CAFR Confession

A friend and listener to our local AM station took our interview with the mayor of Salt Lake County, where he admits to the county CAFR and over $650 million in extra fund balances. He also included the CAFR pages I read from as reference.

Though I already posted the interview (audio only), I feel like this is the most important public official confession as to the wealth of the government as shown in government’s financial statements.

Please pass this on…

The Water Thieves: Oil Companies And The Droughts They Cause

As media conglomerates portray frightening but false stories of global warming and tell us that we are the overpopulated reason for which the water supply is running at all-time lows in reservoirs, lakes, man-made lakes, rivers, ponds, etc… the unknown reason behind this water depletion needs to see the light of day.

And so, this is a brief explanation of who has been stealing our water, and possibly a partial reason that dams and reservoirs were constructed in the first place…

When an oil or natural gas company or one of its contractors drills for oil or extracts natural gas from the earth, a space (or vacuum) is left underground for which the oil used to fill. An easy way to think about this is to compare this process to a syringe sucking the blood from your body.

Now, if that syringe was big enough it would suck your body completely dry of blood. This would leave your body looking like a shriveled up raisin, because your body cannot recreate the fluids fast enough to keep up with the sucking power of the syringe. Therefore, your body would behave like a milk jug would as you sucked all of the liquid or air (gas) out.

This extraction of air (or liquid) causes a vacuum, and stays that way as long as the seal is not broken. If you were to try and spread out the milk jug to its proper shape, the vacuum (or lack of air) would prevent you from doing so. This is because the air is only dense enough to support the jugs currently collapsed shape, and that inside space must be filled with something (air, gas, liquid) at some pressure to be able to push out and retake its previous shape. Thus, if you pull on one side, the opposite side will collapse further inward.

If you broke the seal formed by your mouth and that of the plastic jug, a sudden burst of air would rush in and the jug would re-inflate itself according to the amount of pressure caused by that air. It would not be enough to reform the plastic jug to its original shape without you actually applying pressure to the inside of that container by resealing your mouth onto the jug and blowing into it.

I know everybody reading this has done this to at least one water bottle at least once in their life!

The only way to un-raisin the body would be to re-inject either the extracted blood… or a replacement liquid. And so, as long as the same amount or mass of a different liquid is replaced with sufficient pressure applied to the syringe, the body will likely go back to normal, though the lifeblood which supports life cannot be replaced with anything but blood. Thus, life will cease to exist. But regardless, as long as the entry hole for the syringe is plugged up and the liquid introduced is not smaller than the microscopic holes of which the container is constructed (in this case veins and the skin), the liquid will stay in the body. Think embalming…

Of course, the body, once decomposition begins, will eventually weaken to the point where the liquid inside (in a vacuum) breaks its container due to deterioration and leaks, soaks into something else, or evaporates. Wear and tear…

What’s my point?

Likewise, the oil reserves which run under ground beneath the entirety of the United States, are very similar to the above described human body full of blood. Most important to understand, is that these oil reserves are not individual bodies of oil, but rather, one continental mass of black crude and natural gas.

You see, there is a literal ocean of oil and natural gas right underneath our feet, flowing like blood throughout the continent and beyond. This is called the Hugoton Panhandle Natural Gas Reserve -or- H-P Reserve for short.

The oil and gas in the H-P Reserve runs all the way from the northern tip of Canada, to the southern most tip of Mexico, and from ten miles west into our Pacific Ocean from California, Oregon, Washington and Alaska, and all the way across the continental United States, Canada, and Mexico to about ten miles or so east of our land, into our Atlantic Ocean.

In other words, The United States, Canada, and Mexico are virtually floating on a body of interconnected, pools and veins of oil!

This means that, just as when a doctor takes a syringe full of blood from your body (your arm is just a part of your body with blood flowing into it from the whole), when an oil or gas company taps into this reserve at one spot on the continent, they are literally taking oil or gas from a totally encompassing collective pool by tapping a single vein from the whole of this ocean of oil: the H-P Reserve.

So, the entire North American continent is perched directly over the H-P Reserve.

And within it’s tectonic structure, the continent of North America also includes the Gulf of Mexico. This is to say that the same oil that is located 35,000 feet below the oceans surface for which British Petroleum (BP) decided against all warnings and better judgment to drill more that 30,000 feet below the ocean bottom could have been sucked out of the Earth at just about any location in North America. In some areas in the United States, that oil is a mere 50 feet below the dry land surface.

Perhaps the most frightening aspect of this current BP oil leak, is that this is not just an oil leak. Noxious, poisonous gasses like Benzine are being spewed from now multiple fissures in the bedrock of the oceans floor.

So what does this all mean?

Energy and natural gas companies own or have governmental rights to well over 80 million acres of the most oil and gas rich land in the United States, and the world. In short – deep ocean drilling is not in any way necessary.

As for natural gas, the process by which these corporations extract the natural gas from these underground caverns and veins is to pump mass amounts of water (from our rivers and drinking water reservoirs that we are taxed for) into these chambers. This water pushes the natural gas through the chambers until it reaches an extraction point that pumps it out into the natural gas pipelines, which carry it to the energy company’s processing plants. This wasting of one vital precious resource to extract another less urgent natural resource has been going on for more than 100 years.

Of course, this extraction point is only viable as long as the “replacement water” hasn’t filled up or made the gas pressure un-extractable in the caverns holding the pressurized natural gas. Once this happens, these giant energy companies abandon the extraction point and move on to another where the gas pressure is more dense and extractable by the same replacement water system.

And the reservoirs and rivers continue to see record low levels. And water rationing takes place amongst the unknowing people of American towns and cities. And farms are denied water in lieu of more profitable energy companies. And the bread basket that was America slowly rots…

Eventually, the replacement water seeps through the porous shale soil and rock that is dense enough only to hold the oil at bay, and gravity pulls this water down into the earth and sometimes into the river-like aquifers that flow beneath the H-P Reserve. And the energy companies know that eventually the vacuum that is left over from that water slowly being drained from the encompassing and interconnected reserve’s tunnel system will pump more natural gas from other parts of the whole of the H-P Reserve. And eventually that tunnel system will have enough gas reintroduced into it that the same energy company will come back and start the whole process over again, extracting the gas with even more “replacement water”, depleting the gas, and abandoning the sight yet again until the water seeps into the earth once again and the vacuum pulls even more gas into the chambers and the process is repeated again and again and again.

But who is replacing the water? Who is watching over the rivers and reservoirs?

Answer: the same government that has financial and controlling stock investments in these energy and oil companies! The same government that gives these oil and gas companies no-bid contracts to steal and destroy our water supply. The same government that is passing legislation as we speak to tax your carbon emissions and force you to ration your water use and not water your garden. The corporation that is United States Inc.

There is just one small problem…

There is only a finite amount of gas produced in these H-P Reserve tunnels. But the vacuum must still be re-filled with something, right?

As the vacuum that is created gets more intense as more and more gas and replacement water gets sucked out of the reserve tunnels, something must fill in the space, just as the milk jug caves in on its opposite side as you pull it without a reintroduction of air, gas, or liquid.

So what is smaller on a molecular level than gas? How about oxygen? And so we have air being forced into these caverns to relieve the pressure caused by the vacuum created by the energy companies, mostly through the very vent pipes that they drilled in the first place.

Now, for all of you couch chemists out there… what happens when you mix gas and oxygen?

That’s right, it becomes explosive!

I wont say that I can comprehend what would happen in the case of a spark that ignited anywhere in this underground system of interconnected tunnels and caverns… but I must say that it sounds like the whole of America is sitting on top of a ticking time-bomb that, once ignited, might just make Hiroshima look like a campfire.

http://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/archive.cgi?noframes;read=144834

Water is a precious commodity, finite and life-giving. Can we really sit back and allow these corporations (including our own government) to suck our life force dry?

I don’t know what to do about this, but I do know that knowledge and education is the key.

Now that you know about the water thieves, what will you do about it?

Is Slavery Legal In America?

While one might be shocked at the presentation of such a question about such a historically controversial subject, one might also not be worse off to simply read their Constitution of the United States…

Let’s have a look at the 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States:

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

So, let’s break this down and comprehend what this really means:

The phrase “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted…” simply translates to –

“Slavery and involuntary servitude are illegal unless the court system (the state) makes it legal by conviction (court order).

In other words…

“The state has the authority to enslave you simply by convicting you of a crime and sending you to private prison or requiring community service through state approved agencies.”

Now we must understand that slavery in the United States was not legal or illegal until individual states made it so. Instead, it was just an accepted practice of common law brought over to the United States by the English settlers who were already accustomed to owning slaves. While southern states continued with their tolerance of the ownership of people (of any race or color) either through slavery or by indentured servitude (involuntary servitude), one by one the Northern states individually outlawed the practice, though this was not necessarily done by altruistic means as much as political ones.

It is very important to understand the concept of freedom in this case. The colonists that inhabited the states as individual citizens had the freedom (the right) to own slaves and to indenture others for payment of debt. This was a right.

It is also very important to understand that this right, as with all rights, was taken away from the individual people both when individual states outlawed the practice and when the Thirteenth Amendment was amended to the Constitution. Thus, the right to own slaves was turned into a privilege, and immediately revoked.

Remember, a right is God-given. It is not something that can be legislated. It is freedom without oppression. Breathing is a right.

Also remember that a privilege is not a right. A privilege is not a freedom. A privilege is a state sanctioned action, only allowable by state decree or with permission through license or legal statute. Driving is a privilege, revocable at any time by the state.

The question here is not one of moral compass or civil right, but one of individual rights compared to state authority. This is a story of the state taking rights away from individual citizens, and creating a monopoly on slavery through it’s system of laws, as stated in section 2:

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

It doesn’t matter what your personal opinion on the slavery issue is, it only matters that you understand that the state is now the slave owner instead of the individual citizen.

Now, let’s examine the prison state that is America…

  • The United States population accounts for approximately 5% of the world’s population.
  • Yet, the United States holds 25% of the worlds prisoners in its prisons.
  • That makes the good old U.S.A the #1 prison nation in the world!
  • But, you see, that also makes the U.S.A. the #1 legal slave owner in the world…

Do you remember when then Vice President Dick Cheney was indited along with Alberto Gonzalez for conflicts of interest in investing 85 million in private prisons? I guess you can’t indict a slave trader if he is operating within the permissions and full support of the United States government:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQEMPdIxZcY

Another great video from 2008 about the private prison business…

PBS special report: Prisons For Profit – http://www.pbs.org/now/shows/419/video.html

Look, the politicians, courts, attorneys, lawyers, judges, and anyone else involved in this legalized human trafficking and slavery are not acting in the best interest of the people. They are simply compartmentalized cronies each contributing to a shameful slave and private prison business.

And the court system is set up to ensure a constant influx of new slaves…

What is even more disheartening is the fact that the majority of people subjected to this legalized slavery are not guilty of breaking the law, meaning they have done harm to others or their property. No, these state inducted slaves were guilty of “victimless crimes”, meaning that no one or their property was hurt. This means that the state is the “victim”. This means that a code, limit, statute, or other nonsensical legality (not law) was broken. This means that the government has set up a system in which it imprisons and enslaves good and innocent people for breaking its own outrageous rules. This means that for running a red light, you could become a slave too. This means that for holding up a sign in protest, you could become an involuntary servant to the government.

Private prisons do pay their prisoners (slaves) for their work, to the tune of .30 – .60 cents per hour. This is a loophole to make the private prison business the cheapest labor in America.

Now, to put this all into perspective, I would refer you to a previous post about the legalization of drugs, specifically marijuana. (https://realitybloger.wordpress.com/2010/01/31/marijuana-to-legalize-or-to-not-legalize-that-is-the-question/)

Metaphorically speaking, the legal slave trade in America works in much the same way that legalization of drugs works… where as before “pot” was just a weed that grew wherever, neither legal or illegal – but now it’s an illegal drug except by government approved prescription and sanction (legal). In other words, I can obtain it with government license (state permission).

Likewise, slavery was neither legal or illegal, it just was, until individual states outlawed it. Then this “amendment” came along and made it “illegal without permission” for all states, just like pot. All you have to do is run a state approved prison (pot pharmacy) and only conduct this slavery within its walls (pot clinic/pharmacy/store) to make it legal slavery (medical marijuana). The concept to comprehend here is God’s law or common law – meaning most prisoners did not break this law, which states “do not do harm to others or their property”. Instead, they have committed “victimless” crimes (the STATE is the victim – like running a stop sign) which makes them eligible for slavery in private prisons per the 13th Amendment (and some of those prisoner/slaves are only guilty of smoking a joint).

Marijuana is illegal without a (state approved) doctors prescription, making it legal for state approved persons by state approved distributors.

Slavery is illegal without a judges (the STATE’S) prescription (permission), making it legal for state approved institutions to have slaves which are state approved (condemned) individuals.

I don’t know how I can make this any clearer!

This system of outsourcing prisoners to privately held corporate prisons, only induces “the state” to produce more victimless (innocent) state appointed criminals in order to produce more prisoners (slaves) for the state sanctioned legal slave trade that our government has the monopoly on through its 13th Amendment to the constitution.

And one last thing… community service is not for the benefit of the community. It is the temporary indenturing of code violators who haven’t harmed anyone but the state. The only “community service” you are allowed to participate in are state sanctioned organizations or corporations which serve the state or are non-profit in name only, receiving large sums of contracted money for your service. This is not constitutional or lawful. It is slavery hidden behind a corrupt charitable FOR PROFIT company who uses your state approved enslavement as positive public relations in a public-private-partnership (ppp) with the government.

The 13th Amendment is unconstitutional. It must be abolished, as must legalized state sanctioned slavery.

Please pass this on , for if we do not liberate our brothers and sisters out of this legal slave trade now, we may soon find that the only job choices left in America are prison guards or involuntary servants.

.

UPDATE: It’s amazing how good people pass things around and other good people fighting the good fight turn up in your reality. This is an organization who is fighting against the private prison business, and a video I highly recomend:

The Government Casino

I used to deal blackjack in South Lake Tahoe. It was a good job – good benefits, really good tips, and I got to live in the beautiful and clean mountains of Tahoe. But as with everything else in life, once the initial excitement of a new job is absorbed, and the realization of the reality of what it is you are actually doing in your job and how it either benefits or harms the people who are your customers, the whole thing falls apart.

I learned many things in that job… not the least of which was the application of statistics and the law of averages and odds to take advantage of the average person who likes to gamble (sheep without a clue). And unfortunately, I learned that most businesses out there that deal with the making of money by usury, gambling, and investments are indeed a cancer on humanity, and are slowly destroying the fabric of our freedom and replacing it with destitution and debt.

On that note… I’d like to compare our corporate government and the stock markets to a casino, and see if there is any distinguishable difference between the two…

I’d like to mention this one thing before I start, since I think it is relevant to this comparison. The feeling I used to get when i walked into a casino and layed my money on the table – the anxiety of risk mixed with the illogical emotional orgasm at the prospects of winning a fortune  – was the same feeling I used to get when I would buy shares in a stock from a company that really, in hind sight, I knew nothing about. Gambling is gambling, whether you call it investing or insist is is just a game.

First of all, as we enter into the casino, we have to exchange our money for chips. Similar to buying a piece of paper (called a stock certificate) representing the purchasing of a stock, the casino sells chips in exchange for your hard earned cash, and without hesitation I might add, considering the prospects of you actually building wealth from those chips. So in essence, the casino sells you a worthless clay or plastic chip that represents the value of the money you exchanged for it, knowing that the only place you can spend that chip (in-house money) is in their casino. As with a stock certificate, the chip is simply a tool used for gambling – a talisman which mimics wealth but is actually worthless paper, clay, or plastic that can be traded and bet for other similar but worthless talismans.

The only way that chip has any value is if you cash it back in for its monetary equivalent. The same goes for a stock certificate. If a stock goes down in value, or your chips become less than what you started with, your losses are only realized when you actually cash these objects in for their current value. So, the only way you lose money on your gambling (investment) is to cash in your talisman after it has lost value. Of course no one wants to do that, and so most of us will hold on to the chips or papers that represent our money, and watch it slowly dwindle due to forces that are mostly outside of our control, or from an addiction to this obsurd excitement we get from the thought of our luck turning around and still reaping huge rewards.

But if that casino goes out of business or declares bankruptcy, and you are still holding that chip or piece of paper, the casino or company that these talismans represent have no obligation to pay you the value on their face. In this way, their value is best defined as “conditionally” worthless – the condition being that you aren’t educated or knowledgeable enough about how the casino or the company and the market it trades through works to know when the right time to trade them back in will be.

And we must remember that when we loose a chip to a hot dealer or we lose a dollar on a bad stock pick, that dollar doesn’t just get lost and disappear off of the market and out of the monetary system, and instead it goes into someone elese’s account. The stock gets lower in value, and someone behind the scenes gets richer. One dollar lost by you is another dollar gained by someone else. And by someone else I generally mean the government, it’s investment owned corporations, and the wealthy elite – who became wealthy by manipulating the markets into making you lose your wealth in thier shell game they call “the stock market”.

Now, the casino goes out of its way to entertain, wine, and dine you so that you will come back for more. It makes sure that there are no clocks or windows for you to see outside, so that the comprehension of time and of day and night are virtually non-existent. It places flashy lights, clever advertising, winning bells, and half naked cocktail waitresses all around you to add to your distraction. It pumps specific mood altering vibrational sound and music at low levels to keep you docile and in a trance-like state for the duration of your stay. And it has complete control over the odds, knowing that it will always come out financially ahead over most of its gamblers in the long run.

Does this sound like the government and the stock market to you? Let’s see…

The government owned television networks keep you entertained and give you reality shows and “to-be-continued” sitcoms so that you will continuously come back for more. The television holds you in a trance-like flash induced state as it pumps specific mood enhancing and mind-altering programing and sound into your living room. It bombards you with flashing lights and advertising. The news and financial “entertainment” shows give you false information about stocks and what is a good investment, similar to the mth propegated by casinos about your odds of winning against them. Billboards, radio, and other media outlets purposefully expose you to more than 3000 distracting advertisements a day, wherever you go. Sex is the weapon of choice in this advertising, and you are sold purely nonsexual products like milk and coffee by beautiful and scantily clad male and female models and Hollywood stars. And the very products and services that are being sold to you, completely distract you from what is really happening…

What is happening?

You are trading in your money for worthless stuff you don’t need and gambling the rest of your money away investing in the stocks that the government and its investment owned corporations have complete control over (the odds are fixed!). The market is manipulated on a constant basis, completely controlled by the people in power. Think of it this way… if all Fortune 500 companies are collectively owned through government investments by the over 174,000 individual governments around the United States (collectively as one conglomerate individual government body – The U.S. government corporation) then it is natural and logical to assume that the value of these corporations on the open market are also in the control of the government who owns and reinvests in their majority shares as well as the monetary system that they thrive in. The price of Haliburton stock, for instance, goes up when the government “invests” in the destruction of the once beautiful country of Iraq. Nation building and re-building is huge business. And market shares soar when that corporations services are sudenly needed to rebuild the nation that our corporate government decides to destroy, and awards outragous no bid contracts to its own investment-owned company.

Translation: nothing happens randomly in the stock market, and corporations rise and fall (and are repurchased for pennies and conglomerated) at the whim of our corporate government!

OK, back to the casino…

The games that are provided for us to play in the casinos are specifically invented to assure that the odds are always in the favor of the house (the casino). The illusion and legends of being able to beat the casino are propagated to the extreme to the general public, while the men who have lost small fortunes – and in the process their businesses, homes, families, and lives – go unmentioned. (And yes, I saw small fortunes go through my hands as a dealer, enough to feed a small country. And I couldn’t believe it when cutomers were still in the same seat 24 hours later with a slumped over, dazed, exhausted look on thier faces… and yet still the glimmer of hope in thier eyes.)

And as soon as the money dries up, the casino perks, free rooms, food, and entertainment dry up as well.

Comparatively, once the sheep-like American investors lose thier savings and investment wealth in the stock market, thier perks dry up as well. Many end up homeless on the street, broke and hungary, while the money they lost is reinvested back into the governments crime syndiccate called the UNITED STATES.

What are the chances of winning at blackjack?

The “odds” that everyone seems to cling to as they sit on the losing side of the table go something like this: the house has a slight advantage (about 54% chance of winning). But these odds are in reality based on a computer model simulating randomly generated blackjack hands, where a computer player and a computer dealer play the same way by a specific set of rules in a perfect uninterupted simulation for millions of hands. Strangely, these are the odds by which most players play the game. But these odds change dramatically when other variables are included into the equation. For instance, new players don’t know the rules, and therefore will play differently than the computer model and the experienced gamblers. This of course changes the odds, as more or less cards are played in each individual hand. Interestingly, the new players often win on thier first blackjack session, simply because they don’t follow a specific set of rules. They think about thier options, and make amatur but somewhat educated guesses. And when they don’t follow the advice of the other players, they often come out ahead. Amusingly, this is refered to as beginers luck!

As for the “experienced” players, they quite easily fit into Einstein’s definition of insanity, which states:

“Insanity = doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

And the look of frustration and anger on thier faces as they blame the dealer and the new player at the table is a good indication that this is a true description. Loosing is never the gambler’s fault, just as alcoholics and smokers could quit… if they thought they had a problem, and if they wanted to!

But the actual “odds” at wining at blackjack are all over the spectrem of opinion and hope. And the word winning must also be defined here. The odds at “winning” one hand are different than winning five hands, which are different than winning ten. The average player plays tens or hundreds of hands in a single trip, and thousands of hands in his lifetime. So winning on one gambling trip doesn’t mean that person is ahead on their life totals. But I guarentee that the last remodel or expansion on your favorite casino was instituted with part of yours and others total losses!

According to Ion Saliu’s Paradox: random generation does not generate all possible combination’s, as the odds that a hand will repeat before all possible hands are dealt are a sure thing. So, to consider the odds, random generation is not an accurate source. If there are 334,490,044 total possible complete hands in blackjack, and we randomly generate 334,490,044 hands, the statistics show that approximately 63% will be unique and 37% will be repeats. (http://saliu.com/blackjack.html)

And the point is… if you can show me a person (besides Rain Man) who can sit down and play that many hands, with no outside influences, with no burned cards, with no change of dealers or bathroom breaks, with no dealer mistakes, and with no sleep… then I will except the odds you come up with.

In other words, whenever you hear someone quote the odds and tell you the right way to play blackjack, they are talking out of their butt – which is where you should tell them to stick their advice! Likewise, if you take advice from a stock broker (who makes money from your wins and your losses regardless) or from the government (who’s investment owned corporations are on the other side of your trade, and who wins your losses) you are a fool, and are playing into the trap of legalized embezzlement through stock market gambling.

In much the same way that you have no way of knowing which card will come out of the blackjack deck next (52 cards means about a 1:52 chance of guessing, or 1:13 on its numerical value), you have no way of knowing what planned or seemingly random events will come out of the world economy that will effect the price index and value of your stock investment. And you have no way of knowing the plans of the elitist money changers (bankers) who control these events and can crash the market at any time through planned events like 9/11 – when unprecidented short positions were put on airline stocks just days before the event (which destroyed the values of airline stocks). The very fact that shorts, derivatives, and other hedges and gambling bets are allowed to be made on stocks should be a huge red flag for who controls and influences the markets.

A “short” is simply placing a bet that a stock will, in a certain amount of time, go down in value. Who in their right mind would want to make a bet like this, without some inside information to support the bet? I see this as no different than being best friends with Don King, and taking his advice on which boxer to bet on as a K.O. in the third round!

So why would you, as a simple working man or woman with none of this foreknowledge, gamble on these things called stocks? Probably the same reason that despite the fact that the odds are totally against you, you willingly and hopefully lay your money down in that little circle on the blackjack table, so that a dealer like I used to be can snatch it up with a look of false surprise, disappointment, empathy and remorse.

The last aspect of this conundrum is this: while you may set your loss limit at $1000 for your gambling trip, the casino has no such limits. It has more money in its coffers than most local banks have in their vaults. Actually, casinos are banks… complete with their own vaults, the highest of high-tec security, and armed guards that collect the money from each table’s drop-box two or three times a day. They even make loans, called markers, to high profile club members whose financial information is on account with the casino. And you must understand that with an unlimited money supply and the odds completely in their favor, the casino is always going to win.

Likewise the government, with it’s unlimited amounts of money – hidden in these investments – has no limit to what it can accomplish to ensure that the odds are in its favor, and that you are distracted through entertainment, and unenlightened by purposefully creating one of the worst education systems in the world. Remember, they can create money anytime they want to. You cannot. The odds are that eventually you will lose enough of your wealth by gambling it in their fixed system (the casino-like stock market) to eliminate any threat you might impose by your insignifigant wealth.

Oh, you’re a millionaire, you say? Well the government has many multiple trillions. A trillion is a million-million. So the government is a millionaire of a whole differant sort. Get over yourself, and fast!

And for the final nail in the coffin…?

If you do somehow get ahead and make a scene, the casino (government) can send in the cleaner – the dealer who can stack the deck and deal from the bottom of it. In other words, the odds we have talked about in this essay are not real, for they are manipulatable just like everything else. And they will never be manipulated in your favor unless you are being set up for a big loss later.

The moral of this story is simply this: invest your money in your home, in your family, and in your community. Charity is now a lost concept, and the thought of giving freely without anything in return has been killed by corporate greed and usury. Imagine if you will, actually giving instead of investing, without a tax write-off or of any expectations of repayment with gains or interest. Imagine building a church, a school, or a public meeting house without gaining anything but the admiration and love of the people around you, and in seeing the benefit it gives to them, and in turn to you. Imagine buying land and putting it into a trust that ensures that it will be in the peoples control and use, and never usurped by government and its corporate interests, and for the next thousand years seeing that community come together and use that land for a community garden to feed everyone in the area.

Reinvestment into the people and communities is the only way to fix what damage has been done to our once great country.

And seperation of the community churches and real charities from corporate interests, ownership, and control is a necesary step in this process.

The power is in the people, despite where the money lies. But only if we use our power and declare this corporation we call our government unlawful, unconstitutional, and downright evil.

And, in one last plea for sanity, if I may be so bold… The only solution I have seen brought forward by any of us to change the country and the world in a complete and lawful way is through Walter Burien’s “Tax Retirement Fund” (TRF). We can talk and anylize and discuss till we are blue in the face, but until this mans efforts are supported, and until Mr. Burien gets some charity of his own by true patriots who stop reveling in the usury and gambling in the corrupt and hopeless markets and banking and profitting from these thieves in government, instead of giving freely and annonomysly, without expectation or financial attachment to men like Walter Burien, our world will just go deeper and deeper into this endless spiral of depression and pestulence through corporate government’s takeover of the world markets and of our very lives.

Free Newspapers: A Shameless Attack On The Elderly

I sometimes go to movies and eat at restaurants alone…

While some find this to be a horrific thought, I find it to be a great way to meditate and people watch at the same time. Conversations around me range from jovial but meaningless to silent but meaningful. Some loving couples who have been together for a long time don’t need to talk, but rather just enjoy being in each others presence. On the other hand, it’s easy to spot the ones that are unhappy… they usually act one of two ways: they either argue despite the unwitting audience of diners that surrounds them, or they don’t say anything at all. The difference in this silence and that of more happy couples manifests in their body language. Often, the two will not make eye contact for minutes at a time, as if two strangers who spoke different languages were placed at the same table by a rather insidious host. If one of them looks to the east, the other will most likely change their view westward. And I often wonder at how that must feel.

Today, however, I happened to pick up a free local newspaper from a little metal stand as I walked into the restaurant. After the host had seated me, I realized that I had accidentally picked up a newspaper for “the mature reader”.

Being of only 37 years, I am happy not to be in this particular category yet. But since I do not take anything for granted anymore, I decided to go ahead and take a look at what the Prime Times considered to be news for the mature reader.

Now for our purposes here and from what I could tell, mature in this magazines view meant anyone over the age of around 55 years or at the age where they are retired.

But as I was glancing at the types of articles that were written in the Prime Times, I came to the conclusion that this tiny local newspaper was actually targeting older people with a fixed income. This will become apparent as I give an overview of the main articles in the small 16 paged paper.

So what is the local seniors paper selling as news? Let’s take a look.

1) Front page headline – MyBux Provides Seniors With Earning Opportunities

This article was obviously a paid advertisement from the company MyBux. Though it was written in the same format as any newspaper article you might see in any other paper, this was strictly a sales pitch. Worse than that, it was a sales pitch for a multi level marketing company. How do I know this? Because the author had the nerve to actually write the following:

“Consider MyBux the newest player in Multi Level Marketing. And because it is debuting right here in Salt Lake City, you can get in on the ground floor.”

Basically, this was a MLM scheme for a “reward-based debit card” that gives cash back instead of points. But you must push this card on everyone you know or come across in life in order to truly reap its rewards. It compares itself to “Amway, Mary Kay, and other top MLM opportunities”. And obviously, this was a paid for advertisement that was being pushed by this grossly neglegent newspaper pandering to fixed-income seniors… as news.

2) Also on the front page – Identity Theft Growing: How To Prevent It

Now this one sparked even my interest, since I had been through a rather nasty case of identity theft several years ago, and so I almost fell for the clever ploy used in this article. Basically, it was a scarepiece, designed to make you feel helpless against the many listed ways that your identity can get stolen. And for a moment, that’s exactly how I felt. But then I remembered the beginning of the story, and was able to shake that feeling off and retain my logic. Of course once the clarity of thought returned, I immediately understood that this article was just a deceptive advertisement for identity theft protection services, though on a more subconscious level. Here’s who sponsored and wrote the article:

“No matter if you’re shopping, drawing money from a bank, or simply taking out your trash, it’s important to take precautionary actions,” says Dr. Nelson Ludlow, CEO of Intellicheck Mobilisa, a developer of wireless security and identity systems for the government, military and commercial markets.

Need I say more?

Just another paid for advertisement passing off as a news story.

And to be perfectly honest… after reading this story I actually was thinking about protecting my identity with Intellicheck Mobilisa. My heartstrings were played like a fiddle. Now imagine what a 70 year old woman must be feeling…

3) Page 2 (full page article) – “Reverse Mortgages… The Next Coming, But Of Whom?”

First of all, I just wanted to give a shout out to whomever came up with a fetching title like that. Well spoken. Articulate. Captivating in a sort of WTF? kind of way…

Now, I don’t have to tell you that this one was anything other than what the title suggests… complete unintelligible bullshit! This article, of course, was a glowing review of the devils own reverse mortgages and how they may benefit you (MEANING DESPERATE SENIORS!). That is, if you are in financial trouble and want a quick fix (like giving over the deed to your home that you have worked so hard to obtain for so many years to pay off the mortgage to the horrible bankers that charged you three times its worth in interest payments).

Leave it to your kids? Screw them.

A reverse mortgage is an ingenious scam that convinces the elderly and financially un-astute to trade their beloved home for a few measly cash payments up until they die (which for seniors, unfortunately, isn’t that far off!). When they do die, the house becomes the property of the bastard corporation that paid a few payments to get it. In other words, since the older folks are going to inevitably die sooner than later, the company gets the house for pennies on the dollar.

This article was written by none other than an attorney… that offers these particular services! Edward Stone of Stone Law Firm. While a few sentences in this full page advertisement/article are warnings to watch out for predators who feed on unsuspecting reverse mortgage seekers (no doubt a ploy to make them pay his legal fees to use his legal services) this type of “reporting” if you can call it that should be illegal. And attorney’s that fund, and newspapers that print this type of predatory false enlightenment should be hung by the nearest tree.

Interestingly, and with no apparent shame, this guy actually wrote this paragraph at the end of his article, and completely off from the rest of the sales pitch:

“Would it be presumptuous of me to hypothesize that reverse mortgages are the next subprime bomb with a detonator set for 10 years or so? With interest rates expected to rise, ever longer life expectancies (B.S.) and slow housing growth, I see a perfect storm coming.”

— And then, as if his delete key was broken —

“This has no impact on you; I just wanted to put that in print so I can tell my friends I told you so and show them this article in 2020.”

So, this creep just outed himself as a scam artist. Of course this type of bubble is going to burst. It’s criminal! And that’s what happens to crooks. They get caught with their pants down.

But then I suppose the taxpayers will be there to involuntarily bail these guys out.

4) On to page 4 – “H1N1 Vaccination Clinics Open To The Public”

Besides having several advertisements riddled throughout the “newspaper” for free vaccine clinics, this article was of course just another advertisement. Who wrote this one? Why Mr. Bob Ballew from the Davis County Health Department of course! This was not even a discussion on the pros and cons of vaccination. In fact, it didn’t even mention that there was a massive controversy going on with high risk (seniors are high risk) patients.

So, from what I can tell, the Davis County Health Department is using the Prime Times “newspaper” to advertise free dangerous vaccinations to its mature readers without revealing any of the side effects or warnings that a “community” or “local” unbiased newspaper should be providing.

Of course… nothing is free.

The Davis County Health Department is funded by taxpayer dollars, which means we just paid for this blatant misrepresentation of a sales pitch. Also, the word free in this ad is extremely misused, since again it is the taxpayers paying the pharmaceutical companies billions a year for the research and development of these vaccines, and then also buying these vaccines once they are haphazardly blended together and spread among the population without any scientific, double-blind, placebo, peer-reviewed testing ever being done on any vaccine in the history of the vaccine industry! In other words, we pay for drugs that have never been proven to work.

But I’ll tell you something… they have been proven time and time again to do a whole lot of harm.

Of course, when the pharmaceutical corporations own through investment the very journals that they print their results in, you shouldn’t expect to see any negative studies in those so-called “respected” journals.

5) After a few pages with actual stories about travel, wine, cooking, and volunteerism, we come to this on page 8 – “It’s All About Gold”

Perhaps just slightly more evil than the whole reverse mortgage scam, is the attempt by several dirty rotten scoundrel companies to virtually steal for pennies on the dollar the one thing in our mature readers possessions that actually has a real value… precious metals. Gold.

Written by Serena Swenson who either represents, works for, or owns the Gold Standard – a store located in the Valley Fair Mall – this article/advertisement takes the cake. Or the carrot. While credit must be given to this particular article for defining part of the gold market and the way it works, including the difference between the standard and the troy ounce, I cannot say that this was an altruistic attempt to help people in thier comprehension of what value their gold is actually worth. Instead, she represents a company that buys gold, gold jewelry, gold rings, and other precious metal based items from unsuspecting people who are ignorant of the fact that gold is extremely valuable, especially in this day and age.

In this article, she teaches that a 10 carrot ring is only 47% gold. Translation: your ring is worth less than you think it might be. But I’ll pay you some quick cash for it anyway.

Now most of these types of companies have their own smelt where they melt down these cast aside treasures and sell the gold that is produced at fair market value, making a huge profit in the process. And they knowingly set up these stores to rob people of their treasure by misrepresenting both the value and the very concept of gold ownership. I’ve even heard them call it scrap gold.

This article is a confusing explanation of the gold market that ends in a wonderful sounding solution to sell your scrap gold in a comfortable setting without dealing with those pesky market traders:

“We have a large, comfortable lobby with teller windows where the customer can discuss the proposed sale or purchase with one of our experts.”

I’m sure that all of the “experts” in the gold market just rushed right over to work in the damn mall at a gold swindling store, that’s no more full of experts than the local pawn shop. Almost sounds like a funeral home about to sell a grieving widow a ridiculously expensive coffin for a coming funeral. Sure, it’s just going to be buried in a few days, but wouldn’t your dead husband want to be in the most materialistic casket you can’t afford? Don’t you want your loved ones to know how much you cared about him?

Gold or coffins, it’s the same devious marketing strategies being used throughout these articles/advertisements on the downtrodden mature.

6) Page 9, another full page headline – “When Every Word Is Important: Free Hearing Assistive Phones For Utah’s Seniors A State Funded Program Providing No-Cost Phones To Help Utahns Connect”

Try saying that in one breath! So this one was naturally written by an employee of the store who is giving away these phones for free, Mrs. Mary Beth Green, who is in fact a Telecommunication Relay Specialist at none other than Relay Utah.

Sounds innocent enough, right. Wrong.

“These phones are available at no charge as they are purchased with funds that are attained through a $.10 telephone surcharge that all Utahns pay, through their phone bill, to support this program.”

Can you say socialism? I mean come on… we all have to pay a tax so that senior citizens can have free phones with big buttons and large print displays? I cannot say no to this tax if I don’t agree with it. Nope. I have to give up my phone service if I don’t agree with this tax. And that doesn’t seem right to me…

Now don’t get me wrong. If this was some necessary medical service or life-saving thing I’d have no problem paying this tax (along with all of the others). But this is to get old people big buttoned phones! I’m sorry, but who voted for this?

I am guessing here when I say that this is probably just another example of typical government kickbacks and wasteful spending; giving no-bid contracts and huge profits to this government run corporate telecommunications company. I’m sure it is a political favor more than an altruistic effort on governments part.

But maybe more important to point out here is this: Relay Utah is a phone company. It has a government website (relayutah.gov). This means that it is not a public company anymore, but instead a government owned and operated municipality. And through investment, the government is taking over everything in sight!

Since when are phone companies government enterprise projects?

The rest of the paper was ads and classified’s, mainly travel, drug and vaccine marketing.

The reason I thought this was important enough to write about, though I hope it is obvious, is that this “newspaper” is clearly taking advantage of the fears and anxieties of seniors in order to sell unneeded and dangerous products. It is a shameful display of journalism that has been morphed into profitable not-so-hidden advertising. And I’m sure there are these types of free “mature” papers scattered all across the country. I guess that I think it is about time to start returning the favor that our parents might have done for us while we were growing up. We should all be having a look at what our parents are reading, lest they become the victims of these MLM and sales schemes by shysters and snake oil salesmen.

The elderly become as they were at a younger age, innocent (or ignorant) of the ways of the ever-changing world around them. It is our duty as family to make sure the newest generation of methodical thievery doesn’t effect our own parents and respected elders.

Please be vigilant for these types of propaganda filled, misleading, and dangerous free newspapers for the mature reader.

Thank you.

Marijuana – To Legalize Or Not To Legalize? That Is The Question.

Whether you are a pot smoker, eater, drinker, or total abstainer, you should pay attention to this…

.

Perception is a funny thing. The way we perceive things around us makes us act how we act, and talk or don’t talk to who we perceive as approachable. The perception of the laws that govern us and submission to the authority attached to the tiny group of people and the police who enforce these laws are really the only reason that these rules and laws are followed by us at all… well, and fear of repercussion and punishment.

And many peoples’ perception, as they sip their second after-lunch martini and then drive back to work, is that marijuana is a deadly drug that should be illegal. Of course, these people haven’t had the need of its holistic, hunger inducing, and pain-relieving qualities – the reasons that so many have been desperately trying to “legalize” the plant as a medical treatment for chronic patients. Their perception is that by legalizing marijuana, it will then be made more available to the sick people who really need it, and to those who just like to smoke a bowl every once in a while.

And this, my well intentioned marijuana advocates, is the perception that I am going to attempt to dissuade here. And I’d appreciate your listening to my reasoning.

To understand what a legal drug is, lets look at some or any of the prescription pharmaceutical drugs that are available to us. If I want to get a potent pain reliever like Lortab, Oxycontin, Percocet, or Condine I have to get a referral, then get seen by a doctor, maybe see a specialist, receive a prescription, pay my co-pay (or cash out of pocket for most of us), and then get one refill if the first batch wasn’t enough. And if I need more? I need another prescription, and I watch as my medical bills shoot through the ceiling.

Antibiotics, antidepressants, heart or blood-pressure medication, diabetes insulin, or anything that might save my life… requires a prescription!

Why?

The answer to this simple question is the most important aspect of legalized drugs that you can comprehend. Listen carefully…

If a drug is legal, that means it is only available with a prescription. So what this really means is that a legal drug available by prescription only, is actually illegal without a prescription.

I’ll say it again: Legal drugs are illegal substances unless a doctor prescribes them. And let’s face it, doctors are by definition drug pushers for their pimps, the pharmaceutical companies. They are told what to prescribe by their little computers, not because they think the symptoms through and do what is best for the patient.

So, when taking this into consideration, we can see that campaigning to get marijuana legalized is not a very good move. Altruistically, you are thinking that this is the right thing to do; that making pot legal is the civil and lawful way to smoke pot legally. But this I assure you is not the case. In fact, by making marijuana a legalized (or controlled) substance, you are taking all of the power of manufacturing and distribution away from the people, and giving the government and pharmaceutical corporations complete control over the growth and sale of this beautiful plant.

That means that it will eventually be even harder to get than it is now! Between the CIA drug runners and their corporate investment-held drug companies, the government does not like private dealers cutting into their take. If pot is made into a controlled substance (meaning controlled by them) then they have good reason to crack down and crack down hard on anyone growing their own, including the so-called “legal” dealers that are currently selling in California; you know… the ones that are getting their doors beat down by the feds and having their stash and their money stolen and laundered, never to be seen again? This is what legal marijuana will ultimately lead to, as the government wants to be the supplier and make it hard for the responsible local citizen to have a business.

Also important to note here is this… If marijuana is “legalized” and made into a controlled substance, then we have just given our right to grow, use, sell, and share this wonderful and natural plant away to the government. Once it is “controlled”, then it can be slowly fazed out of distribution, while the powers that be pass legislation that makes it harder and harder to get, until it is nearly impossible. Here are some examples:

1) Ok, you can have your pot by prescription, but we will only prescribe it for this illness and that symptom. All other uses are now illegal.

2) A new breakthrough in marijuana production has taken place! But it is so expensive… we will have to pass that production cost onto the patients. $100 per joint or pill please?

3) We here at Merck Pharmaceuticals have done extensive field research that shows the side effects of marijuana are much to significant to risk giving it to the patients who require it. We published these studies here, in the journals that we own and pay for which provide favorable reporting of our drugs and ignore the actual clinical trial results. Scientific double-blind placebo testing? Why no sir, we haven’t done that since that kind of true scientific research showed vaccines were deadly and cause cancer, ha-ha-ha-ha-ha…

Anyway, surely you get the picture. Making a plant or drug legal gives the government the power to completely stop production or refuse its distribution to anyone it chooses, or to everyone. It would be no different than when they took Phen-Phen (deadly weight loss drug) off the market. One false study and a false-flag marijuana (typhoid) Mary, and it’s bye bye Bonzo!

So what is the solution? What else can we strive for?

Well to answer these questions, lets get philosophical… shall we?

Is a sunflower plant legal or illegal? How about a rose? A maple tree? A dandelion? A garden full of nutritious fruits and vegetables?

What I am submitting here is that marijuana should be considered as if it were any other weed that grew on the side of the road. It should be neither legal or illegal. It should just be – and be free of such petty categories and constraints. No one controls nature, as much as these megalomaniacs in government and corporations like Monsanto and the United Nations likes to think they do. Pot just need to be left alone. No legality is either warranted nor needed! This naturally occurring plant with a multitude of beneficial properties – and as far as I can tell no negative ones – must be given back to the dirt with no laws or restrictions attached to it.

What would this solve? Everything. No backdoor dealers needed. No prescriptions needed. No regulations or laws need be set, and therefore no enforcement of those laws. There would be no crime involved with its distribution, since anybody can grow or use it. And no ridiculous fines or jail time for doing what the ancient tribes of the earth have been doing for thousands of years in their spiritual journeys.

Freedom is not something you can limit or put restraints on. You either have it or you don’t. And making something legal should by no means be construed as a freedom, though through its legality it could be considered a revocable privilege. Marijuana should be free, just like the people should be free. Choice is freedom, and if you don’t like marijuana that’s your own choice. And that’s the beauty of freedom. Think of this as the common or natural law of plants and nature.

So what is your perception of freedom?

Remember, legal equals illegal without permission.

And permission is doled out by the government and its investment owned and controlled corporations.

That is not freedom.

End of story.

Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports and TRF’s -vs- Common, Natural, Maritime, and UCC Law – Which takes precedence right now?

When I first met Walter Burien, I was full of anger and resentment… Not towards him, of course!

It’s just that I had learned so much about the corruption and horrific truths about so many things that I had become hopeless (thank you to great men like Alex Jones, Alan Watt, Mike Rivero, Jeff Rense, Steve Quayle, and others for that dour education).

I kept wanting to talk about things that I had researched and heard on the radio or in random emails with Walter.

“Walter, what do you think of this?” – “Walter, what about the horrible things that they did?” – “Walter, don’t you think this is important?” – “Are they the elite?”

But every time, even though he knew what I was talking about, he just shrugged it off as if it didn’t have any relevance to anything and kept talking about CAFR’s and TRF’s.

The best answer I got out of him was “What does it matter…?”

Needless to say, this pissed me off! I wanted to be heard! And because of this resentful state of mind, I wasn’t hearing or comprehending what really needed to be communicated to me.

And so, when I calmed down enough and realized that I was talking to what you might call the guru of government corruption and wealth, I fell silent and just started to listen…

And suddenly, once I was able to push all of the little pieces of the much more grand puzzle that I know I will never fully comprehend out of they way, I started to understand the importance of what this smoking, long-haired, long-winded, incredibly intuitive dude was saying. I started to comprehend what trouble we are all in if we don’t do something immediately to reverse the deadly course this country and it’s government have taken.

And I realized then that he was absolutely correct about these extraneous puzzle pieces… IT DOESN’T MATTER!!!

You see, we all perceive things in our own way. We all listen to different sources of information. We all like or dislike those sources of information based on other peoples perceptions of those sources. And we all comprehend the information that best suits our perspectives. And without even realizing it, we form our opinions of what we perceive as real or important from the hand-picked bowl of factoids swirling around in our heads that together give us our perception of the real world.

In short, we are all in a constant state of cognitive dissonance. (http://www.viewzone.com/cognitivedissonance.html) Sure, we all know so much about so many different things, and knowledge is the key to comprehension. But what good does that knowledge of scattered little pieces from the unlimited cornucopia of fruit from the tree of knowledge do for us. How does this knowledge solve the problems that we all know this tree creates?

(I just used cornucopia in a sentence!)

In the end, it’s just information. And like a computer hard drive, we can only store so much of this conspiracy in the space of our minds until the drive gets full and can’t save any more data in a comprehensive way, or without writing over something else.

We learn something new and amazing, but then that thing reveals five more amazing things. And when those are revealed, suddenly we have 25 new and amazing things to learn, which points to what seems at the time to be an unattainable 125 new and amazing things. But eventually, we attain them, or at least an interesting enough part of them to look at the next 625 things with enough curiosity to actually keep this cycle going perpetually.

So, at what point do we loose the ability to keep our peripheral vision on all of these new and amazing things before we find that our un-sunned skin and lack of social involvement are signs that we are spending way too much time online or in books trying to figure out who is the main group of conspirators and who their leader is?

IT DOESN’T MATTER !!!

Now let me justify that, as well as answer the challenge of the title of this rant… which information should take precedence right now: CAFR’s and TRF’s  -or-  everything else…

Many responses, comments and emails I’ve received from the readers of my previous entry (The Biggest Game In Town…) who by the way have been very kind, have brought up common law, natural law, UCC code and Maritime law, the court of record, and many other topics which I must say interest me to the extreme. But, I have to ask myself…

Do they matter right now?

As much as I can’t wait to tear into this multitude of information and set myself free from taxes and tyranny, unfortunately the answer is no.

Is it relevant? Oh yes, very much so…

Will it help me solve the country’s problems, not just my own personal ones? No, I’m afraid not.

Let me explain, and by no means do I mean to belittle anyone or their cause, be it just, and for the good of the republic.

First, I always like to think of things in terms of relativity. I like to have a realistic perspective on life and all that goes on within it. And I always like to tell the truth, no matter how much trouble it gets me into.

So, let’s look at an example of reality:

If you are at an intersection with a four way stop sign, and you are in a fragile Geo Metro, and to the left of you there is a massive, decked out Dodge Hemi 4×4 who just pulled up to his stop sign at the same time as you pulled up to yours, who goes through the intersection first?

Well, the “law” or at least social  protocol states that the car on your right has the “right of way“, and so the Geo Metro wins with the perceived power of right of way (the law).

But I submit to you that the truck to the left wins every time regardless of the law or your perception of it, simply because the tires are as big as the entirety of the quite crush-able Geo Metro!

Will you challenge the 4×4 (the people) with your frail little body of a car (the government, who are about as useful as a Geo Metro) if he (the people) decides to take the right of way (power) from you?

This is the perception of ownership (in this case of the road). If the people unite to become the massive supreme and sovereign force they are, take down the “owners”, and rework that ownership for the people, then the people (4×4) take ownership from the government, queens and kings (Geo Metro).

So, let’s say we discover that the Rothschilds and the queen of England do indeed “own” everything in the world…

What does that mean exactly? What if they all die? Who owns it then? Then, what if they die? And then once it gets down to the last two people on Earth, and one claims total ownership of said Earth, and he dies… then what? Do you the sole surviving human own the Earth? Can you prove this ownership? To whom? Animals don’t read…

It’s just on paper. It means nothing unless you (we) let it. And we can take it back any time we want through peaceful means by getting TRF’s voted in place in each government venue.

But only if we unite and become Bigfoot the monster-truck and get this show on the road.

Yes, common law is a fascinating thing, and I can’t wait to start studying all of this conceptual semantic law.

But… Though I am not familiar with the technical aspects of Common Law, Natural Law, UCC Code law, the court of record, and the laws of the land and all that goes with it, I do know for a fact that it isn’t nearly as significant as what Walter and CAFR’s and the comprehension of government investment wealth for the general public and the change that is necessary with that.

Frankly, I don’t care who in their own perception rules the world, and here’s why:

#1) Once we set up a TRF in a city, the whole of the books for that city will be revealed. This will reveal links to other city’s, states, and countries for which the corruption and wealth building in that now completely audited TRF’d city was involved in. Thus, we discover who’s in charge by the chain reaction of audits in new TRF-based cities.

#2) Common law has the same symptoms as misguided or misused faith. Religion gives people hope. But this kind of hope, or faith, more often than not leads to inaction due to the faith that heaven awaits you regardless of your actions. And when that happens, and otherwise good religious folks refuse to get involved in government or politics, corruption in government and politics take over. Hope is a very dangerous tool. I should only have to point to Obama’s use of the empty campaign promises of “Hope and Change” to prove my point here. A faithful person full of hope who is convinced that everything will be alright simply because he believes in something else, easily becomes inactive in the real world around him. Even to the point that they will watch their own government order our armies to kill millions of innocent darker-skinned people without even a protest, simply because they have faith in their hearts that a few of those dark-skinned people in some far off place ran a few planes into some buildings in New York and Washington.

Proof? Nope. Just blind faith in the media… their God.

Inversely, a person who removes themselves from the tyranny of Maritime U.C.C. Code and law and clings to being free by natural or common laws, also may become inactive in the fight to set things right for our country as a whole. They have faith that they are free from the constraints of government and taxes and other tyranical slavery. But there is a huge problem with this inaction or lack of participation in the system that still governs everyone else who is unfamiliar with these freedoms around them, which is probably 98% of America – who still have faith in and believe in the law of the land and their corrupt government, frustrating as that is. They cling to thier social security number as if it was their first born. And I can sum this problem and the danger of it up in one word…

Rendition!

Obama’s new hand-me-down toy. How will common law save you if you are whisked away with no trial and no jury and no rights whatsoever to a holding cell in Ecuador? Think it can’t happen to you? Do you really think freedom brings some sort of immunity to this type of thing? Is there a freedom card that you present to get out of sticky situations in other countries… Or even in our own now completely corrupt and corporate (government) owned jail system? Learn more about rendition here: (Video)  –  (Story)  –  (Story)

You see, this common law and natural freedom is still based on a set of ideals and laws, god’s laws or other ones, that are still valid at this particular time in history if you know enough to invoke them. But if we allow the government to buy up every aspect of the United States, and they almost have by this point, and then take over the country, burn the Constitution and change the name to some Global Union of _______ ,  and make it a socialist fascist corporate state, what good will all of this common law knowledge be to anyone. It will become completely obsolete – null and void the second this takeover is complete. It would be as helpful as a 400 pound woman in a 150% gravity environment. When Rome took over a neighboring country, they did not abide by that countries laws in their theft no matter how beautiful and idealistic they were. If you went up to a Roman diplomat or soldier and tried to invoke common law from your now defunct country, you’d find yourself in the Colosseum being eaten by lions.

So, if you were to ask me what the importance of this whole social viability/common law/natural law/whatever you call it law, which is completely co-dependent on the current system of government and law (in other words America still being a free America despite the SS# and all that) compared to the importance of what Walters TRF’s will accomplish in protecting all of our sacred laws, constitutional or other, I’m going to have to say that TRF’s are 20,000,000 times more important at this time. Because all of those free-man laws go out the window if and when we are overtaken in a war or on paper by another country, a union of countries, or a conglomerate corporate monster, and we become Chinamerica. That is the thing that we must concentrate on and stop. And everyone that values their common or natural law status in this as of now free country, must maintain that country in its current state in order to keep those rights viable and applicable.

They are not free. We must fight for them and keep them.

And the country or corporate fascist government with the biggest stick (the biggest 4×4 truck) is going to win, and your idealist rights which are based on this constitutional system being still valid and screwing everyone else but you and your common law, will fade away into the night. That is, unless we take the investment wealth and “ownership” of our country back. And so far, the only person that has shown me how to do this is Mr. Walter Burien. (CAFR1.com)

So, by all means continue to practice common law, natural law, and any other free law that you can think of. I personally can’t wait to indulge in this myself. It gives me goosebumps.

But don’t for one minute think that this alone makes you a free man (or woman) or that you can stop paying attention and fighting for this system and its reconstructive change. Or you might be in for a shocking surprise when there is no corrupt United States government left to claim your freedom from. The Communists shoot people like you!

I would love to be wrong about this, and I may be. Corrections and debate to my humble opinions here will be warmly accepted…
