How I Found Utopia

Sadly our beliefs often hide reality…

I cannot tell you how strange it is to be accused of seeking this seemingly fictional place called Utopia through my own personal writings, where this inconceivably insulting notion is actually used as an ad hominem attack against myself (the messenger) meant to belittle factual or idealistic information by making it seem impossible or impractical. It’s as if the search for the perfect harmonious way of life for mankind in commune with its natural surroundings (natural law) and with itself should be discouraged and belittled as adamantly as those slaves protected their only perceived livelihood from within Plato’s shadowed allegory of The Cave .

But as it turns out, utopia has been there all along, right under our noses! We’ve just been conditioned to believe it does not and can not exist.

My problem all along was that I have been overlooking the true nature of just what Utopia is. Instead, we have all seemingly been attempting to solve the equation of and locate this seemingly mythical Utopia from within the imperfect Dystopia we have all allowed to be created on top of and in its place.

But what if it was right under our feet the whole time?

Perhaps the answer is simply utopia defined…

The word Utopia, from the modern Latin, literally translates to mean “nowhere“, and was coined by Sir Thomas More in his book of the same title. It’s themed story was that of an allegorical imaginary island enjoying perfect legal, social, and political systems. It’s Greek reference is defined as “any perfect place“.

It was when I read this meaning and etymology of the word that I instantly recognized the Utopia all around me; as if a veil had been lifted.

Let me explain…

Have you ever felt the wonder and beauty of the Utopian perfection of nature, say while on a hike or camping amidst its lush forests and barren deserts? Nature is indeed a mathematical perfection – a perfect and necessary place within the ecosystem that sustains life. In this sense, volcanoes, floods, and hurricanes are equally perfect, bringing new possibility and life into the land and sea.

But isn’t it funny that when nature is left to thrive without our “help”, we ironically refer to that natural setting so as to be in “the middle of nowhere“. And so without even realizing it, we are literally stating aloud the English translation of this shunned Latin word, admitting that we are in the “middle of Utopia“. The truth is that under every bustling metropolis lays the Utopia of nature, trampled under the weight of man’s soul-crushing concrete, steel, ingenuity, and technology. And this, in its current form, creates an anti-Utopia, or dystopia. In other words, the dominant “thinkers” within the species human have created megalopolises, technology, and a standardized and corporatist way of thinking that is against nature; an anti-utopian realm.

The word dystopia was apparently coined  by J.S. Mill:

“Mill demonstrated an early insight into the value of the natural world – in particular in Book IV, chapter VI of “Principles of Political Economy”… “Of the Stationary State” in which Mill recognized wealth beyond the material, and argued that the logical conclusion of unlimited growth was destruction of the environment and a reduced quality of life. He concluded that a stationary state could be preferable to never-ending economic growth:

I cannot, therefore, regard the stationary state of capital and wealth with the unaffected aversion so generally manifested towards it by political economists of the old school.

If the earth must lose that great portion of its pleasantness which it owes to things that the unlimited increase of wealth and population would extirpate from it, for the mere purpose of enabling it to support a larger, but not a better or a happier population, I sincerely hope, for the sake of posterity, that they will be content to be stationary, long before necessity compel them to it.”

Of course Mr. Mill, like so many other philosophers, authors, and thinkers of the time, openly promoted eugenics and depopulation as the solution to less dystopian ways of life. In fact, the creators of our current dystopia have done so for power and wealth at the expense of this Utopia we call Earth, its creatures, its lifeblood, and its people.

Breaking this word dystopia down we read:

DYS – “bad, ill, abnormal”, from the greek dys meaning “to destroy the good sense of a word or increasing its bad sense”. Dys-funtion (abnormal or difficulty in functioning) , dys-lexia (abnormal or difficulty in speaking), dys-trophy (illness of defective nourishment).

TOPIA – from Latin topiarius and topia “of or pertaining to ornamental gardening”, and from Greek topia, plural of topion, originally “a field”, diminutive of toposplace“.

So have we designed our civilizations and meg-cities to flow with nature… or to dam (damn) and go against nature?

The answer should be obvious to anyone living in a modern city, or even downstream of one!

And so I am left to imagine just what a new Utopian city would look like, and what would actually entail its functionality with the natural topia around it…

The word Utopia is from the words:

EU – Word-forming element in modern use meaning “good, well,” from Greek word ues “good,” eu “well,” also “luckily, happily” and from PIE *(e)su- “good” (Sanskrit su- “good,” Avestan hu– “good”).

TOPIA – from Latin topiarius and topia “of or pertaining to ornamental gardening”, and from Greek topia, plural of topion, originally “a field”, diminutive of topos “place”.

It is interesting to note here that “natural law” is considered the perfection of human interaction with both fellow man and nature. It states that respect and protection of Utopia is the duty of man.

For instance, under the Maxims of Law we read:

“The Law of God (Natural Law) and the law of the land are all one, and both favor and preserve the common good of the land.”

“If ever the Law of God (Natural Law) and man are at variance, the former are to be obeyed in derogation of the later.”

“He who does not repel a wrong when he can, induces it.”

“Often it is the new road, not the old one, which deceives the traveler.”

“A man may obey the (man’s) law and yet be neither honest nor a good neighbor.”

“Enjoy your own property (land, etc.) in such a manner as not to injure that of another person.”

It seems the impossibility of perceiving a Utopia that includes the treading and intrusion of mankind into nature’s perfect existence is the real obstacle to imagining such a place on this Earth. Yet it sits all around us, covering the majority of Earth, staying just out of sight from the complicated web of blacktop roads and highways that stretch through its reaches. We are drawn to concrete and steel jungles we call cities for convenience and welfare, and yet the empty promise of both is reflected by the decaying flesh and bone of their inhabitants. A virtual war has been declared upon Utopia, even as it struggles to recover itself through the dystopian cracks in decaying sidewalks and infrastructure designed to eradicate it. We often call this struggle for life a weed or invasive species, applying the worst kind of poisons and pesticides to ensure that our particular brand of dystopia carries on unfettered. Yet we are watching, seemingly helpless, as our clever infrastructure and apparently great inventions decay over timelessness like a cracked scab ready to fall back into the fold of time, sediment, and overgrowth.

“Less Cities, More Moving People”, a song I recall by “The Fixx”, is perhaps apropos here. For could it be that our cohabitation is killing us slowly? Is that indeed the master plan? Do we not wonder at the fleeting feelings of refreshed vitality and mental clarity that are visited upon us only when our two weeks of paid vacation allow us to venture out into the un-tampered nature of that Utopia that surrounds us like an inviting audience full of hope and desire? And from our cubicles and tract housing developments do we not continuously long for that feeling of true natural freedom and possibility that only the middle of nowhere can offer?

So is it possible to live within a utopian society?

My answer would have to be a strong no.

Like an out of tune piano our collective concordance is physically impossible under current standards and methodologies. For society as we know it is arrogantly and purposefully designed to be dystopian in structure. Our resources are being drained and utilized not to promote inward harmony with our outward utopia, but to create profits at the expense of it downstream. And yet like junkies hooked on black tar, we seem to rejoice in our misery and addiction to total congregational dystopian hegemony.

Is it any wonder more and more “experts” are calling this particular point in the history of life on Earth the 6th extinction event?

There are 2,282,510,106 square acres of land in the continental United States at last report, the vast majority of which is Utopia. So why are we not repulsed like opposing magnets away from our cities and into the middle of nowhere?

That, my friends, can only be answered by you.

Many people tend to blame the Jews for our problems. Jewish Law governs the
entire world, as found in Jewish Law by MENACHEM ELON, DEPUTY PRESIDENT
SUPREME COURT OF ISRAEL, to wit:

“Everything in the Babylonian Talmud is binding on all Israel.
Every town and country must follow all customs, give effect to the decrees,
and carry out the enactment’s of the Talmudic sages, because the entire
Jewish people accepted everything contained in Talmud. The sages who adopted
the enactment’s and decrees, instituted the practices, rendered the
decisions, and derived the laws, constituted all or most of the Sages of
Israel. It is they who received the tradition of the fundamentals of the
entire Torah in unbroken succession going back to Moses, our teacher.”

We are living under what the Bible calls Mammon. As written in the
subject Index, Mammon is defined as (“Civil law and procedure”).

Now turn to the “The Shetars Effect on English Law” — A Law of the Jews
Becomes the Law of the Land, found in “The George Town Law Journal, Vol 71:
pages 1179-1200.” It is clearly stated in the Law Review that the Jews are
the property of the Norman and Anglo-Saxon Kings. It also explains that the
Talmud is the law of the land. It explains how the Babylonian Talmud became
the law of the land, which is now known as the Uniform Commercial Code. The
written credit agreement — the Jewish shetar is a lien on all property
(realty) and today it’s called the mortgage! The treatise also explains that
the Jews are owned by Great Britain and the Jews are in charge of the Baking
    system.
We are living under the Babylonian Talmud, it is were all of
our problems come from. It was brought into England in 1066 and has been
enforced by the Pope, Kings and the Christian churches ever since. It is
total and relentless mind control, people are taught to believe in things
    that do not exist.

UTOPIA is everywhere that this set of Talmudic Constraints ISN’T… Um.. well… nowhere presently but remove this smothering Mindrape Jungle of laws and there she is boss…

    • Dear elentari98:

I read your interesting claim and the website that you had provided, which was:
http://www.perankhgroup.com/commandments.htm , which is labelled as, “The Egyptian Forty Two Comandments, MA’AT – Right and Truth”, and which I must most respectfully disagree with. There is no claim on that site to anything having to do with Christians. I have no idea how you could make that connection other than by false assumption.

The fact is that Christ Jesus and the word “Christian” did not even exist until about 1600 years after the height of Egyptian power. It was the Syrians who invented the word “Christian” to describe the people who followed what the Romans called “The way” of Christ Jesus after His crucifixion and resurrection.

In all due respect, the Egyptians were pagans who worshipped many false gods and they never had anything to do with the one true living God (YHWH). I am not trying to argue or debate this issue, I am simply correcting a mere false belief that misrepresents the truth.

  6. Hi Clint,

This is Mladen, and Daniel and I look forward to starting the weekly interviews with you starting this coming Wednesday, February 26th.

I just finished reading today’s commentary about “Utopia” and you reminded me of my days at the University of Waterloo, where I too one philosophy class and studies “Plato’s allegory of the cave”, and where I had listened to the musical group, “The Fix”, while studying economics and accounting and other supposed but false perceptions of reality. That was about 30 years ago and my perceptions of reality have drastically changed since that time.

I entered the secular work world around 1985 and I began to witness that there was a vast difference between the theory of the reality and the actual reality. For example, in economics the theory and false premise is that it was about the efficient allocation of scarce resources. However, the reality is that there is absolutely nothing efficient about the way that any resource is allocated and at the same time the resources really are not scarce.

And, as far as philosophy goes, it is about all of the possibilities of what could be but is not. The only thing I learned from philosophy is that we can try to put ourselves in the other guy’s shoes to try to understand why they do or think what they do or think, even if it is wrong, but it does not make any particular philosophy correct simply because we understand it.

The definition of “Rationalize” from The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, 4th Edition is, “transitive v. To devise self-satisfying but incorrect reasons for (one’s behavior):” That is why the reality is that we have about 7 billion people rationalizing more than 7 billion different philosophies and rationalizations of incorrect behaviour. There is no way to rationalize a wrong because there is no excuse and no changing what is fundamentally wrong. For example, killing is simply wrong and there is no justification for it.

In my own personal experience, I knew from around the age of 7 that there is something fundamentally wrong with this world but I simply could not put my finger on it and I could not explain why it was so ridiculous and hypocritical and wrong. It was not till toward the end of my 22-year long career acting as a successful financial adviser that I learned from a lawyer that nobody owns anything and I learned from a hedge fund manager that it is all fraud. So, my personal journey of seeking the truth and facts in law did not truly being until 1997 at the age of 45 when I stopped working.

At that time (2007) I had no spiritual knowledge or discernment. I simply woke up to the fact that all of my accumulated secular beliefs were based on false beliefs that misrepresented the truth and facts in law. I still did not know what I did not know.

When I started my journey to discover the truth in 2007 I had not read the true definition of English words since it defined the law of language. In 2007 I did not know the millions of secular “Rules of Law” that I was presumed to know as a secular civilian or citizen, which is why ignorance is no excuse for the “Rule of Law” in the secular world. And, even though I had meant to read the Bible for whatever reason, I had procrastinated and I did not start to read the Authorized 1611 King James Holy Bible until around October of 2008.

My initial exposure to “Out of the box” ideas was to things and ideas and ideologies that I had previously not known as existing. For example, I discovered many conspiracy theories and the only thing that every single one of them had in common is that there was no solution and no remedy to any of them. Another example is that I discovered people who had labelled themselves as “Freemen on the land” or “sovereign” or “patriot” and these individuals or groups had mere false beliefs that misrepresent the truth and facts in law. For example, the origin of the word “Freeman” came about around 1000 years ago during the original feudal system in which the feudal lord simply allowed his feudal serfs (servants, slaves) to trade amongst other feudal slaves (that is, slaves were free to trade amongst other slaves). The feudal slaves did not own the property (the land at that time) and the feudal lord controlled what the slaves could and could not do on his property (land at that time).

So, as I began my own independent due diligence and research in 2007 and beyond I discovered the reason why people do not own anything and why the whole world is based on multiple layers of lies and fraud. But, fraud is not fraud as long as one applies and volunteers and consents to continue to participate in the fraud. For example, most people do not know that today we are still under a feudal system, except that the property has changed from land to title. The only thing that lawyers do is they convey (transfer) title. Title is not ownership and there is no possibility of alodial title ownership to anything in the fiction (lie) of the secular world. The “Crown” or the “State” holds the title under the Roman Civil Law doctrine of “Eminent Domain” where every title is held in common for the public good. The “State” or “Crown” or fiction of government owns the title and they own everything registered in the title. We do not own the title and we simply rent the title. So, the important thing to know is what is the title?

The title is the surname and anything attached to the surname, which is the combined (merged and confused) “Legal Name” for the “Legal Person” in man’s artificial (not real) world of fiction (lies). That is the topic that we will begin to discuss and explain during the weekly interviews on your RBN “Corporation Nation” program starting on Wednesday, February 26th. The title is created by the government on what they call the “Foundation identity documents” and that is where all the lies, the fraud, and the false offer begin. The false offer is exactly the same as the original false offer, which is the false offer to try to be in charge as your own little god. The only difference is that today the government facilitates the infrastructure for the false offer through the standardized worldwide VITAL STATISTICS ACT to create some “Thing”, or title, that they create, own and control. Then they facilitate the false offer infrastructure to allow every individual to apply, volunteer and consent to their own lawful slavery (bondage). What is amazing is that the voluntary lawful slaves will deny and argue and debate their lawful voluntary slavery to their death due to ignorance (lack of knowledge).

Daniel and I (Mladen) look forward to our upcoming weekly interviews on RBN with you starting on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 and we look forward to sharing our independent due diligence and research and accumulated knowledge, wisdom and understanding of the truth and facts in law with respect to the perception versus the reality of our existence. There is a vast difference between the manufactured idea of man’s Utopia and the original and natural Utopia according to the will of God, the Creator and Maker of all. And, yes, I am not a monkey who believes that nothing exploded into something, creating a primordial soup, and I do not believe in the fallacy that we evolved from rocks or monkeys. There has to be a “First cause” of everything and we will be discussing the “First cause” to the foundation of the secular (God-less, not spiritual) world of lies and fraud, which simply facilitated a false offer to allow you to hold false beliefs that only make it seem as if you are in charge as your own little god, which give you the illusion of freedom when you are never free and you never get that carrot that is dangled in front of you during your entire secular life. Yes, we will break down the difference between perception of reality and reality and we will tell you the real truth and facts in law. Thank you for this opportunity to share.

    Reality starts with perception.
I think that now days most of the people have a hard time understanding reality because
    of their poor education.
All forms of education of our time are politically motivated.
Responsability relies with each individual in part and specially with those better educated
    to educate others.
This utopian thing is much talk about nothing.
Only thru action we can get hold of reality.
If I want to give you a practical for of Utopia, that would be the teachings of the Church
    thru religion.
And do not forget: The law of this land-Earth-is,from dust to dust.
    The basic education starts here.

    • Adrian,

One of the fundamental problems with most people is that they cannot even agree on one definition for any particular word. To be clear, most people cannot even agree upon the law of language. And, unfortunately the fact is that the English language is a debtor language since it borrow from so many other languages. To further complicate things, the lawyers and the legal system with their legalese and the secular “Rule of law” (legislation and statutes) regularly re-define the ordinary meaning of many words to twist the meaning into the exact opposite. That is why lawyers were originally called grammarians, as well as devil’s advocates and many other such epithets. One example of this is that many secular laws have an entire interpretation section in which they define what specific words mean in those man-made “Acts.” In the secular world all participating men are actors on the world stage and it is one big play in which the players do not even know their script.

As far as any reference to the ambiguous words such as “Religion” or “Church” it is usually not clear what the author or speaker really means. For example, which of the over 40,000 registered false-Christian denominations (money religions) or the over 10,000 additional registered non-Christian secular denominations (money religions), is one referring to? All secular registered “Religions” and all secular registered “Churches” have absolutely nothing to do with God, Christ Jesus, or the one-and-only Authorized 1611 King James Holy Bible, which is even authorized by the pagan unbelievers to be used in all churches and all courts.

One man’s perception of reality is usually not the same as one or more other men’s perception of reality. This is exactly why the secular world allows every individual to hold however many false beliefs they may want to hold, despite the fact that mere false beliefs misrepresent the truth and facts in law. The real problem is when any individual tries to exercise their beliefs in a secular (God-less) society that does not hold those same beliefs.

The greatest example of hypocrisy is how any pagan secular nation, whether it be a democracy, socialist, tyranny or any other man-ruled system, all of them are not a Theocracy under the direct government of God and they are all opposed to God.

There is only one right and there is only one true living God. But, we live in a world where we have over 7 billion people making private interpretations of their own perceptions of their own reality based on infinite false beliefs that misrepresent the truth and facts in law. We live in a world where people are not logical. And, we live in a world where most people will try to rationalize something that is simply wrong as if a wrong could be made right, and that is simply not the case. The essence of rationalization is defined by the American Heritage dictionary of the English language as, ” intransitive v. To devise self-satisfying but incorrect reasons for one’s behavior.” You can read more dictionary definitions of “Rationalize” here:
      https://www.wordnik.com/words/rationalize .

The fact is that mere false beliefs, mere opinions, and mere perceptions can and often do misrepresent the truth and facts in law. If we cannot even agree upon the meaning of the words that we use to communicate then how are we supposed to communicate?

Clint, I am unabashedly critical of you if I think you are off the mark, but you have nailed it in this missive, in my opinion. I remember, as a young lad, when I was trying to make sense of the “schooling” I was receiving from the public system, I would very often retire into the woods to digest and consider deeply what in the world these people were trying to teach me. It was on a large granite rock that I learned the famous soliloquy of Macbeth, “Tomorrow, Tomorrow and Tomorrow”. I grew up in a rural area, which many people mistakenly call the “sticks”, but which really is called the Styx; The Styx is a river in Greek mythology that formed the boundary between Earth and the Underworld (often called Hades).

Thanks for the (new to me) introduction to The Fixx.

    “Less Cities, More Moving People”

Another home falls by the wayside
A few old cushions stuffed with pride
A hand is shaking from the rubble
    This spirit is still alive
    A servant bares his occupation
Breaks his back just growing old
Never mind his views were taken
Just saw by the rules of old
    Less cities more moving people
    Rushing out with pride
    Less cities more moving people
    Hands that once were tied

A church bell rang for the occasion
The average man learns what’s in store
Now he sees where his life was taken
    Fighting heat, but growing old
    Less cities more moving people
    Rushing out with pride
    Less cities more moving people
    Hands that once were tied

Is this what we call education
Just watch the wheel of time revolve
But why is this not what I’m thinking
Just one mind and the unknown
    Less cities more moving people
    Rushing out with pride
    Cities are moving people
    Who just forgot their lives

I really, really wish that the religionist leaders would just snap their fingers one day and release their “flock” from the hypnosis they have subjected them to. “On the count of three, you will awaken feeling refreshed, and remember nothing of what just transpired” one… two… three… but, alas, that won’t happen. So very sad. Those particular tyrants will never turn off the tap of a life of ease and power just because a few have become aware of their abuse of nature.

“Natural Law” cannot be written! It can only be experienced.

    • THX1138,

I agree with your observations. There is nothing keeping anybody tied to anything other than their consent. There is a way out of all of the secular things that are being discussed in this blog and it requires that each individual removes their consent from being governed by some “Thing” that they do not consent to be governed by. Please do not confuse this with any kind of anarchy because the alternative that does exist is absolutely people and it involves exercising your individual free will choice and your individual right to self-determination by picking a side that has nothing to do with man’s artificial secular world of lies (fiction, colour of law, etc.).

The peaceful alternative involves exemption and immunity because it makes you a peaceful, unarmed, non-resident, being no part of any secular state, province or federation of any kind whatsoever, and being an alien enemy with no physical or symbolic surname arms to bear as a conscientious objector to war in any form.

These are the kinds of things that my Christian brother Daniel will be discussing during the radio interview on Clint’s RBN radio show starting Wednesday, February 26 and weekly thereafter for as long a Clint or the audience want to listen to the only peaceful remedy and solution and the only alternative to infinite secular misery.

We look forward to a peaceful exchange of information. Take care and peace be with all.

Mladen, common words have been already established.
An ordinary man can find true meanings in every day reality.
The problem is with all these dupes of religion and GOD.
Man is the measure of all things as far as his reality is.
There are two popular sayings that I want to bring in: blood is thicker than water and
birds of a feather flock together.
As for us here in America,a major condition we all have ,is a great deal of division.
    What is missing is unity.
    Unity of thinking,action or purpose.
You were told that America is a Nation of emigrants.
That is false.America is not a Nation.
A Nation is a large community of people with a common ancestor.
For example, one race of people can form a Nation.
Natural law is what it is.Man made law belongs to the holder.

    • Adrian, you make a number of vague statements and you are being very philosophical, and that lead to nowhere. It is a dizzying humanist merry-go-round loop to nowhere.

With respect to the ambiguity of words, let me give you just one specific example. Today people use the word “Smart” to infer that it means intelligent, which it does not. The original and continuing meaning of “Smart” is “Hurt”, as in what one says when one gets hurt, “That smarts!” Unfortunately, people regularly use opposites to confuse the language [i.e. “Bad” is good; and “Sick” is good, but sick and bad are not really good, are they?).

With respect to man and God it is quite simple too. On the one hand there is the “Theocracy” of being under the direct government of God, which does not exist in any secular nation today. On the other hand is government by man in various forms such as democracy, communism, socialism, dictatorship and tyranny, which is absolutely opposite to God and has nothing to do with God. Really, really simple, is it not?.

Here is more simplicity. The God-given inalienable Christian name is real. The man-made surname addition to the Christian name to make the combined (merged and confused) legal name is not real, it is a fiction and a fiction is a lie.

Every individual has a free will choice and every individual has the right to self-determination. The choice is whether to serve God or mammon (money, profit, gain). You can only serve the god of money, mammon, with a secular surname and with a secular legal name that is evidence of your choice and your self-determination. At the same time, you have the opposite choice to walk only in your God-given inalienable Christian name in order to serve only God. In fact, the surname and combined legal name are a blasphemy against God. But, again, that is every individual’s free will choice and right of self-determination.

I hope that I was not being vague or philosophical. If I was, I failed.
