The following letter is from Daniel. For those that have not been privy to our discussions on the radio, please enjoy the commercial free interviews at the end of this post. This was what Daniel considers his final step in ridding his given name of any government encroachments. Before this, Daniel returned his government issued certificates, licenses, and any other official documents with the surname or social security insurance number attached, and also included copies of those within this letter.
The names have been made generic.
We will be following up in future shows starting today to explain in further detail this “Christian Remedy In Law”.
For those not willing to consider such a thing, I have created a mini-dictionary of Biblical words taken out of the legal dictionaries and compiled a very in depth essay that will explain this whole process not as a religious one, but as a completely legal one. Do not let the doctrines of religion get in the way of understanding the 1611 Bible as the basis of all legal law in the “civilized” world. Again, this is not religion, but legal fiction.

May the grace of Our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. The salutation by the hand of me, seed of Abraham, seed of the woman, Tribe of Judah (favour, praise), Christian name John, Ambassador and witness for Christ.
Verily, I make a good confession to all higher powers of government ordained by God (YHWH) just as my Sovereign, King, Master, Lord, Saviour, advocate and surety in all matters whatsoever, Jesus Christ, made a good confession to the Roman high priest and governor, Pontius Pilate:

I have been in soulful prayer of moral conscience as to what is right and what is wrong with respect to the question of the use of the surname agnomen, fictio, arma, after-acquired property, SMITH, placed over my graced, true, original, God-given unalienable Christian real birth name, John. I give you good faith notice that as a set-apart Christian believer, bestowed the nativity God-given unalienable Christian name, John, known by my heavenly Father before the foundation of the world, or any secular foundation identity document, instrument of man’s factitious world, I cannot be involved in an implied dual allegiance to serve two masters. The Authorized 1611 King James Holy Bible admonishes me at Matthew 6:24 and states:
Matthew 6:24 [Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)] – No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
Therefore, as an Act of God, bestowed the God-given unalienable Christian name John, being no part of the secular world of man or governments, I must stay within the protective realm of my Master, Lord, Saviour, Sovereign, advocate and surety, Jesus Christ’s Kingdom, in absolute loyalty, being neutral to the affairs of man’s constituted governments.
Under the definition of “Christian” the compact edition of the OXFORD ENGLISH DICTIONARY, Volume 2, states:
“6. Christian name. … When a man is made a spiritual peer he loses his sir-name; when a temporal, his christian-name.”
When a man accepts Christ as his Lord, Master and Saviour, he sheds the surname (sir-name), which is the “Antonomasia” [see definitions below], otherwise, to claim right to the surname would be a conflict of loyalties (allegiance), and it would place my Christian name, John, in future spiritual jeopardy with Almighty God (YHWH) and Jesus Christ, my Saviour, Master, Lord, advocate and surety.
I only desire conditions of peace with my fellow man and relinquish any thing in question that would express or imply that I, Christian name John, lay claim to war in any form whatsoever.

ANTONOMASIA. Definition from the OXFORD ENGLISH DICTIONARY Latin, a. Greek … to name instead. The substitution of an epithet or appellative or the name of an office or dignity, for a person’s proper name, as the Iron Duke for Wellington, his grace for an archbishop. Also, conversely, the use of a proper name to express a general idea, as in calling an orator a Cicero, a wise judge, a Daniel. … a 1638 mede Wks. II. 332 That Capitolium by antonomasia is put for a Gentile Temple in general. … 1759 Adam Smith Mor. Sent. (1797) II. Any This way of speaking, which the grammarians call an antonomasia.
I, Christian name, John, having accepted my Lord, Master and surety, Christ Jesus, as my redeemer for I am called in the Lord and am a slave of the Lord, Christ Jesus, my Master. Therefore, I am the purchased property of the Lord Christ Jesus, King of kings and Lord of lords, a freeman called in the Lord Christ Jesus, and not the debtor property or servant of a gentile, pagan, unbeliever feudal lord or war-like insurgent secular freeman on the land who deceives himself by believing and acting as some factitious “thing” (surname) when he is no “thing” (see Galatians 6:3 AKJV).

STRONG’S CONCORDANCE defines the Hebrew word “title” (H3655) as “surname” and Job 32:21-22 [AKJV] admonishes me that I must not accept the factitious badge of fraud, blasphemous, gentile, pagan, unbeliever, debtor, war title surname SMITH:
Job 32:21-22 [Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)] – 21 Let me not, I pray you, accept any man’s person, neither let me give flattering titles unto man. 22 For I know not to give flattering titles; in so doing my maker would soon take me away.
To innocence and life revealed, to death denied, to the triumph of the truth of the graced God-given unalienable Christian name, John (seed of the woman), overcoming the appearance of guilt of the condemned fictional, lie, accused, debtor, alienable surname (seed of the serpent), SMITH.
I am a Christian conscientious objector which is one who by reason of religious training or belief is conscientiously opposed to participation in war in any form and neutral to the affairs and titles of man’s secular world and constituted secular governments. As a true Christian I am conscientiously opposed on religious grounds to participation in war and need not be a member of a religious sect whose creed forbids participation in war to be entitled to classification as a conscientious objector. It is sufficient that I have a conscientious scruple against war in any form.
The surname is a form of war, which I refuse to claim and which I also do not consent to bear or take benefit from in any way whatsoever. I remove my consent and direct you to remove my God-given unalienable Christian name, John, photograph (image) and signature from any secular government documents expressing or implying my consent, to use the surname, SMITH, or to act as surety for it. It is treason against God (YHWH) and non-subjection to the higher powers of man’s government ordained (authorized) by God (YHWH) to claim right to and impersonate some “Thing” that does not belong to me as I am an Act of God, bestowed the God-given unalienable Christian real name John, not entitled to a secular surname.

Therefore, I render and relinquish back the surname (title / property), SMITH, which does not belong to me, back to its true registered owner so that I am free of charge.
To be absolutely clear, I bestowed the private, peaceful, spiritual, graced, God-given unalienable Christian real name, John, Tribe of Judah (favour, praise), fellow citizen with the saints of Heavenly New Jerusalem, God’s (YHWH) Kingdom, no part of the secular world of gentile nations, hereby forever quit claim, relinquish, yield up, forsake, disclaim, renounce, render and resign as surety for the after-acquired, blasphemous, secular, gentile, public interest thing, man’s person title, agnomen, debtor surname, SMITH, the property belonging to a secular master contrary to God (YHWH) and the anointed of God (YHWH), Christ Jesus, the Lord of lords, King of kings, Prince of Peace, my Sovereign Master, of whom I serve exclusively.
I further renounce all common civil rights, which includes the right to money, gain, profit and claim to the title, agnomen, factitious surname SMITH, the public interest property of Her Majesty, that I was never entitled to claim right to as a son of the true God (YHWH) and slave of my Lord, King, Sovereign, surety and Master, Christ Jesus, the name above every name named.
In the event that your secular government of the Province of Ontario refuses to remove the blasphemy of the surname, SMITH, off the original STATEMENT OF BIRTH record, of which I am forbidden by God (YHWH) to use, then I remove my consent and God-given unalienable Christian name, John, off that original STATEMENT OF BIRTH record. A line must be drawn through the surname SMITH as this would be evidence of erasure or cancellation (blotting out).
To be clear, I direct you according to Colossians 2: 12-15 (AKJV) as I believe you to be the higher powers of government ordained by God (YHWH) to blot out, erasure, the blasphemous surname off the STATEMENT OF BIRTH record and provide me a “Certified A true copy” of this record verifying only my God-given unalienable Christian name, John, blotting out (cancelling) the ordinance of the law [i.e. certificate of debt, or BIRTH CERTIFICATE] containing the blasphemous surname, SMITH, written contrary to me as an Act of God (YHWH), unalienable set-apart Christian believer, bestowed the graced name John, a pardoned gift from God (YHWH). As a Christian I must be civilly dead to the constituted world of man.
Colossians 2:13-15 [Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)] – 13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; 14 blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; 15 and having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
For further clarity, the Gideon’s New Testament wrote Colossians 2:14 as follows:
“having cancelled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees written against us…”
To be clear, the “certificate of debt” is the Federal CITIZENSHIP CERTIFICATE and the Provincial BIRTH CERTIFICATE, which are Her Majesty’s property.
To be clear, remove my signature, photograph (image) and God-given unalienable Christian name, John from all Federal and Provincial (State) secular records or instruments implying my consent to act as surety for the property of another, that being the surname SMITH, which is foreign and blasphemous to God (YHWH) and me as a Christian believer.
Never communicate to me addressing me with the blasphemous agnomen surname SMITH, an unclean thing, a factitious blasphemous artifice of fraud, since you have been given good faith notice not to do so. I believe the use of the blasphemous surname is forbidden by both God (YHWH) and by your secular government. I do not require a license to be who I really am, that being the God-given unalienable Christian name John. A license is only required to impersonate the thing, person or property belonging to another (i.e. blasphemous, debtor secular surname).
Revelation 18:4 [Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)] – And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

The “Her” of Revelation is of the Roman Empire, which lays claim to the Roman civil surname thing, of which I lay no right or claim to in order to remain in peace and subjection to the higher powers of government as an Ambassador and witness for Christ.
It is only honest and logical if one continues to use the thing belonging to another, that being the surname that one would be under duty, debt and obligation to continue returning fees required for its use. If an individual believer in Christ Jesus, such as myself, relinquishes, renounces and gives up forever all claim and right to the surname to whomever is the feudal lord and master of it (i.e. Her Majesty and/or her duly appointed representatives) then one has in good faith returned to their original allegiance to Almighty God (YHWH) the Father and walks under the surety of Christ Jesus, the true Master, Sovereign, Lord of lords and King of Kings and Prince of Peace.
NOAH WEBSTER’S 1828 DICTIONARY OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE defines “RENDER” as,
“To yield or give up the command or possession of … to restore.”
Therefore, I hereby fully divorce myself from the gentile, civil, Roman, blasphemous, agnomen, debtor surname, SMITH, property belonging to another, of which is not mine, by fully restoring it to its proper owner, being Her Majesty. This is the final tax return as I am to render to Caesar what is Caesar’s, being the surname SMITH, the unnecessary addition of which creates the unequal yoke known as the combined “Legal Name” JOHN SMITH. I give my Spirit, the God-given unalienable Christian name, John, to God (YHWH); and, I render the dead body corporate surname, SMITH, to Caesar, the thing belonging to Her Majesty, a gentile queen ordained to punish evil and reward good (see Romans 13:1-5 AKJV), who does not represent God’s (YHWH) Kingdom. The patriarchal Kingly Tribe of Judah does not appoint queens and Christ Jesus is the last King of the Tribe of Judah, being no part of the constituted world of man’s secular governments.

My Christian Charter and Book of Authorities is the Authorized 1611 King James Holy Bible, which supports my Christian faith and my God-given unalienable Christian name, John, bestowed upon me as grace and pardon at birth, and I accept Christ Jesus, who acts as surety for me, blotting out all charges, fees and encumbrances (certificate of debt) written against me. God (YHWH) knew me before the foundation of the world. The baptised font Christian name bestowed upon me on the original STATEMENT OF BIRTH document blotted out the surname that was written contrary to me and took it out of the way by the power of Christ Jesus, my surety.

/ May 12, 2014Hi Clint, What is your evidence that the bible (it’s a book created and repeatedly edited by priests and persons unknown, though there is ample evidence, IMO, in Atwill’s work that the Roman Imperium was involved in the creation of the new testament) is actually “legal law?” What, if anything, is the difference between “legal law” and “natural law?” If it is legal law, what evidence is there that its jurisdiction extends to anyone other than people who adopt it willingly?
Yes, there is much evidence that the old testament, which includes the Jewish Torah, is based on astrotheological principals and may, for some, embody deep wisdom. This may possibly extend to the (potentially exceedingly devious) new testament, which, if Atwill is correct (we’ll get to this in a moment), was written by “Helenized Jews,” some of the wealthiest and most highly eclesiastically educated people in the Roman world, who most likely understood the mythology inside and out.
Have you read Caesar’s Messiah? If you have, you are no doubt aware of the vanishing improbability that the new testament and the “histories” of the officially sanctioned literary team known to us today as Flavius Josephus have separate provenances. The synchronicities, coincidences, absurdities and logical outrages that run throughout these concordant documents will require lashings of blind faith to be ascribed to mere chance.
You might consider what the effect on the Western world may have been from the spell cast by the official story (often enforced on pain of death) that biblical scripture is historical fact, divine wisdom transcribed by selfless sages, or infallible truth in any regard. Can we possibly find a way to order our own lives and societal ethics based on anything else?
As far as whether Joseph Atwill is controlled opposition, I am very tired of all of the finger pointing in the “truth movements” about who is a good witch and who a bad. Let’s talk about the ideas themselves in regard to logic and reason. If we take the position that the bible is THE law, but someone else doesn’t accept that, can we then ethically take aggressive sanctions against them? Can you make a rigorous defense that one should be able to?
Perhaps there are ethical and legal principals, or perhaps codifications of language, contained within the bible that will prove valuable to humanity. In that case, I would say that it’s incumbent on those who see that value to demonstrate it to society at large, explaining why. I think it’s also possible that the creation of the King James Bible, in particular, was specifically a work of “word magic” that is responsible for the depth of the spell that the “Christian World” is now under. I suspect that trying to take the whole bible (and what, exactly, is that, considering its evolution and many forms?) as an unquestionable guide to human affairs, is extremely dangerous.
History tempered by biblical religiousity is a nightmare from which I think we’re trying to awake.

Why have you not answered my previous questions and what evidence do you have that ATWILL’s malarkey has any validity, for I have studied ATWILL’S malarkey and I have the knowledge, wisdom and understanding that it is absolute lies and malarkey. So, what is your foundation for your information other than a ridiculous disproven theory?
Your comments about the one-and-only Authorized 1611 King James Holy Bible not only show that you have not read it, and all obviously know that you do not believe in it, but your comments are simply unfounded and wrong.
What I truly do not understand is why a blatant unbeliever would continue to troll on a blog that has information posted from an absolute believer in God, Christ Jesus and the Holy Bible? Exactly what motivates any man to make false allegations and spew unfounded opinions about things he has no knowledge, wisdom or understanding about?
To be perfectly blunt, Bruce, what is your ulterior motive?
I do not believe that your ulterior motive, Bruce, has anything to do with trying to learn from Christian name Mladen or his information posted on this blog of Clint’s.
I just do not understand people like you because on the surface it appears that you only have negative ulterior motives because you are attacking Daniel about information about truth and facts in law that nobody has disproven simply because it is all true and fact.

/ May 13, 2014Mladen, First, I was not aware of any questions from you. Second, I don’t have any ulterior motives whatsoever, other than my own good-faith pursuit of the truth as best I can do that. I’m certainly not your enemy in my heart, nor one of Daniel. From my understanding, everyone, including those most would agree are acting in ways that can be considered evil, is doing the best they can in consideration of their conditioning (what can also be seen as wounding) and understanding and temporary biological form.
Even if someone considers me their enemy, it’s up to me to not take that personally, because it isn’t. As you yourself said in one of your posts, no one actually sees anyone else as they are, but only as a mental construct based on faulty perception and their mental filters. You’re projecting out on me, I’m doing the same with you. I have faith, however, that you are a living being, as I am, and have a true divine nature that is the same as mine. We are inextricably connected at our deepest level, parts (only in our thinking) of the same living system that has emerged from the mentally unknowable, mysterious phenomenon that some call g*d, yod he vod he, or any of the labels we presumptuously place upon that.
To be frank, I really am not interested in “trying to learn from Christian name Mladen.” Your willingness to impute motives to me that, at least consciously, don’t exist, is an example of what I call unskillful behavior. In my mid to late youth I thought in ways that may have been similar to what you seem to be entertaining, with rigid ideas about g*d, judgment toward others who didn’t think the way I did, and what I now see as superstitious ideas about the nature of scripture(s). Later, I found that these ideas were keeping me in fear and causing me to see others as my enemies.
One thing you might consider, though I suspect that you may think that my even suggesting such a thing is an attack inspired by an (or THE) enemy of YHVH, is that your idea of a divine personality is equally a mental projection to your idea of who or what I am. From my experience and understanding, we really don’t know much of anything. Consequently, it’s really in our best interests to cut our brothers and sisters some slack and to not hold enmity in our hearts. As George Clooney says in Oh Brother Where Art Thou?, we’re in a tight spot now. Getting out of it will require all of our most skillful means.
If my idea of g*d is a mental projection, then so is that of any one else. In my opinion, anyone who seriously thinks that they are receiving a direct transmission of “The Truth” from a being outside of themselves is deluded regarding its actual source. The information they’ve received may be very valuable, they can never truly understand the nature of where it came from. The information must therefor be assessed on its own merits. I have to take it into the laboratory of my own mind and heart to find its value for me.
That you feel free to label Joe Atwill’s work “malarky” dismissively, when I’ve already stated that I found it valuable, is basically a simple dismissal of what I was trying to share. From my single, very close reading of Caesar’s Messiah, quite a few other posts by Atwill, and some analysis by others, I don’t at all concur with your conclusion about its value. We’ll simply have to agree to disagree. While you apparently believe that going deeper into giving special value to your particular special scripture, giving reverence to people who you accept as having exceptional gifts at scriptural and linguistic interpretation, and identifying as enemies those who disagree, I see those tendencies as quite dangerous.
If I believe in a creator being who gives each of (his?) creations a single lifetime in a physical form and demands strict conformance from them to his difficult-to-interpret edicts (requiring expert advice that must be taken on faith) in order gain admission into his paradisaical afterlife or face an eternity (a long time by any estimate) of pain and anguish, THEN anyone who might divert me from my adherence to said edicts exposes me, and, worse, my children and loved ones, to potential damnation. In that case, no sanction against the apostate can be too extreme. And the more persuasively they call my faith into question, the more evil they must be. So our history of religious wars, cruelty and violence MUST continue so I can be with my beloved on the other side of this veil of tears, even if I have to turn this life into hell in carrying on faithfully.
I am absolutely done with entertaining such a mindset. In my opinion, we have reached the time for humankind to rise above religious superstition, particularly if it involves anger, outrage, disgust and enmity with people simply because they don’t share my opinions.

Getting there is more a realization that none of your identification and debt actually exist. It is the end of use of these things. It is knowing. And it means never appearing or impersonating any thing. The big secret is simply that if you are always alive you can never be dead (eternal life on Earth).

/ May 1, 2014Hi James. The honest answer is that this is not just a single event. It is a process of mind and paper. I’m in the learning process and as far as I am concerned am half way there. It’s a lifestyle more than anything. And I am already a non-participant which is why I’m poor and without “income”, as I do not use the governments’ Social Security number. One step at a time as I learn. I also like to prepare, and so I am going to do a series of interviews and information requests form DMV with the intent to learn everything I can about how I can avoid coercion from police when I render back my Driver’s License. And of course I’ll be sharing that. It’s a slower process for me as I wish to document each step I take for the benefit of others. But mindset is 90% of the battle.

Man my major issue also is how the hell do you get your automobile unregistered as a “motor vehicle” when they own the title from day one, man there has to be a process of having it salvaged and get it off the books otherwise your driving there corporate property and by default are screwed, yes you can argue the license and “not in commerce” but without a free and clear title your driving the company car as an employee. A human exists in “form” which is by definition “an appearance, an image, a phantom”, but not of substance/essence – not reality. Form is the antithesis of substance by definition. The human is the antithesis of man because form is the antithesis of substance.
A human is a creature of the mind, a creature of man’s mind, a mental image of a man/woman projected upon the mind by one’s senses. A completely different entity than the true entity. No one knows the “true you” except yourself and your creator.

One source makes it clear, the bible, with all its misinterpretations, is a deterent to spiritual growth. That does not mean tho there is not valuable information or guidance contained in it. Most have never read the book and rely on interpretations offered by church men in black or that they heard over the grape vine.
Religious dogma takes on many forms. The use of water for baptism because it is written John baptised Jesus. The baptism for him was immersion in the spirit of God but the chuches got billions believing dunking in water is good enough. A dunking in water does not suddenly change the conscience of man to that of divine. What a cop out for humans to say, Jesus died to redeem me of my sins – has led millions to kill in the name of god and then seek to be forgiven is a crock. All that belief does is take away personal responsibility. It is an excuse when there is no excuse.
Darwin caused the same, planted a seed, when he published his theory man evolved from the Monkey. Removing God and responsibilty from man. Gee, if I came out of a monkey then life is a free for all and we are witness to the, shall we say, not good effects of this free for all.
Man cannot calculate beyond that what he cannot see, touch, taste, hear or smell. He limits the possibilities because of this. He relates what he thinks he knows primarily with the physical world. He makes round blocks fit square holes. Funny thing is new things pop up everyday that did not exist previously. From where did they come?
That is such a no brainer. Let me see, mom came from the womb of a woman who came from the womb of a woman who came fom the womb of a woman and keep going and eventually you come to the mom of moms, dad of dads; or a monkey.
As for the Commandments, it is said thou “shall” or “shalt”. Shall and shalt do not mean now but eventually, or sooner or later. So God is not commanding that we do anything but that eventually all will live by the law of One.

As for the authorized version of the King James Bible, it is true many men had a hand in it. The King James derives from the copyright-free Latin Vulgate. There are but minor difference of little or no effect one way or another. If anything there is less emphasis on Jesus in the Latin Vulgate which suggests the Vatican is using the name Jesus to deceive. King James called together many men to come together so as to unify the teachings. There were no alterations made to bibles since the 1611 edition until very recently. Study will show this is true.
The Vatican on the other hand was rocked when Luther published forgiveness comes from God and not paying the Pope. That man does not need the Pope or a chuch to speak to God.
So long as the ppl were ignorant of that the Vatican had absolute control and that is why he was pissed with Luther. Luther was bad for business.
Perhaps for those and other reasons ppl give the bible little or no credence. I cannot say I blame them.
No doubt we face a dilema when it comes time to choose a path.

Therefore, if any individual consents to the attachment of the aliened, debtor, evil secular surname than one is voluntarily and/or ignorantly choosing to identify oneself as an unbeliever who has no covenant with the true living God, the “First cause,” Maker and Creator of everything, and the giver of all life, the Father of all men created in the image of God — as opposed to the dead image of fiction (lies), the artificial person of man in man’s world of imagination, lies, counterfeit and fraud.
I hope that your are not confusing those individuals who believe in “The Way” of Christ Jesus, the only begotten Son of God (John 3:16 AKJV) — commonly referred to simply as “Christians” because they follow “The way” of Christ Jesus, who did the will of His Father, God (YHWH), with the opposite, which are secular unbelievers (aka gentiles, pagans, heathens) who make up over 40,000 secular state-registered false-Christian money religions (aka denominations) !
In summary, everything boils down to a choice between belief in truth or belief in lies that misrepresent the truth and facts in law. Even man’s pretend artificial world is founded upon the principles that recognize the anterior and superior Laws of God as written in the original Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek writings, or Holy Scriptures, that were later translated or transliterated into the English in the form of the one-and-only Authorized 1611 King James Holy Bible, the Christian Charter, which is opposed to all of the pretend, made-up constitutions of man’s world of fiction (lies). Even the reason for or “Preamble” to the Federal constitution of the pretend world of CANADA and the “Preambles” to every single one of the 50 dis-united U.S. States recognize the Supremacy of God, but also allow for the choice of man’s rule of law for unbelievers under a pagan unbeliever government because God is so gracious that He even allows unbelievers to be ruled by an unbeliever pagan government — which is all that a so-called “Democracy” is — evil unbeliever governments ruling over chaos and unbelievers under a form of voluntary lawful feudal slavery under a system of incorporation and legal fiction, which are legal lies.

But, under the real world of God and the anterior and superior Law of God there is grace, forgiveness and pardon — and it only come into force upon acceptance of Christ Jesus, the only begotten Son of God, the Prince of Peace, Name above all names, King of kings, for all believers that accept Him and accept God’s free graced pardon through acceptance of Christ (anointed, Messiah) Jesus as their Lord, Saviour, advocate and surety in all matters whatsoever.
The scientific proof for God and Christ Jesus is there for all those who take the time and effort to do their own proper due diligence and research. But, nothing will ever be enough for unbelievers who lack knowledge and defend their ignorance to their deaths. To each his own as we are all the direct cause of our own consequences. God created us in His image with a free will and a God-given unalienable right to self-determination and we must choose between fact and fiction, good and evil, God and Satan, because God did not create man without free will as mindless robots or zombies.
If anyone choose not to believe that God is the “First cause” and “Intelligent designer” of everything they can choose to be “ID-ied” (identified) as one who choses to impersonate the dead by applying, volunteering and consenting to their own voluntary lawful feudal slavery under a secular (God-less) feudal lord. We cannot serve both God and mammon (the god of money, selfish profit or gain). We must choose our Master for we cannot serve two opposite masters, God and mammon (Matthew 6:24 AKJV) and we must choose quickly and wisely to “Come out of her (hire, commerce)” (Revelation 18:4 AKJV) so that we do not partake (participate) in God’s punishment for intentional sinners or unbelievers who are charged with treason against God and where the delayed sentence of permanent death awaits intentional sinners.

It is in, through, and of Jesus Christ that the law is fulfilled. Apart from Him the law cannot be attained for from the flesh lies the debt/lawlessness/sin of all man.
So to attempt to comprehend the matters if spiritual dictates with a carnal mind is not possible. All of the comments that deny Yahweh as Yeshua, the caregiver, do not understand the fullness of God’s inspired word. It is not that ignorance is the issue, but the lack if wisdom that a carnal mind cannot acquire without Christ begotten in them, the hope of glory.
There is no animosity that needs to be derived, but understanding that each man is in their location on their journey. We are to love one another as Christ loves us. For the greatest commandments are to love the Lord, our God, with all our heart, soul, and strength and to love others as ourselves. For where there is love, there is no fear, for fear torments.

This is from John 3:16-20. Now I’m not any kind of scholar, I even had to use a spell checker to spell scholar. So please take what i say with a grain of salt OK. I am a disabled vet and an inventor. I do have a pretty good understanding of Natural Law and of Common Law and Admiralty Law. I have an understanding of what happen in 1933 when we changed or monetary system from a gold standard to a dept note system. I’m not bragging just want y’all to understand that I’m not blind to the ways of the world.
I would like to say first off that in my opinion God is pretty damn smart. and you will have to excuse me for not being able to quote this but Our Father in Heaven knew when he set up the governments of the world what they were going to do. Two points here 1. God set up the governments of the world 2. he knew what they were going to do. I came to this blog to read what John was doing. and good on you for your efforts. Now to the point I want to make. Jesus said be ye like him. When someone slaps your face turn the other cheek, in this way they will know your mine.. sound right?? Don’t let those that are not of the light draw you into contest, because they hate the light and it will not do anyone any good. and don’t throw your pearls to swine.. Be ye Goodly and and rejoice because your salvation draws near.
John I know that The Crown and the King of England screwed Canada in very similar ways to the United States of America and Australia and all the other common wealth nations. And your work is of great importance. But when they drag you out and call you names and only God knows what else they have in their hearts, remember Yoshuah said they would. and be like him. The scriptures are against such artifices as nations and countries. A State is a People. A church is also a People. These are not things built by the hands of men, they are men. No building or constitution is scriptural. A follower of christ leaves the cities, especially the city on the hill.

At best I would offer my opinion that this is evidence of an action, which can be sent as proof that Daniel is no longer the agent for service of process when the state wishes to summon the fictional person that Daniel was once in surety for. It was not as if something happened, some event, because of this, only that an information was accomplished and filed as record. Essentially, this was Daniels attempt at his own execution, a crucifixion of his person, which means a public posting of intent on the “cross,” and after a three-day “grace” period Daniel rises again from the spiritual death of legal personhood.
But ultimately, this is a symbolic evidence and public record of such efforts, and nothing else.

/ February 23, 2021Generally I would delete these videos, advising wholly against the idea that a set of legal manmade law (commercial code), which is strictly created for corporate business purposes (for persons), invented “uniformly” by a group of corporations and attorneys and specifically passed locally (state by state) as all agenda 21 enactments have been done because it’s a code for protection of criminal behavior, somehow also doubles as spiritual salvation, redemption or some other false claim of “freedom.” There is nothing moral or spiritual or freeing about this. It requires respect of persons, love of money, love of status, flattering titles, and reward. These are fictions. It should be self-evident that money is not that which sets you free, but that which indebts you. The more you have, the more you love your enslavement to it. Money does not equal redemption. Christ (the Law of Nature/God and no other) is the only redeemer. This will never change, folks. So stop chasing that false pot of gold at the end of that non-existent rainbow and start focusing on why it is this type of fictional game of monopoly is so appealing to you while the Law of God is not? Why is my work unpopular? Because I don’t promise the pot of gold. I offer nothing but self-evidence, Truth, and therefore the only True freedom. But this state does not reward in manmade, artificial things, and instead requires self-sacrifice and charity in all things. However, I will leave these videos up for those that wish to further bury their heads in the legal sand and get lost in the world of legal terms of art. I cannot stop you, I can only preach to ears that will not hear and eyes that will not see…
Question of the day: So you go through this process and actually become a multi-millionaire… now what? Where in God’s Kingdom will you spend your money? What will your love of money purchase that will spiritually satisfy you? If you don’t know the answer to these questions, then maybe it is better you should find such false redemption and get lost in wealth while all others are poor, so that you can finally experience and know what misery money represents in all its tempting forms.

/ June 20, 2021We become legal (as in LITERALLY legal ) at age 18 because 18 is when the parents who parent us/ pay-rent for us are un-yoked from the child’s debt and the child becomes the adult yoked to the debt because 1+8= 9 which is finality, God’s completion of his creation. We get to LIVE free as babies and children of Gods creation entering all the numerology/spirituality levels until we come to 1+8=9 completion and stop LIVING as God’s creation and become dead (first death) becoming yoked ourselves as legal ficticious debtors. The first death is the legal ficticious one, the devil’s tribulation, at age 18 & when we really start to use the surname for ourselves, but if we become holy again by dropping the surname and we ressurect in our Christ’s name/ Christian name then we are born again and will not experience the second death, perhaps this is when our body dies, returning to Christ name & being born again ensures will return to the Kingdom of God as eternal souls versus those that do not. Has to be 18 as no other number equals 9 God’s completion

/ June 20, 2021The surname can be claimed by none but assumed by anyone could that mean no one can try to make a claim for the money attached to our surname that gets traded in bonds and stock (as we are cattle/chattel) to make corpse corporate entities rich with our birth certificate that we are the debtor for paying it back for the rest of our lives. So no one can claim the surname money as in we can’t ask for it back if it’s in our name, but the surname can be assumed by anyone as in we can rent a surname and anyone in the wall street stock market can assume and trade on the surname
