, were terrorized by us. These should be interpreted as nothing more than the corporate takeover of every world economy. War is something completely different, being a declaration that falls within the laws that govern such wars. War crimes, Geneva Conventions, and other protective vehicles for civilians do not apply in an undeclared war. We are the terrorists.

8) Voting – An educated voter is non-existent. Even the most educated of the voting public can not possibly “know” anything about the candidates for which they vote, besides by their portrayal in the propagandist media. Therefore all voters are technically uneducated. If that weren’t bad enough, we have been tricked into voting on machines – machines which have been proven over and over again to be fixable. In other words, at least 80% of the public votes on machines that can be easily manipulated to change their votes to a desired result. Elections are show business. They no more represent the will of the people than they do the integrity of the “government”. Elections can best be described as the hiring of non-representative corporate figureheads through carefully manipulated public opinion. The only vote that counts is no vote at all. Participation is the only action that lends credence to this false system of “government”. And when more than half of the entire country’s populace doesn’t even show up to vote in the first place, the legitimacy of these “politicians” to rule by majority vote is completely unfounded. There is no legitimate government…

9) America is a free country – This opinion has been propagated upon America’s population since day 1. So let’s discuss briefly what we as citizens are free to do: I can drive, but only with a license and mandatory insurance. I can buy and sell items, but only if I pay a tax and have a seller’s license. I can fly on a plane, but only after military style search and seizure and a complete background check with two forms of ID. I can get a job, but only if I am a member of the Social Security club and pay state, federal, and local taxes on my wages, as well as mandatory insurance. I can listen to the radio or watch TV, but someone is always there to decide what is proper for me to hear – editing out words and scenes, and sometimes even banishing my favorite speakers and shows from available viewership. I can own a gun, but only if I register it and let the police decide if I qualify for one based on my personal and criminal history. I can live in an apartment or house, but I must keep that house and its land up to local and state code, otherwise code enforcement (corporate private police) will be knocking on my door and handing me a citation. I can hold up a sign declaring my disdain for all of these rules, regulations, and the people who force them upon me, but only if I have a permit and do so in a free-speech zone. You do not live in a free country.

None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free” — Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

10) Police are there to protect and serve – Police are there to enforce code. They are there to assign taxes, in the form of citations and tickets. They are there to command a sense of authority and the illusion of control. They are not there for the benefit of the people, though sometimes they coincidentally protect or serve some fortunate people, usually the wealthier ones. They are the corporate enforcers of legalities, statutes, codes, signage, rules, regulations, etc… Many police forces are in fact private corporate entities. Parking police aren’t police at all. They take no oath, and they are not schooled in standard police training. They are barely required to have a high school education, and may just hav a G.E.D. instead. Many are hired by private corporations who only hire minorities. The parking enforcement in Los Angeles, for instance, is part of a corporation based in New York City, which is paid for by taxpayer dollars to write tickets and tow as many vehicles as possible to make a profit. They have been caught many times removing temporary permits and handicap placards after breaking into vehicles, in order to ticket and tow. They have a quota. And the regular police do not have authority over these private corporate enforcement companies acting as police. Protection is purchased from private security, not bestowed by public police officers. Service is not in the law enforcement handbook.

11) Only a fool represents himself in court – When you hire an attorney or one gets appointed for you by the court, you are in fact admitting to the court that you are incompetent to represent yourself , and mentally unstable to the point that you must become a ward of the court (of the state), giving up all of your rights. Attorney’s, like police, are there to ensure that code is followed, and to object to anything the court does that might entitle his client to sue the court (the state). A monetary value must always accompany any judgement, and the attorney ensures compliance with legal procedure. He does not represent you, but instead represents the court. A BAR’d attorney has taken an oath to uphold the legal requirements of the judicial system. What you must understand is that the BAR stands for “BRITISH ACCREDITED REGISTRY”. This association is housed in London England, or more properly, the small area in London that is not part of England, but rather like Washington D.C. in the fact that it is its own country – a corporate “state” controlling our own.

12) Churches are independent, non-profit, charitable organizations – Catholic, Mormon, Methodist, Jewish, Islamic, and all other organized religions have one corporate structure of which all individual churches are sub corporations (501-3c). The main church is a for-profit corporation. Each individual church is a non-profit sub-corporation of the main corporate entity. They are not independent. They must pay their share of money to be a part of this corporate structure. Charity is often not what it appears. Welfare is a form of domination and control. And religions, as for-profit corporations, are free to contribute to and influence politics, politicians, and government just as all other for-profit corporations are allowed to do. After all, according to the Supreme court: Corporations are people too!

13) You have rights – No, you have privileges granted by the state. Of course, you have natural God-given rights, but only if you know how to exercise them through sovereignty and natural law. Since the constitution does not apply to you, you cannot invoke this document as a source of your “rights”. You did not sign it. It is not a binding contract, even for the agreeable parts. Your privilages are granted by the “state” even though technically there is no state, only a corporation that exists solely because you let it control you and your life, liberty, and freedom.

14) You own your house or property – Actually, if you look at your deed or title, you are listed plainly as a “tenant”. Your land and by default the structure built upon it (your house) is the property of the “state”, or more accurately the bank. No matter how long you live in your house, you will be forced to pay property tax. This is not necessarily a tax as much as it is rent to the “government”. If you believe me to be in error about this fact, I would invite you to stop paying your rent (property tax). Your home and property will be confiscated. Consider this protection money… protection from corporate takeover. And if this is not enough to convince you, one only need consider the law and practice of eminent domain. This confiscation tool can be used to take your property at any time and for any reason. No exceptions there, except in cases of elodial title or land patent. Sure, they pay you what “they” set as fair-market value… but you must also consider that “they” are the ones creating the money supply and therefore the “market”.

15) 9/11 was an inside job – This is the popular cry of the 9/11 truth movement, of which I am happily a part of. But this is not a true statement. All roads lead to Israel and it’s CIA counterpart, the Mossad. That would make it an outside job. Of course, Israel is supported by billions of dollars of taxpayer money, and would not exist without U.S. backing. But, to say “inside job” doesn’t make clear that the people in our “government” who were involved with the events of 9/11 are Zionist and/or dual Israeli citizens, or very supportive and uber-friendly with the “state” of Israel. In other words, many in the Bush cabinet were in fact Jewish Zionist and duel-Israeli citizens. But also, to bring home that this event was not an “inside job”, our federal government is an outside entity (corporation), as discussed above, and not housed within the United States proper. Remember, Washington D.C. is not part of the United States. It is a foreign corporate entity. Therefore, any federally employed persons involved with 9/11 were operating outside of the “United States” – or the 50 unified states. So to call it an inside job is inaccurate, as this implies that our “government” is an inside entity and part of our “states united”.

16) Pro-choice means pro-abortion – Choice is a fundamental quality of freedom. Abortion however, is not. When someone is pro-choice, they are not necessarily pro-abortion. They are what the name implies… “for” the individuals right to choose, which should never be taken away. They are declaring freedom of “choice”, and are not declaring that abortion is in any way good or acceptable. No subject is cut and dry, and abortion cannot be classified into one of two group views. Choice is pro-choice, not pro-abortion. Education is key.

17) There is a difference between the Democratic and Republican parties – “The left-right paradigm” is a phrase coined by Alex Jones. It represents a state of belief in the two-party system. It means that which ever “side” you choose, you inherently and by default vilify the other side. It means that one is good and one is bad. All the while, party members and supporters never comprehend that there is no difference between the two parties standard platforms, excepting their “public” views on abortion. But even on abortion, the efforts by both parties to depopulate the world is clear, with forced abortion mandates in Africa, one-child policies in Asia, and others. These policies are corporate. They are instituted by the corporation, which dominates these poor countries. And the corporation includes democrats and republicans. You see, it doesn’t matter what you believe as a democrat or a republican, it only matters what the men and women who are the elected and unelected officials in these parties believe. They are corporate officers. They have no regard for what you believe is right or wrong.

It all boils down to this: If the democrats are in power – as they are now – they were put there because the public opinion of republicans was guided by the media to make you vote democratic this time around, not realizing that they are simply the same people playing good-cop/bad-cop roles in a publicly broadcast, fake dramatic sitcom. Now, after 8 years of horrific republican rule under the Bush regime, we will get 4-8 years of even worse tyrannical rule by the Obama ragime. And, once the media works its magic, we will once again vote republican. But, the same players (or actors) that were in previous administrations are again in power. Because what you have to realize is that by electing a single man for president, you are really “electing” all of the unelected officials that the “elected” president “hires” once he is elected. Therefore, we have tens and hundreds of “APPOINTED” officials ruling over us, and even ruling over our other congressional and senatorial elected officials. This is not a representative government… for you must be chosen to represent the people in order to hold the title of a “representative of the people”. And so as long as the republican party is there to catch the democratic party when it falls, and as long as the democratic party is then there in the future to catch the republican party when it falls, we will always have the same two party’s in office (which are just one party role-playing like professional wrestlers as good and evil – depending on what your perspective of good and evil is). It is a slight of hand trick that will continue to ensure the right-left paradigm stays in power by manipulating the perseptions of the voting public.

So one could put forth here that your vote doesn’t really count, unless you use it to vote out the two-party system by voting for a third party. But the media has manipulated you into thinking that voting for anybody but a democrat or republican is foolhardy. This is the paradigm we must all break out of if we are to ever be a free society.

18) Charities and foundations are grass-roots organizations run by good caring people – The Cancer Society was founded by none other than John D. Rockefeller. The US President only earns $400K ($200K as recently as Pres. Clinton) while the C.E.O. of the Red Cross earns approximately $565K, even though this person has “done little work in the primary mission of the Red Cross: disaster relief” and “will face a steep learning curve”.

Foundations, Charities, Associations, and Organizations are Corporations! Though billed as non-profits, the amount of money brought in by these foundations is staggering. When corporations donate to such things as Red Cross Haiti relief, they are not donating to the people of Haiti, but rather to the corporation of the Red Cross. In return, these corporations get no-bid contracts from foundations like the Red Cross. The board of directors for the Red Cross are the who’s who of agri-business, construction, contracting, banking, infrastructure, and other for-profit corporations. And while the Red Cross is indeed a non-profit, it gives this money away to it’s board of director’s companies, as well as paying them a ridiculous salary. So the majority of the money that you donate to these “charities” never reaches the people you believe it will help.

19) The nightly news is comprised of independant jounalism you can trust – When a news story is produced, it is writen in a way so as to be usable in all markets. It is then sent to each affiliate news station across the country, to be recorded by the local newscaster as if it was their own story. Meanwhile, on every other news station across America, the same story is being screened by different newscasters reading the same thing verbatim – but attaching thier name to the end of the story. This is media. It is entertainment. It is hypnotic. But it is not truth. It is a set of meticulously researched standards and practices employed to mentally labotomize you from discovering the true nature of your world and your “government”.

The Government Casino

I used to deal blackjack in South Lake Tahoe. It was a good job – good benefits, really good tips, and I got to live in the beautiful and clean mountains of Tahoe. But as with everything else in life, once the initial excitement of a new job is absorbed, and the realization of the reality of what it is you are actually doing in your job and how it either benefits or harms the people who are your customers, the whole thing falls apart.

I learned many things in that job… not the least of which was the application of statistics and the law of averages and odds to take advantage of the average person who likes to gamble (sheep without a clue). And unfortunately, I learned that most businesses out there that deal with the making of money by usury, gambling, and investments are indeed a cancer on humanity, and are slowly destroying the fabric of our freedom and replacing it with destitution and debt.

On that note… I’d like to compare our corporate government and the stock markets to a casino, and see if there is any distinguishable difference between the two…

I’d like to mention this one thing before I start, since I think it is relevant to this comparison. The feeling I used to get when i walked into a casino and layed my money on the table – the anxiety of risk mixed with the illogical emotional orgasm at the prospects of winning a fortune  – was the same feeling I used to get when I would buy shares in a stock from a company that really, in hind sight, I knew nothing about. Gambling is gambling, whether you call it investing or insist is is just a game.

First of all, as we enter into the casino, we have to exchange our money for chips. Similar to buying a piece of paper (called a stock certificate) representing the purchasing of a stock, the casino sells chips in exchange for your hard earned cash, and without hesitation I might add, considering the prospects of you actually building wealth from those chips. So in essence, the casino sells you a worthless clay or plastic chip that represents the value of the money you exchanged for it, knowing that the only place you can spend that chip (in-house money) is in their casino. As with a stock certificate, the chip is simply a tool used for gambling – a talisman which mimics wealth but is actually worthless paper, clay, or plastic that can be traded and bet for other similar but worthless talismans.

The only way that chip has any value is if you cash it back in for its monetary equivalent. The same goes for a stock certificate. If a stock goes down in value, or your chips become less than what you started with, your losses are only realized when you actually cash these objects in for their current value. So, the only way you lose money on your gambling (investment) is to cash in your talisman after it has lost value. Of course no one wants to do that, and so most of us will hold on to the chips or papers that represent our money, and watch it slowly dwindle due to forces that are mostly outside of our control, or from an addiction to this obsurd excitement we get from the thought of our luck turning around and still reaping huge rewards.

But if that casino goes out of business or declares bankruptcy, and you are still holding that chip or piece of paper, the casino or company that these talismans represent have no obligation to pay you the value on their face. In this way, their value is best defined as “conditionally” worthless – the condition being that you aren’t educated or knowledgeable enough about how the casino or the company and the market it trades through works to know when the right time to trade them back in will be.

And we must remember that when we loose a chip to a hot dealer or we lose a dollar on a bad stock pick, that dollar doesn’t just get lost and disappear off of the market and out of the monetary system, and instead it goes into someone elese’s account. The stock gets lower in value, and someone behind the scenes gets richer. One dollar lost by you is another dollar gained by someone else. And by someone else I generally mean the government, it’s investment owned corporations, and the wealthy elite – who became wealthy by manipulating the markets into making you lose your wealth in thier shell game they call “the stock market”.

Now, the casino goes out of its way to entertain, wine, and dine you so that you will come back for more. It makes sure that there are no clocks or windows for you to see outside, so that the comprehension of time and of day and night are virtually non-existent. It places flashy lights, clever advertising, winning bells, and half naked cocktail waitresses all around you to add to your distraction. It pumps specific mood altering vibrational sound and music at low levels to keep you docile and in a trance-like state for the duration of your stay. And it has complete control over the odds, knowing that it will always come out financially ahead over most of its gamblers in the long run.

Does this sound like the government and the stock market to you? Let’s see…

The government owned television networks keep you entertained and give you reality shows and “to-be-continued” sitcoms so that you will continuously come back for more. The television holds you in a trance-like flash induced state as it pumps specific mood enhancing and mind-altering programing and sound into your living room. It bombards you with flashing lights and advertising. The news and financial “entertainment” shows give you false information about stocks and what is a good investment, similar to the mth propegated by casinos about your odds of winning against them. Billboards, radio, and other media outlets purposefully expose you to more than 3000 distracting advertisements a day, wherever you go. Sex is the weapon of choice in this advertising, and you are sold purely nonsexual products like milk and coffee by beautiful and scantily clad male and female models and Hollywood stars. And the very products and services that are being sold to you, completely distract you from what is really happening…

What is happening?

You are trading in your money for worthless stuff you don’t need and gambling the rest of your money away investing in the stocks that the government and its investment owned corporations have complete control over (the odds are fixed!). The market is manipulated on a constant basis, completely controlled by the people in power. Think of it this way… if all Fortune 500 companies are collectively owned through government investments by the over 174,000 individual governments around the United States (collectively as one conglomerate individual government body – The U.S. government corporation) then it is natural and logical to assume that the value of these corporations on the open market are also in the control of the government who owns and reinvests in their majority shares as well as the monetary system that they thrive in. The price of Haliburton stock, for instance, goes up when the government “invests” in the destruction of the once beautiful country of Iraq. Nation building and re-building is huge business. And market shares soar when that corporations services are sudenly needed to rebuild the nation that our corporate government decides to destroy, and awards outragous no bid contracts to its own investment-owned company.

Translation: nothing happens randomly in the stock market, and corporations rise and fall (and are repurchased for pennies and conglomerated) at the whim of our corporate government!

OK, back to the casino…

The games that are provided for us to play in the casinos are specifically invented to assure that the odds are always in the favor of the house (the casino). The illusion and legends of being able to beat the casino are propagated to the extreme to the general public, while the men who have lost small fortunes – and in the process their businesses, homes, families, and lives – go unmentioned. (And yes, I saw small fortunes go through my hands as a dealer, enough to feed a small country. And I couldn’t believe it when cutomers were still in the same seat 24 hours later with a slumped over, dazed, exhausted look on thier faces… and yet still the glimmer of hope in thier eyes.)

And as soon as the money dries up, the casino perks, free rooms, food, and entertainment dry up as well.

Comparatively, once the sheep-like American investors lose thier savings and investment wealth in the stock market, thier perks dry up as well. Many end up homeless on the street, broke and hungary, while the money they lost is reinvested back into the governments crime syndiccate called the UNITED STATES.

What are the chances of winning at blackjack?

The “odds” that everyone seems to cling to as they sit on the losing side of the table go something like this: the house has a slight advantage (about 54% chance of winning). But these odds are in reality based on a computer model simulating randomly generated blackjack hands, where a computer player and a computer dealer play the same way by a specific set of rules in a perfect uninterupted simulation for millions of hands. Strangely, these are the odds by which most players play the game. But these odds change dramatically when other variables are included into the equation. For instance, new players don’t know the rules, and therefore will play differently than the computer model and the experienced gamblers. This of course changes the odds, as more or less cards are played in each individual hand. Interestingly, the new players often win on thier first blackjack session, simply because they don’t follow a specific set of rules. They think about thier options, and make amatur but somewhat educated guesses. And when they don’t follow the advice of the other players, they often come out ahead. Amusingly, this is refered to as beginers luck!

As for the “experienced” players, they quite easily fit into Einstein’s definition of insanity, which states:

“Insanity = doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

And the look of frustration and anger on thier faces as they blame the dealer and the new player at the table is a good indication that this is a true description. Loosing is never the gambler’s fault, just as alcoholics and smokers could quit… if they thought they had a problem, and if they wanted to!

But the actual “odds” at wining at blackjack are all over the spectrem of opinion and hope. And the word winning must also be defined here. The odds at “winning” one hand are different than winning five hands, which are different than winning ten. The average player plays tens or hundreds of hands in a single trip, and thousands of hands in his lifetime. So winning on one gambling trip doesn’t mean that person is ahead on their life totals. But I guarentee that the last remodel or expansion on your favorite casino was instituted with part of yours and others total losses!

According to Ion Saliu’s Paradox: random generation does not generate all possible combination’s, as the odds that a hand will repeat before all possible hands are dealt are a sure thing. So, to consider the odds, random generation is not an accurate source. If there are 334,490,044 total possible complete hands in blackjack, and we randomly generate 334,490,044 hands, the statistics show that approximately 63% will be unique and 37% will be repeats. (http://saliu.com/blackjack.html)

And the point is… if you can show me a person (besides Rain Man) who can sit down and play that many hands, with no outside influences, with no burned cards, with no change of dealers or bathroom breaks, with no dealer mistakes, and with no sleep… then I will except the odds you come up with.

In other words, whenever you hear someone quote the odds and tell you the right way to play blackjack, they are talking out of their butt – which is where you should tell them to stick their advice! Likewise, if you take advice from a stock broker (who makes money from your wins and your losses regardless) or from the government (who’s investment owned corporations are on the other side of your trade, and who wins your losses) you are a fool, and are playing into the trap of legalized embezzlement through stock market gambling.

In much the same way that you have no way of knowing which card will come out of the blackjack deck next (52 cards means about a 1:52 chance of guessing, or 1:13 on its numerical value), you have no way of knowing what planned or seemingly random events will come out of the world economy that will effect the price index and value of your stock investment. And you have no way of knowing the plans of the elitist money changers (bankers) who control these events and can crash the market at any time through planned events like 9/11 – when unprecidented short positions were put on airline stocks just days before the event (which destroyed the values of airline stocks). The very fact that shorts, derivatives, and other hedges and gambling bets are allowed to be made on stocks should be a huge red flag for who controls and influences the markets.

A “short” is simply placing a bet that a stock will, in a certain amount of time, go down in value. Who in their right mind would want to make a bet like this, without some inside information to support the bet? I see this as no different than being best friends with Don King, and taking his advice on which boxer to bet on as a K.O. in the third round!

So why would you, as a simple working man or woman with none of this foreknowledge, gamble on these things called stocks? Probably the same reason that despite the fact that the odds are totally against you, you willingly and hopefully lay your money down in that little circle on the blackjack table, so that a dealer like I used to be can snatch it up with a look of false surprise, disappointment, empathy and remorse.

The last aspect of this conundrum is this: while you may set your loss limit at $1000 for your gambling trip, the casino has no such limits. It has more money in its coffers than most local banks have in their vaults. Actually, casinos are banks… complete with their own vaults, the highest of high-tec security, and armed guards that collect the money from each table’s drop-box two or three times a day. They even make loans, called markers, to high profile club members whose financial information is on account with the casino. And you must understand that with an unlimited money supply and the odds completely in their favor, the casino is always going to win.

Likewise the government, with it’s unlimited amounts of money – hidden in these investments – has no limit to what it can accomplish to ensure that the odds are in its favor, and that you are distracted through entertainment, and unenlightened by purposefully creating one of the worst education systems in the world. Remember, they can create money anytime they want to. You cannot. The odds are that eventually you will lose enough of your wealth by gambling it in their fixed system (the casino-like stock market) to eliminate any threat you might impose by your insignifigant wealth.

Oh, you’re a millionaire, you say? Well the government has many multiple trillions. A trillion is a million-million. So the government is a millionaire of a whole differant sort. Get over yourself, and fast!

And for the final nail in the coffin…?

If you do somehow get ahead and make a scene, the casino (government) can send in the cleaner – the dealer who can stack the deck and deal from the bottom of it. In other words, the odds we have talked about in this essay are not real, for they are manipulatable just like everything else. And they will never be manipulated in your favor unless you are being set up for a big loss later.

The moral of this story is simply this: invest your money in your home, in your family, and in your community. Charity is now a lost concept, and the thought of giving freely without anything in return has been killed by corporate greed and usury. Imagine if you will, actually giving instead of investing, without a tax write-off or of any expectations of repayment with gains or interest. Imagine building a church, a school, or a public meeting house without gaining anything but the admiration and love of the people around you, and in seeing the benefit it gives to them, and in turn to you. Imagine buying land and putting it into a trust that ensures that it will be in the peoples control and use, and never usurped by government and its corporate interests, and for the next thousand years seeing that community come together and use that land for a community garden to feed everyone in the area.

Reinvestment into the people and communities is the only way to fix what damage has been done to our once great country.

And seperation of the community churches and real charities from corporate interests, ownership, and control is a necesary step in this process.

The power is in the people, despite where the money lies. But only if we use our power and declare this corporation we call our government unlawful, unconstitutional, and downright evil.

And, in one last plea for sanity, if I may be so bold… The only solution I have seen brought forward by any of us to change the country and the world in a complete and lawful way is through Walter Burien’s “Tax Retirement Fund” (TRF). We can talk and anylize and discuss till we are blue in the face, but until this mans efforts are supported, and until Mr. Burien gets some charity of his own by true patriots who stop reveling in the usury and gambling in the corrupt and hopeless markets and banking and profitting from these thieves in government, instead of giving freely and annonomysly, without expectation or financial attachment to men like Walter Burien, our world will just go deeper and deeper into this endless spiral of depression and pestulence through corporate government’s takeover of the world markets and of our very lives.
